About Reward Scheme
Very friendly staff and amazing service. I’m a sybarite so being pampered is nothing new for me but this place is remarkable, they pamper you a lot and make you feel really very special.I was surprised at the quality of food and its presentation. My mouth is watering by just thinking about it now. The overall ambience was very cozy, we didn’t feel like leaving, specially the outdoor garden, the tables were far apart giving you a sense of privacy and the staff were not overbearing, but always available when you need them. We enjoyed our time there and are definitely going back to them.

完全唔似喺香港樓底好高,空間感好足,人手好充裕,四周冇乜人,落地玻璃望藍天同外園,景觀唔會好密集星期六有set brunch HKD688我地選擇單點。壽司併盤壽司好細件,魚生係薄切天婦羅拼盤HKD260 啱啱炸起好香口,蝦新鮮,個粉唔錯,有冬菇,南瓜同茄子甜品拼盤抹茶係有爆炸糖💥,估佢唔倒,整體賣相同味道都一般串燒自選,有幾個選擇,粟米🌽…我地就揀咗牛,雞,秋葵同菇,唔可以重覆,其實係小食當佐酒🤭點咗三杯飲品🍸,係bar tender 即場調嘅,每杯HKD110, 我要嗰杯係茘枝,唔太甜橙嗰杯有個波波最賞心悅目之後行岀小庭園,有小錦鯉池,仲有龜,有幾張檯同太陽傘,感覺好寫意好療愈😌😌

sunday brunch ,with relaxing indoor seats :appetiser- duck breast fillet ; fish with rods ; fish liver ; potato crab & avocado salad ; sashimi & sushi ; roast foie gras , interesting .main- crispy skin salmon fillet ; panfried pork slices ; miso soup & bowl of rice , fulfilling .dessert- chocolate mudcake & cheese cake ,along with pairing wine , enjoyable .overall fine and fresh ingredients , plus some of unique tastes , friendly services ,there nice outdoor garden just nearby ,i would go for more other dishes next time .

早排放假入咗數碼港走走,再嘆個Weekend Brunch $688/位入到去真係好舒服, 靜靜地唔太多人,個感覺就係去咗旅行放空咁,當日勁好天氣心情加分呢個日式Brunch都好豐富,前菜都有五款㗎😋「牛油果蟹肉薯仔沙律」開胃清新,另一款係一盤三點「合鴨煮、鮟鱇魚肝、三文魚親子啫喱配開心果醬」擺盤精緻味道不錯接住係「刺身及壽司拼盤」,吞拿魚腩肥美牡丹蝦鮮甜,仲有兩款係「香煎鵝肝伴威士忌汁」及夠薄漿炸脆「天婦羅拼盤」主菜有六款選擇,「柚子味噌燒法國有機春雞配茄子」燒得不錯雞肉都算嫩滑,試埋另一款「吉列日本和牛配黑松露醬伴南瓜蓉」呢個需另加$250,個味道配搭都好夾,入面仲有隻溫泉蛋,另會跟埋日本米飯及味噌湯,我坐窗邊位望住出面魚池及烏龜慢慢嘆🐟🐢感覺好正啊~

星期六和朋友走到薄扶林一帶house warming,見時間尙早,就直接在附近醫一醫肚再去朋友家。來到艾美酒店的日本餐廳Umami吃個午餐。餐廳樓底夠高,一派和風路線,有戶外用餐區,養著錦鯉和烏龜,沐浴在陽光下,好不寫意。正好這裏提供的weekend brunch 合我們心意。套餐包括前菜、主菜和甜品,也可以按個人喜好加入wine pairing。不過這個weekend brunch我們只需要選主菜,因為這個餐包括所有前菜。先來的是前菜三點,有合鴨煮、鮟鱇魚肝、三文魚子啫喱。牛油果蟹肉薯仔沙律鋪面的是一個蟹肉小山,下面的薯仔蓉幼滑,輕怡又清新。再來的刺身壽司賣相精美。刺身有吞拿魚腩、油甘魚、牡丹蝦,件件鮮甜肥美。壽司則有平目魚、酒煮鮑魚、帶子,飯不算多,一口一件剛好。接下來的鴨肝煎得兩邊焦黃,伴威士忌汁,油香滿溢又有酒香。天婦羅拼盤有海蝦、南瓜、番薯和日本穴子。炸得輕身又脆口。主菜選了柚子味噌法國有機春雞配茄子,春雞小小的一隻但肉很多。雞皮金黃而肥膏不多,直接連皮食亦不覺膩。雞肉保持鮮嫩多汁,醮上一旁的香䓤、柚子味噌醬,帶點微酸更能食出嫩滑。另一主菜則加錢點了吉列日本和牛配黑松露醬伴南瓜蓉。肥中肉厚的兩件外皮炸得金黃但透著微粉紅,看得到的透明油脂夾雜其中。黑松露醬味道很香,加上蛋汁,配炸得香口的吉列和牛,送飯一流。牛肉的油香,松露香和菌香共冶一爐。望住窗外的翠綠景色,令人心曠神怡。最後再吃件有質素的甜品,感覺心滿意足,可以開始餘下大半日的行程了。
