天氣熱,就算喺街度慢慢行都出晒汗,哩個時候特別想食啲凍野,Via Tokyo係我之前喺銅鑼灣工作時,成日同同事食完lunch就黎食埋杯雪糕。Via Tokyo而家外賣雪糕都做緊抗疫價,唔同雪糕有唔同優惠,最抵去到六折。不過天氣太熱,唔想邊行邊食,所以我地都係決定坐低慢慢食。店面唔大,每枱雖然好近,但中間都有隔板隔住。滿月綠茶芭菲($81) - 雪糕可以揀抹茶、焙茶、牛奶或者mix都得,我就揀左抹茶mix焙茶,雪糕好滑抹茶味都可以,旁邊仲有抹茶餅、白玉同抹茶蕨餅,下面仲有啫哩同脆米,非常足料。抹茶拿破侖($48) - 抹茶拿破侖係店家新出嘅甜品,拿破侖好鬆脆,每一層中間夾左吉士醬同抹茶醬,抹茶味非常香濃。抹茶沙冰蛋糕($89) - 記得之前Via Tokyo有抹茶刨冷,見佢menu冇左就問下店員,佢話原來哩個蛋糕入面就係刨冰黎,見幾棧鬼又叫黎試下。抹茶刨冰出面抹左層抹茶忌廉,唔講真係以為係一個蛋糕。切開就會見倒入面係刨冰,仲有白玉喺入面,食完真係透心涼。個人覺得哩個刨冰最啱用黎慶生,俾個surprise壽星公。總結,抹茶甜品都算多,就算唔食凍野甜野,都可以飲杯抹茶latte,啱晒抹茶控。 continue reading

太座與我皆抹茶腔,對抹茶食品趨之若鶩,每次視覺上看著翠綠的顏色,心中感到自然,清新和自在,當然加上味覺上的體會更能滿足身體的需要。今天陪太座來銅鑼灣取回證書,順道在抹茶名店吃個tea,過往也曾想來,惟每次見到門外人龍都望而卻步,而今天則沒有,然而店內為了衛生問題,座位上有圍板,但也坐了八成人。看著餐牌,想吃的實在太多,倒不如每人點一份表參道套餐,一次過可試多款。一份選了抹茶芝士蛋糕(+$5),蕨餅,軟雪糕和抹茶。先嚐軟雪糕,這份選了抹茶味,在嚴夏啖一口冰涼的軟雪糕,抹茶味甘甜,還有軟糯的白玉和甜潤的紅豆,實在享受。蕨餅是一團透明物體,放黃豆粉和糖漿同吃,煙韌軟彈,是很有特色的日式甜品。加$5轉了的抹茶芝士蛋糕,先嚐到芝士香味,再慢慢啖出抹茶的甘味,兩種滋味同時在口腔激發,沒有違和感,芝士打得順滑,相當有水準。飲品選了抹茶,正好洗滌口腔的味蕾,抹茶清香,令人心境平和。另一份選了焙茶雪糕,啡色的背後隱藏了獨有的烘焙味,沉實可人,也配了白玉紅豆,同樣美味。加$5轉抹茶拿破崙,好吃的拿破崙首要條件是酥皮要又鬆又脆,其次才是餡料,一口咬下,真的很脆,很新鮮,沒有油膩味,中間夾心是抹茶和原味吉士醬,甘而不苦,甜度適中,份量剛好。最後,喝一口日本焙茶,倍感滿足!離開前還外帶抹茶卷給女兒,因為她也是抹茶腔啊! continue reading

Via tokyo真係每次食抹茶野都想起佢!今日tea lunch又選左依到,少女抹茶聚會!疫情下有mask bag供應,小貼心!有別大部分甜品店,佢有水供應。表參道套餐 $95乜都有乜都食,選擇困難價之選。抹茶卷多cream,交替抹茶蛋糕同cream相映呈現。雖然佢cream多到爆,但又唔係甜喎!盡是茶味同蛋糕既軟軟口感。蕨餅依個最cute,原件蕨餅由自己加小黑糖。再加黃豆味,成個感覺日本風。小巧帶點精緻感,比抹茶卷甜度甜既,但香。軟雪榚可以混合味!唔單止可以牛奶混合茶類嘅味道,抹茶可以混合焙茶,正呀!兩款茶都飲到!雖然有兩種茶,但感覺係前調抹茶香,後續焙茶既沉穩。日本焙茶愈飲愈濃,醒神。日本茶壺美美~Cremia牛油雪糕筒 $38牛油餅筒雪糕係去過日本既朋友都唔陌生,近年開始係香港見到佢嘅蹤影。由一開始嘅要$50、60到見到$40到,開心!牛油香味激濃,食落去非常軟滑同厚牛油味道!再食埋個牛油餅筒,都已經爆咗一半肚。宇治抹茶芝士蛋糕 $48你一路望個樣以為佢係硬身嘅芝士蛋糕。點知佢係軟芝士嘅代表。佢係一份芝士嘅香味加上抹茶,就比西方嘅芝士蛋糕少左芝士味但多左茶味。如果覺得西方嘅芝士蛋糕太濃味嘅話,呢一隻抹茶芝士蛋糕就係入門版去嘗試芝士蛋糕。熱焙茶latte $40 Large size甜甜地,勁濃既焙茶炒炒地味道!讚! continue reading

7月16號係炎炎夏日呀,所以呢間賣日本牛奶雪糕嘅店都排晒長龍。我個人就鍾意焙茶多個綠茶,因為焙茶就好似大提琴咁樣,無咁甜,感覺系比綠茶更加溫馴更加沉實。綠茶就會似小提琴咁樣,個味道會比較突出,對我來講都會有啲太甜㗎。另外呢我會特登揀有紅豆同埋有蕨餅嘅雪糕,再叫咗有焙茶雪糕同綠茶雪糕嘅沙冰。我咁樣叫法係因為鍾意乜都有嘅感覺, 咁就可以試到多啲味道,又可以有多啲口感同層次。佢哋真係幾好食啲配料係好襯唔知你又鍾意邊樣多啲呢? continue reading
