Introduction
The restaurant specializes in authentic Sichuan cuisine. The pickled fish and spicy dried hot pot are the most popular dishes. It uses 20 months' Yunnan sauerkraut, Sichuan sauerkraut and Guangdong salty sauerkraut to serve pickled fish, which has a wonderful smell and taste.

唔係好想煮嘅情況底下走咗落街食,兩個人唔叫得啲乜所以就簡簡單單嗌咗一個麻辣香鍋加啲配菜,香鍋入邊午餐肉係最好食,炸到外脆內軟,送飯一流,第一次叫鵪鶉蛋加入去,都有驚喜,粒蛋走個油,蛋黃好似流心咁。另外有叫魷魚,可惜魷魚唔夠入味,豬頸肉同埋雞翼就不過不失。土豆都好味,夠入味一個鍋兩碗白飯兩個人食,都食唔晒要包走做宵,份量十足。服務員姨姨都好熱情,次次去親都好有禮貌,主動執嘢同埋斟水,依家直程變咗屋企飯堂咁。

香港这几年开了很多的川湘菜饭店,如果让我在这么多饭店的这么多菜品里选一道我的最爱,那就必须是十二味的这道武隆尖椒鸡了!–从刚来香港第一次接触到这道菜,我基本保持一周一两次吃它的频率不像辣子鸡那么干辣上火,武隆尖椒鸡是那种带着点湿的麻辣,配合小块鸡肉外焦里嫩的口感,真的是太下饭了!藕丁的搭配也是一绝,解腻又爽脆。性价比超级高。–前两天去吃还发现他们家新出的黑豆花酸汤鱼也很好吃,黑豆花很吸汁很入味,爱吃豆制品的朋友们可以去试试!

今日同朋友喺餐廳叫咗兩個中午套餐,套餐每人包一包紙包飲品,或者可以加錢叫嘢飲,而且加錢又飲品超級大杯,一個酸菜魚加麻婆豆腐,麻婆豆腐真的超超超超級推介,豆腐好滑,辣得黎會好香,攞嚟撈飯食超好食。另外酸菜魚都好好食,我哋仲另外加咗薯粉,薯粉份量都多,我哋唔夠白飯走去同服務員講,佢仲可以幫我哋添加白飯,啲餸好食到我哋都食咗好多飯,唯一覺得一般嘅就係酸菜魚食到有兩三條骨,如果全部酸菜魚都冇骨嘅話,就超級完美人均大約80

口味偏鹹,不過附近冇乜川菜選擇,依度勝在夠大間。不過出品唔夠穩定,香鍋有時好鹹,有時剛剛好。酸菜魚配料時多時少,魚有啲腥。。。。。。服務就不敢恭維,一向都冇乜,所以都係黎快閃午餐,晚餐只會叫外賣。今日食午餐,本來有跟前菜,其中一個服務員話送完就冇,咁如果真係無都可以理解,但另一個服務員又拎左啲前菜上比後來嘅客,變相食緊午餐嘅客有啲有前菜有啲冇,其實入去夾啲前菜出嚟比客係咪咁難呢?大家都付出相同消費,點解要區別對待?

突然想食酸菜魚,放是就入去一逛,叫佐酸菜魚米線,小辣,真係唔夠辣,但味道尚算不錯,酸菜味道不錯,魚塊都多,米線略少。。。貪心的我最叫埋口水雞,午餐份量都多,一個人一定夠食,都係叫小辣,呢個就夠味啦。。味道不錯。。環境,坐位安排都尚算滿意,寬敞。。服務,都不錯,qr code 落單,出菜都好快,對心急的我,就正。。快啲有得食。。價錢,七十幾蚊一個套餐,都ok嘅。。份量都算值得呢個價錢,汽水5蚊罐,都ok啦。。
