今日係中環一間叫umami Factory的餐廳食左個lunch。因為並唔太餓，係店員推介下只係叫咗個北海道帶子意粉😙意粉的賣相相當靚，帶子的口感爽口味道鮮甜，感覺帶子的品質唔錯。至於意粉，口感啱啱好，唔會太硬太軟，而且入口有好香的蒜香。而環境方面，裝修比較樸素簡單，但非常舒適！！唯一缺點係因為我唔係住附近，所以地點對我嚟講比較遠，少啲腳力都唔得，所以下次再來都係搭車會好啲😂但絕對會再幫襯！高質餐廳！！😋…Read More

今日同朋友行完街啦，咁個肚有少少餓餓地，就諗住搵啲野食下啦，咁啱就見到呢一間餐廳🤩睇完個menu之後就決定入去試下🤣入到去之後睇到餐廳嘅店面唔大，裝潢係偏簡約風格。環境乾淨舒適經過店員推薦之後決定點左crabmeat croquettes 同一個iberico pork chop。等左無幾耐之後野食終於來啦😋首先係個薯餅，啲蟹肉俾得一啲都唔吝嗇，脆口嘅薯餅配上鮮味嘅蟹肉，真係好夾！🤩然後就係個pork chop，經過店員介紹知道個豬扒係經過低溫慢煮之後再稍微煎一煎，食落口感非常鬆軟，味道亦唔錯。總結來講食物同環境都唔錯，有機會嘅話都會再來👍🏻…Read More
