限聚,出街食飯,變得好困難,今晚約左人去譽宴.星海薈試下小菜同招牌紅燒煲仔翅,襯住禁堂食之前食餐好最近網友推介,星海薈有足三兩既紅燒煲仔翅 原煲上菜 只要$188,超值抵食真正可以拿來魚翅撈飯,估唔到咁困難既經濟環境下反而食到咁抵食既菜式另外仲有蠔皇原隻花膠扒,想補補既女生,絕對值得一試我們今天是為煲仔翅而來花膠扒就留返下一次先再食晚市有唔少小炒,小菜,另外加左個鮮菠蘿脆皮古老肉$148 另外一客啫啫馬友蝦乾芥蘭一客翅,一飯一菜一肉食,兩個人剛剛好最先上菜係翅, 原煲起菜,真正一梳翅而不是碎翅,底墊了芽菜濃鮮既上湯,餵入翅身之中,食起來,翅都會有味道,成個豪氣感覺出曬黎呢個價位食到咁足料既湯翅,滿分收貨,粗獷食法,先食翅,剩低既湯拿來撈飯食一流食完湯翅,再上主菜 蝦乾,肉碎,馬友,用鐵鍋爆香,上菜時仍然爆出滋滋既熱力聲待煙霧散去,夾一口芥蘭配肉碎,咸香滋味,只係單吃會過咸,一定要配返碗白飯就岩岩好鮮菠蘿脆皮古老肉$148 肉身爽而香濃,沒有油膩感,菠蘿鮮甜可口 天然的甜味和酸味,整道菜再現傳統的風味色澤鮮亮,香氣四溢  酸甜適中 每一件肉都同等大細,,個皮夠脆夠薄酸甜醬汁唔會太多 恰到好處不會影響酥脆感 continue reading

Long time no come 譽宴.星海薈!The entrance was as pretty as before. Environment was exceptionally nice as it was obviously well decorated for wedding banquets. They gave us a big pot to sterilise our eating utensils by hot water on our own.  茶位 was $15+10% per head, same as about half a year ago. We came in a group of 4 and ordered a few dim sum, a fried dish, a veggie dish and a rice dish to share. 招牌胡椒濃雞湯灌湯餃 Steamed Minced Pork Dumplings in Pepper Chicken Soup $58+10%This signature dim sum was a must-order. We had already tried it once during our first visit so it was an encore. The manager was so nice to remind us to eat this when it was still hot. The soup was really so strong of 胡椒. It was so thick yet not greasy at all. The dumpling was giant. First of all, the wrapping was so good to chew as it had a nice sticky texture although it was not thin which made sense given the amount of ingredients inside. The ingredients of the dumpling were mostly pork pieces and were not bad. There was also one piece of chicken and quite a few 杞子 served together with the dumpling in the soup. This dumping soup was really special and not commonly found elsewhere. 星海薈蝦餃皇 Steamed Shrimps Dumplings $41+10%These shrimps dumplings should be their signature given their names. The ingredients contained shrimps which were so crispy and the wrapping was smooth and sticky which was good to eat!蟹籽燒賣皇 Steamed Pork Dumplings with Crab Roe $36+10%Each of them was so giant with loads of ingredients especially Chinese mushrooms, shrimps which were so meaty and fresh, pork pieces at the bottom, and some crab roes on top. The yellow wrapping was quite thin compared with many siu mai out there. 香麻叉燒酥 Baked Barbecued Pork Puff with Sesame $36+10%It was probably the best baked barbecued pork puff I had ever had. The puff was very 鬆化 and it easily dissolved in my mouth. The barbecued pork inside tasted very good and was just enough - not too much or too little. Together with the white sesame sprinkled on top, it smelt and tasted very good. At such a price, they were really unbeatable.Then here you go the fried dish.鮮菠蘿脆皮咕嚕肉 Sauteed Crispy Pork with Pineapple in Sweet and Sour Sauce $128+10%Presentation wise, it looked very good with the diced pineapple and some fresh greens on the side. Flavourwise, the crispy pork was really the best I had ever eaten. They were really crispy with a super thin layer of crust. Yet the flesh inside was super tender and juicy with a good mix of fat versus meat. The sauce was very tasty too. Portion was generous with around 20 pieces of pork altogether. Accompanying the pork, there were sliced onions and sweet peppers. The pineapples were also super juicy and sweet. Great dish!湯灼靚菜遠 Poached Green Vegetables in Soup $48+10%We chose choy sum amongst other veggies. I was surprised at the portion. Quality was excellent as all choy sum were fresh green and tasted great in a crunchy texture. We suspected that they had used oil to boil them then used hot water to try to get rid of the oil, so that they did not appear too oily. They served sweet soy sauce on the side. 砂窩鱆魚雞粒燴飯 Rice in Casserole with Dried Squid and Chicken Grains $168+10%It was served in a big clay pot and steam kept coming out when the lid was lifted. The rice was of the perfect degree of moisture and there was some 飯焦 on the side. The rice was also appropriately seasoned and smelt very good. Aside from quite a lot of diced squid and chicken, there were also diced Chinese mushrooms, sliced broccolis and chopped spring onion to make the texture more complicated. There was quite a rich flavour of ginger which I really liked. I also particularly appreciated how the skin was removed from the diced chicken. Portion was giant as there were about 6 full bowls of rice. Good pot of rice indeed.Red Bean Sweet Soup (complimentary)Complimentary sweet soup was Red Bean Soup. It was of pretty high quality with loads of red beans and rich flavour of 陳皮 yet of perfect degree of sweetness.All food items we ordered this time were really excellent with a few exceptionally outstanding ones like Baked Barbecued Pork Puff and Crispy Pork. Service was very efficient and seating was very comfortable while environment was nice. Most importantly, the quality of the food was really high. 之前去過譽宴.星海薈的婚宴,印象中食物水準都不錯,是夜在銅鑼灣逛街後,就和家人來了利舞臺的分店吃晚飯小菜。大堂有升降機直到餐廳,因這裡也是婚宴專門店,整體佈置很瑰麗堂皇。現在防疫措施下,餐廳都一併換上了四人枱,位與位之間有空間相隔,可以坐得寬敞舒適一點。入座後先送上晚茶和餐前小食,另外也提供了一大盤的滾水讓客人清洗一下碗筷。見到推廣有原價可是要$388的足三兩紅燒煲仔翅,現在只需特價$188,於是就叫了兩客品嚐一下。店員會在面前將其煲至滾燙再上菜,看著金黃色澤中的起伏小氣泡,令人食指大動魚翅口感爽脆順口,湯羹細滑甘甜,裡面加了銀芽增添口感,超值的價錢奢華的享受,很鮮美滋味的一道菜小菜點了很多人推薦的得獎金磚脆豆腐,確實是名不虛傳。外面是酥脆的椒鹽炸衣,內裡是細緻嫩滑的豆腐,豆味濃郁。雖然是炸物,但入口不膩不重,香脆和嫩滑在口中相遇,實在美味。另一道菜點了脆皮燒雞,同樣皮脆肉嫩,雞肉仍帶肉汁和油脂香,雞皮薄脆,不錯最後來了咸豬骨粉腸芥菜煲,胡椒湯底的香氣飄了一地,舀了一勺湯,用嘴啜了一小口,驅風散寒,很適合秋冬暖暖身子。粉腸好軟而且份量足,裡面除了芥菜,還有冬菇和紅椒,很大一煲分享來吃剛剛好 continue reading

服務:部長服務有待改善,其與舊客暢談甚歡,導致下單出錯,浪費不少時間,但其他職員大多服務不錯。環境:佈置良好,枱與枱之間隔距寛敞。食物:燒賣、小籠包、蝦餃味道正常,唯蝦餃皮略厚,但韌度還好,安格斯牛肉腸頗有創意、新穎,味道佳。 continue reading

今日同屋企人去咗銅鑼灣譽宴.星海薈 到食午餐餐廳位於利舞臺 入面有專用電梯超級方便 一入到去發現樓底超高 裝修金碧輝煌枱櫈都好闊落 會有專人用滾水洗餐具 乾淨衛生星海薈蝦餃 皮薄餡靚 蝦肉彈牙黑蒜雞湯 原盅燉湯非常花時間 蒜頭味唔重 而且蒜頭煲得軟淋入口即化 滋補嘅感覺鮮菠蘿脆皮咕嚕肉 鮮菠蘿好細心咁起咗肉 食落好方便 咕嚕肉外層酸酸甜甜嘅醬汁脆卜卜包住 入面係嫩滑多汁嘅豬肉 肥瘦適中好食招牌白胡椒蟹 胡椒蟹有成斤半重 非常巨型 隻蟹鉗都有我個手板咁大 好誇張 胡椒味香濃惹味 不過一啲都唔嗆喉 調味啱啱好 肉質彈牙非常新鮮 鮮味十足 而且食完之後成個身成個暖笠笠蒜蓉炒豆苗 豆苗新鮮 唔多油 continue reading
