好耐之前同朋友食過旺角嘅分店,剛好經過見到又好掛住四川辣味,就再去一試!口水雞分量:有差不多半隻雞辣味:麻,辣好分明,而且不會太辣,適合香港人食雞:點有雪味,而且偏凍,可能放雪櫃太耐,解凍不夠香鍋熱菜自選配料:薯仔,肥腸,寛粉辣味:大約為小辣的辣度有酸辣粉的配料,份量很足,很大碗,一定夠2人食了辣度惹味,但不夠過癮,總係覺得少了一份“大陸味”,香辣度始終有點不足,但可一解口癮紅糖糍粑超級喜歡!!和以前係四川食過嘅一模一樣!外脆,裡面十分煙韌!炸得剛好!紅糖好濃稠,好容易掛在糍粑上,配上黃豆粉,增加香味紅糖和糍粑,剛好一甜一淡,非常之夾!**個人推介** continue reading

好耐冇得上深圳食野,開始掛住酸菜魚,早幾日網上見到十二味酸菜魚個樣好似深圳食嘅,決定去試下!坐底後發現連點餐都好似深圳,要用qr code叫野食😂.🍴是日點菜:-人見人愛酸菜魚配闊條酸菜魚可以有唔辣、小辣、中辣等不同程度辣度。今次我地點左小辣,分量十足,我地之前仲擔心唔夠叫了一碗白飯加一碟炒麵😓酸菜魚味道好正宗,一食就覺得深圳個味道返哂黎!而且酸菜都算多,但酸度同辣度又剛剛好!又有花椒八角。我最怕食魚有骨,呢度魚嫩滑無骨,唔洗再驚食魚了-蔥油拌麵以蔥油為主,味道幾香,不過不失,但分量比較少-酸梅汁:超大杯,但唔知點解有d甜,最後溝左兩杯水 continue reading
