6月18日尼食lunch,第一樣嘢係一入到去卡位就有陣廚房mix廁所嘅鬼味,即刻調翻坐出面。叫咗個吉列豬扒拉麵同豬軟骨烏冬,首先係拉麵同烏冬都浸到軟曬,二尼係湯底冇味,都唔講佢嘅甜品啫喱得香精味。整體尼講係好差,唔會再食,低成本hea餐廳。 continue reading

雖然稱唔上可以媲美其他鐵板燒專門店,但係以黎一個價格全包計算,一般鐵板燒價格都係偏貴,但係巧合見到呢度嘅午餐都只係50蚊起,絕對係抵食嘅鐵板燒入門店。重點喺餐廳侍應,雖然好似唔係好理人,但係佢地嘅服務比好多餐廳更加好同細心。鐵板炒烏冬炒得嘅入味,燒汁味亦都唔會好重,唔會好咸,雖然少左鐵板嘅焦香味,但烏冬都幾彈牙。肥牛金菇卷,個人覺得醬汁太多喧賓奪主左,反而唔係好食到肥牛嘅牛肉味,建議如果可以俾客人選擇需唔需要加埋醬汁炒會更加好。炒雜菜並無加到蒜蓉落去,適合唔鍾意食蒜蓉嘅朋友,都唔會偏咸,正常炒雜菜。 continue reading

得知這間餐廳很久,剛巧這天經過才初嚐。平日的下午一點半,餐廳都幾滿但不用等位。餐牌上的食物都很吸引,但想下單時才被告知有很多食物都沽清了,無論是我的第一、第二、第三選擇,全都沒有了😅沒辦法,只好選其他吧。先有一碟少少的前菜,有蒜味螺肉和辣大豆芽。等了一會,我的鐵板野菜牛肉煎蛋套餐來了。剛做好的野菜牛肉不斷冒煙,香氣也隨著四散。上面的那隻是太陽蛋,弄穿蛋黃讓蛋液流到白飯上好味呢。牛肉是用肥牛,帶點肥肉;正因如此,炒起來油脂都流出來了,聞和食到特別香、特別有味道。最正的是,油脂都流到在菜上,所以無論是在食牛肉或者菜,每一口都能夠食到牛肉的味道。熱辣辣很有鑊氣,配白飯真是一流!食完飯還有甜品。雖然我不太清楚是甚麼,大概食布丁之類的東西,甜甜的。餐飲我選擇了熱檸蜜,不用加錢,味道偏甜。$50在鐵板炒的午餐,吃得我很飽又滿足。是可以回頭的餐廳! continue reading
