今次唔係第一次黎呢間酒樓食晚飯,之前幾次黎既食物質素同服務態度都OK的。但今次既經驗真係好差。首先,我之前明明打左去book位,果日佢仲有打黎確認訂位。但去到竟然話我冇book位,仲求奇指左張二人枱比我,我一家四口點坐呀!!我地話太窄坐唔到,之後佢就指我地坐門口果張,仲講<你坐就坐,唔坐就冇喇,今日full晒>。屋企人見做節就算啦照坐。但係我心裏不平,出去知客果度望下張訂位紙,我見到明明有我個booking,原來係佢將我張枱比左人。咁好難唔嬲啦,我問佢點解咁,個知客態度好差,話<宜家又唔係冇位你坐>。我就搵個經理叫佢解釋,點知態度竟然同個知客一樣,我真係嬲到想走。但屋企人話今日多人,走左都搵唔到餐廳,咁就忍住啖氣啦。食物質素又係另一令人嬲既事。果晚我地叫左五個餸,整體質素都難以接受。燒汁南瓜星斑球:呢個係細路話試既,話個配搭得意。點知......又咸又甜,古古怪怪咁。聲稱係星斑,但鞋到呢,完全唔係星斑的質素囉!金沙蛋黃大蝦球:呢個算係最似樣既,真係新鮮炸起,但係隻蝦係林既,一D都唔彈牙。咸魚蓉雞粒豆腐煲:咸魚喎,正常應該係重味既餸呀,點知係冇味既。但入真係有咸魚蓉喎,真係唔明點做到既!蜜汁叉燒:諗住冇可能難食啦,一般正常酒樓都唔會出事。點知味道係冇問題,但係全瘦囉,真係無言了。上湯焗加拿大龍蝦:味道係正常既,肉得三舊,其他全部係腳同頭,完全併唔出一隻正常蝦。而肉質更加完全係雪藏質地。幾百蚊比呢個質素我,真係唔合理。綜合一句,以後都唔會再幫襯 continue reading

i took my parent to this restuarant for dinner on a sunday. altough we made booking, the front desk lady gave us a very small table at a corner, and the seats were very close to the wall. i understand there is a banquet on the other side so tables are fully booked,but i still found the front desk lady,who is in the 20s, rude and unconsiderate to her customer, including my parent who is elderly over 65 years old, as if we have no other choice and must consume in their shop in whatever conditions. It was not the first time we got treated unpolitely by this particular staff (in the 20s and a little bit fat looking). the other staff are all polite and helpful, just this one staff is poor and unprofessional.we ordered live fish and a soup, they are good and not too much MSG added.but even though food is good, we might not want to go to the same shop sgin to experience the bad service another time. continue reading

經常到彩晶軒飲茶。最近發現服務人員的態度越來越糟糕,估計和餐廳服務人員培訓差有很大關系。每次去吃,都會看到有人在投訴服務。食物質素下降也厲害,可能與通脹有關。總之,糟糕透了。建議餐廳加強員工培訓先。 continue reading
