I've been here several times & I only do dine-in rather than take-out especially for eating sashimi & Uni here. One thing that I agree with the rest is the lady with glasses at the cash register has some attitude problem & can be rude sometimes, but who cares?! She doesn't get tips anyway! All I care is the freshness of the Hokkaido Uni & the toro here & for those like me who doesn't want to spend too much money & wants to enjoy the fresh sashimi & Uni here, this place is good to go! continue reading

之前食過幾次,雖然態度麻麻,但覺得價錢合理,d野都新鮮,所以今次朋友上來叫,左sushi外賣。食到剩返4份1, 發現一舊sushi舊飯痴住都幾大隻gei隻蒼蠅。第二日同返間鋪講,女收銀員愛理不理,仲劃係咪我屋企有蒼蠅飛入去。隻蒼蠅比舊sushi壓住,而d sushi又排得gum密,我都唔知可以點樣飛入去。以後唔食。 continue reading

食過一次 個時食加拿大海膽 好好味 想帶阿媽試下 去到先知呢段時間無 最快都要9月 要過去前再問先知 所以今次去先叫個海膽花之戀 係用韓國馬糞海膽 比媽小試 我上次就試過但唔岩我好味重點今次試北海道既馬糞海膽 $598 唔及日本當地食咁好食 但未到日本住而又想食黎講都算滿足 比較起黎覺得上次加拿大的比較鮮甜肥美 雜錦蝦刺身$99 咁抵既價錢都ok法國蠔 叫野食加$30一隻 過下引ok下次我依然會再去😋😋 continue reading

全店裝修簡潔,主打做外賣,但有少量坐位,可供堂食。全店是自助形式的,不論你是外賣,或堂食,都是先排隊付款,然後等叫號碼。一進舖,左邊的冷凍櫃,有魚生,壽司,沙律⋯⋯ 等等, 右邊是高枱,高櫈。 在枱後有一冷凍櫃是賣生蠔, 及cherry stone. 海水味蠻重,不過感覺不太新鮮,有一些已貝殼已開口,可能是香港天氣太熱吧!除了在凍櫃內的魚生,壽司,更有很多不同的丼套餐,配湯及飲品。餐湯是面鼓湯,比較淡口😐虎蝦三文魚丼$78虎蝦,有點雪藏味,不夠彈牙!三文魚沒有大驚喜,而且有點過度雪藏的感覺。應該是處理食材的方法,可以更好吧!香港人,十個有9個鐘意食日本野,那怕要排長龍,那怕味道一般,所以做老闆的,總要想點特別來留住一班客仔。雖然此店魚生個人覺得一般,不過丼的米飯,店主加了點心思,配了點菇菇,令口感,味道,賣相都更特別!算是一個平衡吧! continue reading
