開咗接近一年,主打自家製酸種麵包、蛋糕,配埋咖啡,加埋薄荷綠嘅裝修,有種法式風情嘅感覺。*Fig & cream cheese on sourdough with honey vinegar sauce $95以價錢嚟講,份量真係偏少。酸種麵包偏薄偏細片,濕潤但麥香較少。忌廉芝士搽滿一層,無花果熟晒好腍,但唔甜。淋上蜜糖黑醋醬,配搭係好夾,但係無花果唔甜嘅關係,所以黑醋味好特出。*Latte $45比較細杯,奶泡細膩,咖啡味弱啲。好欣賞咖啡同嘢食一齊上。

因為喜歡食酸種麵包朋友介紹位於上環東街的Vacay。據說這裡老闆做的麵包非常好食。足料又新鮮。果然很不錯。今日公眾假期2:30pm 左右座滿人、要等位。但食物同咖啡都好出色!

難得weekend偷到時間, 帶家人到訪在清單收藏已久的 @vacay.cafe_hk ,急不及待試藍帶夫婦的包包🍅tomatoes forcaccia with aged balsamic vinegar - 這款最好吃, 外脆內軟, 上枱時仲暖, sundried tomatoes帶點點鹹香, 偷吃了好多口🤭🍞five grain sourdough with butter and homemade jam - 呢個都係外脆內軟, 外加了一份煎蛋補那蛋白質, 仲有燶邊🤤不過可能出面太多sourdough, 被蕃茄包稍稍比下去😉🍄Daily soup (mushroom) - 味道很nutty, 湯面的幾滴油和紅色粉很漂亮也很提味😋🦐Argentina red prawns and avocado on vennois bun with lobster bisque sauce (not in pictures) - 這款最(名)貴, 裏面有兩隻蝦, viennois bun查一下才知道是以特殊手法低温發酵的麵包, 平常不吃包的家人都説對乾掙掙的麵包改觀😌☕️flat white with oat milk - 配搭包包很完美現場仲有整個sourdough, croissants, 同其他cakes賣, 買嚟做早餐都正🥰感覺而家有自家出品&食品如此出色的café好像不多, 留一天好好吃包吧😌

第二次去,今次終於食到午餐的sour dough. 叫了一個抄蛋,蛋內有些黑松露碎,洋蔥, 蟹柳片連兩塊厚甜面飽 ,也有番茄和新鮮菜沙律. 另一個便叫了三文魚牛油菓酸種麵包. 先講講酸種麵包, 有可能不是太大塊, 食起來暫時未能感受到那一份酸種的味道, 只覺得似一塊黑麥包. 其他的食物, 三文魚新鮮, 牛油果好食. 食完主菜,我們便添加了一杯黑咖啡再加我例牌要一杯Expresso. 我覺得這店,咖啡是好的, 但我覺得蛋糕比主菜較為吸引.因為那時是午飯時間, 客人多了又有外賣.可惜只有一位咖啡師, 要接單也要煮也要沖咖啡, 一腳踢, 真是不易!佩服! 當我們飲咖啡時, 也過了午飯時間, 所以便沒有那樣的忙. 咖啡師非常友善, 我們便開始傾談, 大家交換下飲咖啡的心得, 有傾有講, 很開心呢. 咖啡師還很有善地泡製了兩杯細的私火咖啡給我們嘗試, 味道特別,慢慢地飲下去,咖啡滲透出有威士忌的香味. 另外也有一位女人客, 大家都有傾談,店舖內的氣氛很和諧. 這新店可以去,有一種親切感,不差.
