老闆介紹一定要用佢嗰塊脆多士點上黎食,咁樣食落去又唔會制,又食到唒d芋蓉。佢呢個膏蟹嘅膏尚算好多,係硬身的。芋蓉入邊會有好多膏跌左出嚟,所以一定要食埋佢啲芋蓉,唔好浪費。

至於呢個花雕雞,係有半隻雞,不過都幾大隻,另外仲有十幾粒雞子。隻雞已經預先淹左,所以會有淡淡的酒香。佢嘅花雕湯底有好多藥材,如果啱啱開始飲個湯就會覺得只有藥香,唔夠味,唔係咁好,但係當啲雞滾得耐,去到尾聲嘅時候,成個湯就會變到好好飲,飲完就熱辣辣。

平時食咩就食黃金鮮魷同埋黃金蝦比較多,今次就試吓呢一個黃金蠔。雖然係用普通嘅生蠔,但係炸出嚟外面嘅黃金完全包住左隻生蠔,咬落去又鮮味。另外俾咗生菜你包住嚟食,減輕油嘅感覺,唔會覺得好漏。

我地一路食一路研究緊,究竟呢度點解每一晚都咁多人,究竟係因為買咗廣告呀,定真係咁好食。到最後見到老闆行過嚟同你飲酒,然後又表演跳舞又叫大家一齊影相,好識製造氣氛,種感覺係樂也融融的感覺,同每一枱都甘fd,真係抵老闆賺。

好少食盲曹,真的奀戈認識。一上檯已聞到勁香檸檬草同香茅味道,配埋個青檸糖醋汁,真係好鬼泰國、好鬼印尼 feel ﹗

外皮燒得金黃香脆,真係燒得好靚。掀開塊皮第一眼睇到係魚肉濕潤,肉汁非常豐富。即刻試試味,魚味香濃又多汁,好好食﹗

點汁帶酸開胃醒腦,唔點汁原味更好味!回想以前係泰國或印尼食燒魚,燒到黑晒又乾爭爭又無味道,非常難食。

椒鹽醉蝦大辣,好食到拍手掌!炸得好香,香氣撲鼻﹗味道不算好辣,玫瑰露既酒味非常香濃但清爽帶甜,蝦肉鮮甜,殼又炸得透徹脆脆的,連殼完隻啪落口,好味到不得了,十分喜歡,好好味呀 ﹗

本來十幾年前已經畀我列入黑名單的東寶小館,由於今次從溫哥華遠道而來的表弟提議要吃,我又儘管畀多一次機會佢。結果~~服務態度依然惡劣、上菜速度依然龜速、餐牌内大部份標價依然係“時價”,甚至連平價的炒蜆都係時價,一碟炒蜆大約只有20-30隻竟然敢收$168,當中仲好多係空殼;白飯一碗$15,比黃金地段的酒樓還貴,埋單仲收5%服務費,你係大牌檔咋,真係當咗自己係大酒家呀!最最最過份的還在後頭……個侍應突然將部電視機開到勁大聲,又不停係度同一枱鬼佬客飲啤酒、大聲喧嘩,並在距離我30呎咁遠位置開啤酒,個樽蓋竟然可以飛到我的碗内,但佢卻視若無睹,完全當無事發生過!!最後我個魚香茄子煲總共催咗3次、前後等咗1小時才到。表弟两公婆係遊客就無話可說,遊客畀人搵笨一次半次總有的,但要我呢個本地人陪笨,簡直係人生的污點啊!!!

Expensive, tasteless, over charge, terrible dish and good beer. with good beer, I rather go to pub or 7-11 rather than this so call famous shop. The food is seriously average to poor in quality. What surprise me the most is the portion, it barely fill the stomach of 5 pax with 1500+ bill. I strongly recommend to go elsewhere for proper dinner with the price. Also the place is toooo touristy and noisy.

如果一大班朋友去食飯,最好就揀d可以坐到成圍人既地方去食,炒小菜就最好不過了,揀左去北角市政大廈度食晚餐,上到去食東寶,唔洗等位好快坐低左,而家呢個市政大廈好多外國遊客黎食,佢地自己會搵個area播歌,好好氣氛。叫左七個小菜,十四碗白飯,椒鹽尤魚鬆脆可口,唔會太油又唔會炸得太乾身,炸粉唔會太厚。黑椒薯仔牛柳粒最正最惹味係佢個黑椒味,有少少辣,薯仔好林身但唔會太溶,反而咬落好有口感,牛肉粒大大粒,但唔硬身,送飯一流。魚香茄子煲一擺低係枱面上,已經聞落好香,出晒煙熱辣辣,成個魚香茄子醬好好味,唔會太咸又唔會太淡。豉油皇炒面面質彈牙,d面應該經過冷河所以先會特別彈牙,豉油都好均勻咁佈滿晒係所有炒面之上,唔錯。啫啫雞煲本身我個人唔食豬潤,但呢個雞煲整得好好味,尤其是d豬潤,好入味,令到我食左好多豬潤,d雞件好惹味又唔乾身,朋友撈左2碗飯食。京都豬扒茄汁酸味岩岩好,配落d新鮮豬扒度好夾,炒得好香口,豬扒唔會太多骨,反而佢肉多。咸蛋蒸豬肉咸蛋唔會話太咸,呢款菜送飯都幾開胃。

最正最惹味係佢個黑椒味,有少少辣,薯仔好林身但唔會太溶,反而咬落好有口感,牛肉粒大大粒,但唔硬身,送飯一流。

最後埋單,盛惠 $361!我差啲以為睇錯!食咗幾碟菜,咁嘅環境、咁嘅味道,要收我 $361!

只能講一句物非所值,其他粉絲繼續熱捧無所謂,我本人,打死都唔會再去!免費都係咁話,若有人請,會勸人諗諗食第二間好過!
Other Info. : 之前已聽聞是「明星食堂」,當晚見到白嘉倩(雖然唔紅,但都算藝人);同埋如其他網友所講,確是「有氣氛」的,食食下忽然有人拍掌,又有人上前圍觀,唔知係求婚成功定有甚麼大事宣佈,總之我就無興趣!跟住10點度,忽然大開音樂,嘈到七彩!真係唔啱我!雖然無催我走,但都即時埋單走人!

近幾年的我嘅生日飯都喜歡同一班好同事去東寶聚聚兼吹水。「東寶」呢個名已經成為吹水飯局的指定食店!每次去到望住餐牌都會諗到頭都大,因為樣樣都好想食,好在老闆推介左一啲必食菜式,解決左我地嘅選擇困難症!飯前小食先黎一碟梅菜茄子同青瓜魷魚沙律。呢個沙律好清新,混有有些少芥末味。老闆又推介粉絲蝦煲,粉絲食落微辣又爽口,非常惹味!另一味就係令我呢個唔鐘意食蠔嘅人都會愛上的黃金炸生蠔。金黃嘅咸蛋黃包住大大隻生蠔,再用新鮮大塊嘅生菜包住黎食,個種感覺簡直難以用文字去形容,一定要親身試下。最後要講下我地今次飯局必食--瀨尿蝦。大大隻又啖啖肉,老闆仲親自埋黎教點樣扭兩扭就可以將瀨尿蝦食得乾乾淨淨!東寶--我會再黎架!

出名黎試下,打開餐牌見到每樣小菜過100蚊碟,星洲炒米盛惠$118,未想像過市政大樓既大牌檔可以貴成咁,環境迫夾,服務態度好差,叫左啤酒未飲完都照執台,收茶壺,擺明趕你走,張單有唔清楚既地方,想問清楚都唔係好想答你,好無奈還要俾5% service charge, 味道OK好味,但香港人應該有更多更好既選擇,唔洗幫襯佢。
