To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

黃雨的假期,沒什麼節目就飲茶去吧,小排隊半小時也有位了。「黑金流沙包」外形幾優雅,黑包外金筆一揮,沉實中點點豪,咬下去的時候真要小心熱熱的流沙。「鮑魚燒賣皇」$38,一籠三粒,小小的一口鮑魚沒什麼特別,但燒賣應該是廚房整的,不是那種死實的肉,唔錯😋「子薑豆醬蒸魚雲」比以前細碟很多,得兩件魚頭雲,底有三件豆乾,豆乾吸盡醬汁很滋味。「炸芋角」傳統點心,算酥脆,老媽說只有假期才有得吃,平日沒有提供的,試得過「帶子福建炒飯」$78,味道雖然一般但很大碟也多蝦,家庭聚會必吃,一定餵飽你班化骨龍。假期沒所謂啦,志在一家人聚聚,呢間價格也相宜。 continue reading

今天弟弟帶女朋友回家吃飯,訂了晚上八點半海港吃飯。我們還是嘗試提前到達餐廳試下Walk in,可惜週六人實在太多了,坐門口等了我20幾分鐘,比原訂的8點半早了一些有桌。海港的菜,吃了很多次,都很喜歡,沒有味精之餘,真材實料。昨晚叫了清蒸龍躉,約2斤,脆皮雞例牌,果不同醋肉,潮式春菜,龍蝦伊麵,瑤柱蛋白炒飯,花膠螺肉雞湯,約7碗。以上係6人食,加一連茶費,一共1201元。人均消費200元,吃到很飽!家庭聚餐,沒地方可去,就選海港 continue reading

之前番工期間黎過依間酒樓,就同同事進來嘗試享用午餐,我們九個人坐左一張大枱,同事看一張點心紙,問大家想吃什麼,我看見點心紙有很多很吸引的食物,看似很好吃的樣子,令我更加肚餓,我選擇不了哪樣食物,看見隔離枱枱上有一碟蘿蔔千絲酥,非常吸引,於是千叮萬囑同事必定要點蘿蔔千絲酥。 在等待期間,我不斷期待蘿蔔千絲酥,看見蘿蔔千絲酥,我非常開心,看見金黃色的酥皮,流晒口水,一咬落口超級鬆化,入面有好多蘿蔔非常好食,加上送到來是熱的,令我食過返尋味。極力推介一定要食呢個蘿蔔千絲酥。  continue reading
