To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 甘岩呢排都係新蒲崗返工,平時都有食素既習慣,醒起小麥芽有素食便當,又甘岩近我番工既地方,所以就買黎試試佢。買過幾次,通常俾完錢都要等等,相信d菜式唔係一早煮好再放入飯盒,然後保暖,呢樣非常好。而飯盒係錫紙盒,無甘唔環保又可以保溫。飯係白米加糙米,相對健康,同埋蔬菜份量都多,岩哂唔夠菜食既外食一眾😭另外兩個菜式分別係沙茶素雞同泰式素鴨,素雞同素鴨都係平時喺齋舖會食到嗰啲,唔係新式既素肉,不過係調味方面幾有心思,沙茶同泰式酸辣風味都係食得出。份量方面,女仔係足夠,男仔就會未必夠飽。 continue reading

今晚初嚐新蒲崗小麥芽純素私房菜,小店環境,高級餐廳的食物質素,店主夫婦溫馨的招呼,但去到用餐最後時,有朋友竟然在席間高呼"邪惡",究竟搞乜?我地而家就去睇睇.....1) 素肉燥刀削麵:正是這道最後上的菜式,讓朋友高呼"邪惡的食物:,因為當時大家都已吃得捧腹,面對美味的麵條,想吃又不能吃太多,面對如此誘惑,實在只能高呼"邪惡",然後在誘惑面前屈服,即使飽飽的也多吃點.....咁究竟係"邪惡的刀削麵"前,我地食D左乜?食到已經冇哂空間呢...簡單的說,每一道菜,都是師傅的功夫菜,不論味道、擺放等等,都絕對是值得稱道的。2) 長裙竹生燴節瓜:出現在桌上的,是14個可愛的節瓜BB。在寒冷的冬夜中,它們戴着冬菇帽、圍上竹笙做的頸巾,浸在暖暖的溫泉中,歡迎着我們這批朋友的到來。翻看網上資料,描述長裙竹笙整個生長出網狀拖曳的曼妙美姿,今天也是首次得見這景像。至於節瓜的湯汁,和平常燴節瓜的醬汁不同,這些湯料,即使把它喝掉,也不會有乾涸的感覺。3) 蔬菜釀豆卜:引用席間朋友說話:"師傅係點樣將D材料放入豆斗入面?點解完全唔解得件豆卜有切開過的?",這兩個問題,就足以從側面道出了師傅刀工的精細4) 薄脆紫菜條豆腐聚寶粒:這道菜,吃的時候,如果硬是要保持紳士淑女的風度,舉箸慢慢地把豆腐、紫菜條、聚寶粒分別食的話,那麼便和味覺、口感上的享受擦身而過了。豆腐的軟滑、紫菜條的爽脆,對比一也;細細的聚寶粒和整片的豆腐同時吃進口中的感覺,對比二也。所以,這道菜式,是要用手捧着同時嚐着各種的材料,才能享受箇中精粹的。5) 素紅酒提子素羊腩:素紅酒,其實是提子汁,為了使素羊腩和配汁能夠更好的融合,師傅在一天前已開始為這道菜做準備,正是"上桌三分鐘,廚中一天功"的一個寫照。而且,這道素羊腩亦和巿面上的"素羊腩"素食製成品不同,是師傳自行研製的。點研製?不好意思,當時在吃着這道美味的菜,沒留心聽😂,總之就是值得推介啦今晚大家都滿載而歸,不只是滿足了腸胃,還在店中購買了很多的小食,兩手滿載而歸的回家去。大家都已嚷着要在小麥芽再吃開年飯,各位橫素谷的朋友,到時大家又要鬥快搶位啦....不過,剛剛同店主WTSAPP左,下次可以多2個位,一共16個名額,點都叫做多左2位啦😎 continue reading
