今晚一班舊同事聚餐,有人推介去銅鑼灣的海港薈,因為她上星期去過食長腳蟹,稱讚非常抵食。今晚是星期六,長腳蟹優惠價$198/斤,比她上星期還平了$52/斤。我們一行7人,選了一隻5.2斤的長腳蟹,上枱時非常震撼。 我們另外叫了幾款小菜和一款小吃,但是蟹都吃完很久才到,連不用再加工的酒糟鴨舌都要等很久。其實,之前看過其他人的食評,都有講這裏除了上蟹最快,其他菜都要等很久。本以為是個别情況,但今晚實測真是如此。 雖然要等很久,但餸菜的味道又真是不錯。我們要求將蟹膏拿去炆伊麵,怎知㕑師攪錯了,把蟹膏拿去做了炒飯。送來時,我們說不是我們的,我們是叫伊麵,但重覆再來了兩次都是炒飯,我們就明白應該是他們已沒有多一份蟹膏去炆伊麵了,於是就接受了個炒飯。女部長知道是他們攪錯了,便說送份甜品給我們作補償。原來甜品是桂花紅豆糕,雖然是送的,但一點也不馬虎,賣相好,味道也好。 雖然這裏上菜比較慢,但員工的服務態度都幾好,食得都好舒服暢快。Read More
