又到了期待已久,一期一聚既Girls Night,朋友推薦黎呢間位於尖東既西餐廳...一到埗,就被餐廳既裝修吸引,有一面空酒樽既裝飾墻,再配上少許昏暗既環境,感覺幾有情調!!話不多說,入正題!!!!前菜嗌左蒜蓉包,可以用驚嘆形容,未食過咁好食既蒜蓉包,酥脆到不得了,蒜香岩岩好,忍唔住食完又食!!!!第二道海鮮拼盤,蠔同螺我都冇沾醬料,海水味配搭本身食材既鮮味,好正。好想嗌多盤!!!之後就係另一款極推介既漢堡,牛肉好香而且多汁,加上面包既軟綿,可以話係我食過最好食既漢堡包之一!!最後既雞,皮香肉嫩,火候控制得岩岩好,配上醬汁,值得一讚!下次可以係餐廳既戶外枱食,秋意正濃,秋風徐徐,岩晒三兩知己杯觥交錯.... continue reading

難得我個兩位朋友有空約食飯,今晚一定要食好哋。其中有個朋友係尖沙咀返工,見到有間新開西餐廳,環境唔錯,咁就一試無防。前菜我地叫左份蒜蓉包,好香蒜蓉,麵包好脆,唔錯。佢嘅麵包中間唔會好似出面咁會腍左,唔脆,佢保持到脆口,我忍唔住食左兩件。再嚟就係哈密瓜配西班牙風乾火腿,火腿唔會過鹹,就咁食又得,配埋哈密瓜一齊食又得,鹹甜一齊食嘅感覺都几得意。我特別點名叫左份北海道帶子沙律,除左帶子係我嘅擎愛,最特別嘅係佢用麵豉汁做左個沙津汁,從無諗過可以咁樣配搭,係好新嘅嘗試,好想知係咩味。試完,又唔覺得怪喎。帶子大大粒,配埋哋沙律點埋麵豉汁一齊食,鹹鹹哋,都唔錯。最後到主菜,叫左個照燒石班魚柳配香炒靈芝菇。里碟係好中式嘅煮法,照燒汁如果淡少少咁就very good。最後仲叫左份泰式冬蔭意大利粉配象拔蚌,又係一碟fushion 菜,平時意粉配青口或蜆見得多,象拔蚌真係第一次見。唔知又會有咩新沖擊。😂因為我已經食到好飽,里款留給我兩位朋友試。佢地話象拔蚌大大粒,好爽口,好好味。意大利粉吸左冬蔭功汁,好辣好惹味,朋友一路叫好辣但一路話好好味,食到停唔到口。里個畫面而家諗起都覺得好笑。😂今晚真係好開心,好耐無見嘅朋友終於約齊食飯,大家仍然有好多話題,當然配合埋里到嘅美食同環境就十分完美。我地仲相約下次再嚟食,試下里間餐廳嘅其他得意新潮菜式。 continue reading

星期五Happy Friday同5個friend 一齊慶祝朋友生日,朋友發板6個人叫左6個course share 黎食。 頭盤係海鮮併盤,雖然寫二人份量,但都足夠五個人分。有6隻蠔、1隻波士頓龍蝦、牡丹蝦2隻、翡翠螺6隻。蠔好新鮮,淡淡的海水味,冇mug 金屬味,啱曬鐘意清新蠔味的朋友。牡丹蝦都好甜。龍蝦咁啱哩隻有膏。CP值幾高。醬有傳統cocktail醬、紅色的好似係紅酒醋、有個綠色的香草醬最夾翡翠螺,同埋有個wasabi 加豉油。因為d 野都好新鮮,所以除左用香草醬點翡翠螺同wasabi豉油點牡丹蝦外,都冇用到其他醬。主菜有烤法國黃油雞腿、澳洲和牛漢堡、泰式冬陰公象拔蚌意粉、照燒石班魚柳,同埋澳洲和牛斧頭排。幾個主菜都好吃,烤法國黃油雞腿同泰式冬陰公象拔蚌意粉個人黎講最鐘。烤法國黃油雞腿烤得皮脆肉嫩。好怕吃西式雞吃到d 太好口趙的,哩個完全冇哩個問題。嫩到好似食緊西式調味ge 炸子雞咁,仲幾juicy 。 泰式冬陰公象拔蚌意粉個配搭幾新鮮,未試過哩個size有殼的象拔蚌同意粉炒埋一齊。雖然幾辣,但好香口,有明顯香草味,象拔蚌都甜。澳洲和牛漢堡都幾正,漢堡扒5成熟,配個salad冇咁heavy。 照燒石班魚柳個醬幾甜,個人認為可以輕手番少少,配個伴碟的菇係好吃。個石班d魚皮幾厚有膠質,魚肉實淨。 最後先上個和牛斧頭排,五成熟剛剛好,外面烤得香口,冇根。 continue reading

與友相聚,當然要食餐好!大家選了在尖沙咀海傍新開的西餐廳,在懷舊的氛圍中,來一個法國菜之夜。頭盤:西班牙伊比利亞橡果級風乾火腿 (36個月/ 50g)火腿質感油潤豐美,味道不算太鹹,淡淡的甘香,令人回味,即使不配哈蜜瓜,也能多吃幾片 😋😋冷盤:海鮮拼盤(二人用)這個海鮮拼盤一上場不得了🤩🤩六隻肥美的生蠔自然是焦點所在,肉質柔膩,帶有自然的海水味,不用其他醬料,足夠鮮美清爽🥰🥰其他成員也很鮮甜,翡翠螺尤其出色,配上芫茜醬料,別有一番風味👍🏻主菜:燒西班牙伊比利亞橡果級黑毛豬胺油脂烤得焦香,帶點烤乳豬的味道,和之前幾道菜相比,表現比較中矩中規薯蓉倒是獲得大家一致好評,非常細滑,帶有濃郁奶香🥛🥛🥛,最適合牛奶控 😋主菜:泰式冬蔭公意大利粉配象拔蚌通常意粉配蜆,這個配的是象拔蚌,整個組合挺新奇,就點來試試。冬蔭公特有的辣,酸酸麻麻,滋味又開胃🤩我不太吃得辣,也忍不住邊喝水邊吃,推薦大家一試這道fusion菜👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading
