帶家姐食西餐,在太子睇食評話是平民西餐,就帶家姐去見識。選了家姐喜歡食的法式羊架,外表有百里香及麵包糠,內質香嫩,不太腥蘇。配上有些薄荷味的醬汁,值得高分加個蟹肉包,加滿醬汁,不太乾旱,但又香脆,好似千鳥醬的味道。蜆肉蝴蝶粉,一人份量都大大碟,少少辣,超多蜆肉墨西哥栗米,像燒烤的香甜。飲品就點了holy grapefruit同維墨比熱情果手工啤。樽holy grapefruit香濃白葡萄加柚子味,加上梳打,好似果汁汽水。另外樽熱情果手工啤,帶出輕鬆心情,不會只有啤酒的苦澀味,有淡淡的清香熱情果味,好飲。 continue reading

這間餐廳都幾年沒有來了,今次再次相約朋友來到這間餐廳chill下!餐廳座位不多,坐低後揀好食物就自行到收銀處點餐,之後就會有店員送到你的枱上!法式豬鞍配炒雜蘑菇,豬鞍用上慢煮的方法,肉質鬆軟而且juicy!配上紅酒啤梨,味道酸酸味味,能夠解膩又開胃!另外再配上side dish炒什菇,味道香口又惹味!美國菲力牛扒配牛油果,牛扒份量不是很多,牛肉肉質鬆軟,味道都幾香濃!還配有煎香的芝士,味道咸香!牛油果都好新鮮,不錯!墨西哥粟米,粟米有一條的份量,醬汁味道酸酸辣辣,上面加有辣粉,什有墨西哥風味,而且粟米非常鮮甜,十分美味!香茅蜜桃烏龍茶,飲品帶有烏龍茶的甘香,有蜜桃的香甜味,味道不會好甜,幾解渴!檸檬仔檸檬汽水,這款檸檬汽水十分酸味味,開胃又醒神! continue reading

太子有兩間慢煮工業,今次同朋友約咗嚟太子道西呢間。大概晚上八點去到,都幾多人,開咗咁耐,受歡迎程度一直都冇減卻👍🏻呢度裝修走工業風,燈光微暗,幾有格調😚三點嘅選擇都唔少,而且仲好抵食🍴食物價錢真係好親民🥹菲力牛扒配芝士($128)牛朳偏厚身,肉質軟嫩又juicy,上面仲有蒜蓉同香草令效果更香🤤難怪個個嚟到都食扒。伴碟仲有沙律菜,中和肉膩。滿蜆肉蝴蝶粉($98)好大碟🤩無論蜆肉定蝴蝶粉都好多,如果想再豐富啲嘅,可以加錢要double蜆肉🆙蜆係細細隻咁,不過食得出係新鮮,同埋完全冇沙好乾淨👍🏻而且個汁用咗蒜同香草調味,又夠creamy,令每一啖粉都可以沾上。蝦籽雞翼($48)黑松露芝士薯條($38)小食都用小鐵罐裝住,幾得意😎 雞翼炸至脆口乾身,加埋蝦籽都幾夾,多咗少少鮮味鹹香,仲有少少辣味😊外間少有食到呢種口味,配埋蛋黃醬可以點嚟食。而黑松露芝士薯條個味道都好濃郁,會食唔停口🍟荔枝接骨木特飲($38)口味清爽,配以上味道較為濃郁同埋炸物啱晒🍹 continue reading

最近喜歡重遊舊地,試試以往曾經食過的高質小店,是否仍能保持一貫水準。今日去的是位於太子的慢煮工業。餐廳貫徹一直以來的簡約英倫風,以木色作為主調,配上輕柔的音樂,使食客尤如進入異國的悠雅氛圍,盡情放鬆心情。餐牌上共有10款可供選擇,而我選的是著名的安格斯牛扒薯條,牛肉內裏帶點粉紅色,約為七成熟,肉質鮮嫩多汁,沒有多餘的渣滓,而且由於牛扒中自身帶點肥膏,於燒香後,化為油香,入口即化。肉的質量,以午市價格而言,已是相當出色。配菜作為由炸薯條,呈厚身長條型,與坊間快餐店的幼身短薯條不同,外皮酥脆可口,呈金黃色,薯條內心軟嫩,薯味出眾,加上即叫即炸,入口相當的熱,令我停不下手。 continue reading
