To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直聽講呢間酒家食蟹底,今日就專程嚟到試吓究竟係咪真係咁好食!平時食嘅蟹大概只有呢兩隻蟹嘅三分之一大細,所以好難得見到咁大隻蟹所有人都好興奮呢!點嘅時候其實可以自己去揀嘅,揀完之後可以揀唔同嘅煮法,我哋用咗蒸蛋白同埋清蒸,蒸蛋白好唔錯因為你除咗食蟹之外仲可以食到啲蛋。蛋有蟹嘅味道都幾鮮甜。蟹肉呢就係幾鮮甜既,我哋分別點左兩種蟹,阿拉斯加長腳蟹同埋日本花紹蟹。阿拉斯加長腳蟹味道清甜,啖啖都係好好味嘅蟹肉,蟹肉呢用鉸剪一剪就甩晒,因為新鮮所以都易剝殼。日本蟹就係蟹味好濃,佢因為刺比較多所以要小心手吃完之後有點不夠飽肚,再點了一些小菜,也不錯,感覺上是非常滿足的一餐哦!這個日式雜菜煲,感覺上很好吃,清清地又唔會有咩負擔。總結來講大家如果想食蟹嘅話一年一度都沒什麼不好啊 continue reading

其實次次嚟都係食佢晚市套餐,今次都唔例外。套餐包咗唔同嘢飲,普通嘅有罐裝汽水,另外仲有兩大樽果汁(平時多數係橙汁,今次係員工高度推介嘅百香果汁,但有人試咗話好難飲)。第一樣係杞子花膠螺頭雞腳湯。啲湯好滋潤。每碗都有大花膠,夾咗嚿螺頭食,腍得嚟又彈牙,好好食。🤤乳豬啲皮好脆。雖然有部分肥咗啲,但都好食。唔知咩瓜炒帶子同蝦,淨係食咗帶子同蝦,兩樣都好鮮味,蝦爽口帶子彈牙。龍蝦勁多,下面仲有蒜蓉粉絲墊底。大大啖肉。🤤魚,肉都厚身同都算幾滑。炸子雞,夠熱、外皮脆但肉有少少韌。墨魚餅勁好食🤤🤤🤤,超熱、彈過彈彈波,仲見到墨魚粒!菜、紫菜加菇,清清口腔同腸胃。竟然用燒肉炒飯咁特別,但味道無話特別好食。不過勝在夠鑊氣,所以啲飯都粒粒分明。壽包有蓮蓉同奶黃味,兩樣都好足料同好食(個人偏好奶黃🤤)。 continue reading

黃雨的假期,沒什麼節目就飲茶去吧,小排隊半小時也有位了。「黑金流沙包」外形幾優雅,黑包外金筆一揮,沉實中點點豪,咬下去的時候真要小心熱熱的流沙。「鮑魚燒賣皇」$38,一籠三粒,小小的一口鮑魚沒什麼特別,但燒賣應該是廚房整的,不是那種死實的肉,唔錯😋「子薑豆醬蒸魚雲」比以前細碟很多,得兩件魚頭雲,底有三件豆乾,豆乾吸盡醬汁很滋味。「炸芋角」傳統點心,算酥脆,老媽說只有假期才有得吃,平日沒有提供的,試得過「帶子福建炒飯」$78,味道雖然一般但很大碟也多蝦,家庭聚會必吃,一定餵飽你班化骨龍。假期沒所謂啦,志在一家人聚聚,呢間價格也相宜。 continue reading
