今日同朋友去咗尖沙咀赫德道嘅「鰻工房」食晚飯,呢間係專食鰻魚嘅日式小店,鋪頭唔算大,但裝修幾有日本風情,木系枱凳同埋牆上掛住啲鰻魚畫,感覺幾舒服首先叫咗個「鰻魚芝士玉子燒」,一上枱就聞到陣蛋香。玉子燒煎得啱啱好,入面嘅鰻魚肉嫩滑,加埋半溶嘅芝士,口感好豐富跟住試咗招牌嘅「三重鰻魚丼」,真係冇改錯名,一碗飯有三種食法:蒲燒、白燒同鰻魚碎。蒲燒鰻魚油香十足,醬汁甜度適中;白燒就食到原汁原味,魚皮燒得脆脆哋;最驚喜係鰻魚碎,撈埋溫泉蛋同飯一齊食,真係停唔到口。飯底煮得唔錯,軟硬適中,吸晒鰻魚嘅精華最後個「一本蒲燒鰻魚烏冬」 烏冬算彈牙價錢平民 鰻魚專門店好抵食鰻工房 地址:尖沙咀赫德道1-3號利威商業大廈地下7號舖 continue reading

我好後悔朋友生日去左呢度食OR見有184😋得幾個中差評諗住唔會伏啦因為朋友鍾意食日本生燒鰻魚 而呢間係鰻魚專門店叫左成個menu第二最貴嘅生燒鰻魚丼$208冷烏冬+$8鰻魚肝$38+10%=$508個鰻魚落單到上枱20分鐘 食落口完全唔覺得係即燒 個皮有啲硬揀左汁燒但係冇咩汁冇咩味道個飯都冇乜汁 隔離有樽鰻魚汁自己落 但就重酒味啲鰻魚唔知咩部位黎 厚身啲但係唔好食 同日本食原條嘅差好遠而且每塊都有骨最差係成間野唔知射燈太勁定點 問店員可唔可以開大啲冷氣 佢話冇我熱到一路吹住風扇咁食極速埋單走人點解呢間野可以咁高分?如果10分滿分 坦白講 我唔係黎食白飯 我想比0分 continue reading

因為好掛住日本的鰻魚飯,所以朋友介紹尖沙咀有間鰻魚小店,店舖雖然細小,但很有日本風,7点後已經坐滿客人每人点了套餐定食,每款定食加$18 可配溫泉蛋,流心香滑,鰻魚肝白貝湯,味道鮮甜,還有鹹菜及玄米茶定食~一本蒲燒鰻魚烏冬,原條鰻魚用蒲汁燒,蒲汁味道香濃,滲入新鮮的鰻魚,味道很好,肉質軟綿綿,外皮煙韌有口感,滑滑的烏冬配濃香的芝麻醬,好好味生燒鰻魚(白燒),新鮮肥美的鰻魚,燒得香噴噴,外皮香脆,肉質爽口彈牙,不需加醬汁,保留鰻魚的鮮甜味道,白飯鋪滿紫菜絲及蛋絲,味道很好。另外建議預留三分一米飯,加入紫菜絲,芝麻及高湯,完成一碗茶漬飯,一款兩食,兩款都非常好味 continue reading
