那天,有半日的假。於是,中午一下班,就來大圍搜尋一下美食。然而,這一次算是專程來大圍,因為有一間日式咖啡店,on my list on 左好耐,一直都沒有機會來拜訪。本來,近近地屋企在烏溪沙站有分店,但當我有時間去試時,該店已經結業了。如今,只剩大圍一家店。而這日式咖啡店的名字,就是《屋子咖啡》。說是咖啡店,但今時今日的《屋子》令我覺得這兒更似一間 Shokudō (食堂)。這《屋子》,主打咖啡之餘,也有提供美味的日式午市定食啊。午市的定食,是可以任配搭的。主食,我就選了醬油蛋漢堡,而小食就是一份大阪章魚燒。配在普通的白飯同一杯咖啡。大阪章魚燒,即是三件章魚小丸子。熱乎乎的三粒丸,非常之香口。薄薄的一層脆脆口外層,配合香軟的內心,內心中,亦夾雜著粒粒煙韌的章魚小粒。而味道感受卻是濃濃香香的,很容易令人感滿意。醬油蛋漢堡。漢堡扒的質地好細滑,加了生雞蛋在上面之後,看起來更多添了一種滑滑的感覺。而這一片厚厚的漢堡扒,加了雞蛋同醬油後,賣相又的確幾似蒸肉餅啊。再加上這食用這漢堡,是採用亞洲式既食法,亦即是用筷子食同伴白飯食,直頭連食用既感覺都似足食蒸肉餅飯。之不過,這是一個比豬肉餅更勝幾籌的日式牛肉,配上味道鮮甜的日式醬油同味道濃郁的生蛋黃,再以此伴飯,不得不說,是一個小確幸。咖啡,是日式的咖啡。味道帶點酸,入口,可以說是又濃又香滑。該日,我可以說是遇到了一杯好咖啡,其濃濃的咖啡香味,直接進入鼻孔,入口又令口中散發芳香。一口咖啡就能令鼻子同味蕾都得到感動,不得不說好。環境舒適悠閒,食物精美亦好味道。的確,是要用這種閒閒的平日來,才會感受到這《屋子咖啡》的悠閒感覺。雖只是中午的一小時坐在這裡,但我已經感覺到一份無比的平靜。 continue reading

「屋子」這個品牌都可以說是有點名氣,特別受年輕人歡迎,今天週末中午時間來到她們位於大圍的分店試一試。餐廳門面低調,內進後裝修主要使用木類,行簡約路線,座位大約二十多個但客滿時都會坐得比較擠擁,跟隔離檯的距離基本上是沒有甚麼距離的。假日只有單點餐牌供應,而餐牌上的食物選擇眾多,讓我「苦惱」了一會才決定到吃甚麼。焙茶奶蓋茶($45)的茶味濃郁帶苦澀,跟帶甜的奶蓋來一個平衡。主菜方面我點了一顆洋蔥豚肉煮($58)配白飯($18),都是頗受歡迎的溫配菜方面就沒有點了。主菜配有一小碟小菜,是日為木耳絲,沒有調味的。裡面真的有完整一顆洋蔥的豚肉煮樣子特別,洋蔥無論是外還是內都做得十分軟淋,充份吸收了醬汁和豚肉的味道,都幾下飯。特意地用一些醬汁伴著飯食,食得出調味直接,有醬油和不少的味淋,同時一股豬油脂味;然而再看一下那些碎碎的豬肉薄片,大概有一半都是脂肪所以不能吃,看到這些應該說是「豬腩片」的成本應該幾低,收費都頗進取。餐廳明顯是想行日系、簡約路線,可是食物質素平平,店內也沒有甚麼服務可言,這個溫度下店內也沒有甚麼冷氣的似,讓我整頓午餐直至離開都在冒汗,基本上這裡的配套都是做不到日系的感覺 continue reading

入到去,樓面聚埋一齊但沒有人理。『請問係咪隨便坐就得?』(坐低吧枱面壁位,冷氣機不停滴水,就移過一個,但成個過程都唔會有人理)直至要問『請問係點樣落單?』一個人,1主食2料理1甜點,其中一份咖喱食唔晒,諗住攞走,去到收銀:『唔該,我想買個盒』(都講到明係買⋯⋯但樓下並唔係問裝咩嘢)而係:「$2個喎得唔得呀 」『冇問題呀』(點知係遞個壽司盒俾我,内紅外黑透明蓋嗰種)『⋯⋯唔好意思我係裝走湯咖喱、可唔可以要湯盒?』「好大㗎喎」『可以啊,唔該』(今次係湯盒,係蓋同兜完全卡唔上,明顯蓋大過兜都幾多)收銀見到都睇唔過眼,問廚房有冇第二個?「冇喎!新嗰批全部都係咁」收銀:咁不如包層保鮮紙?『可以啊』(嗰陣已經收咗錢)問題又嚟嘞~既然個蓋完全冚唔實,而裝有湯汁嘅嘢,要包保鮮紙的話,係咪應該包係個兜,再蓋上?佢哋唔係㗎喎,成個盒一齊包⋯⋯仲要一層。跟住畀返我,放入紙袋已經feel到穿咗。收銀就話:我原本都係諗住你諗咁樣包㗎,可能廚房誤會咗~哦~廚房誤會咗。okay.. 咁點解唔包過? continue reading
