有時食嘢除左係食個味道之外,其實個氣氛都幾重要,呢間餐廳喺呢度我諗冇10年都有八年,我途中食過大概三次左右,當今次係第四次啦,印象中嘅味道唔係話十分之突出,但係食物款式係比較特別。今日我冇揀到呢度最出名嘅菜式,例如炸豬手或者墨魚麵,反而揀咗啲我之前冇食過嘅餸。包括鴨汁荷葉飯,泰式奶油大蝦,芋頭蟹,花雕醉雞煲,黃金蠔同埋粟米肉粒羹。由最簡單嘅粟米肉粒羹,講起其實味道就冇乜特別,係普通嘅味道,但就偏鹹。泰式奶油大蝦食落去嘅就似泰式紅咖喱味道,唔辣,奶油味重,椰味重,大蝦就應該係用咗大頭蝦。肉質都算爽口,係圓身形嘅大頭蝦。另外配嘅豬仔包,比個主菜更加好味,熱辣辣,外脆內軟,小小汁食更好。呢個芋頭蟹都係時價,問咗係膏蟹,係一隻一隻計,咁我哋呢一隻就有一斤半,價錢係$550,其實價錢係貴左啲,但係又想試吓芋頭蟹究竟係乜嘢味道。咁佢嘅味道就係鹹芋頭味同埋蠟味比較重,芋頭就已經煮到好軟,如果想搵一件件嘅芋頭來食,你就只有兩三舊。大部份都係芋蓉,一般仲加左啲潤腸同埋臘腸嘅粒粒,所以佢哋嘅味道都比較重。老闆介紹一定要用佢嗰塊脆多士點上黎食,咁樣食落去又唔會制,又食到唒d芋蓉。佢呢個膏蟹嘅膏尚算好多,係硬身的。芋蓉入邊會有好多膏跌左出嚟,所以一定要食埋佢啲芋蓉,唔好浪費。至於呢個花雕雞,係有半隻雞,不過都幾大隻,另外仲有十幾粒雞子。隻雞已經預先淹左,所以會有淡淡的酒香。佢嘅花雕湯底有好多藥材,如果啱啱開始飲個湯就會覺得只有藥香,唔夠味,唔係咁好,但係當啲雞滾得耐,去到尾聲嘅時候,成個湯就會變到好好飲,飲完就熱辣辣。佢個鴨汁荷葉飯味道就好似普通蒸飯咁樣,唔太特別。但啲飯就整到好淋,好有荷葉嘅香。平時食咩就食黃金鮮魷同埋黃金蝦比較多,今次就試吓呢一個黃金蠔。雖然係用普通嘅生蠔,但係炸出嚟外面嘅黃金完全包住左隻生蠔,咬落去又鮮味。另外俾咗生菜你包住嚟食,減輕油嘅感覺,唔會覺得好漏。我地一路食一路研究緊,究竟呢度點解每一晚都咁多人,究竟係因為買咗廣告呀,定真係咁好食。到最後見到老闆行過嚟同你飲酒,然後又表演跳舞又叫大家一齊影相,好識製造氣氛,種感覺係樂也融融的感覺,同每一枱都甘fd,真係抵老闆賺。 continue reading

好多年前黎過,中間都有想過想黎但一直覺得應該要等勁耐位所以放棄,呢晚又有人提議要黎,咁就試下book啦~前1日book都得,不過職員話到時都可能要等。是日比訂位時間早左20分鐘到,超多人等緊位,前後等左大概35-40分鐘就入得,同我諗嘅差不多。值得一讚的是,雖然好多人,但啲職員態度幾好🖒6個人點左6菜1飯2汽水。叫左半隻風沙雞,炒芥蘭,墨汁鮮魷,琵琶豆腐,米通蓮藕炸鯪魚餅,蕃茄芝士包同敗家子炒飯。敗家子炒飯,炒得好香,賣相好靚風沙雞半隻,皮好脆,雞肉好滑咸魚蓉炒芥蘭,惹味琵琶豆腐,大大件,都幾好食,不過要好小心熱,會辣咀蕃茄芝士包,熱食好味,好芝士米通蓮藕炸鯪魚餅,好香口,但唔係好覺有蓮藕墨汁鮮魷,魷魚下面有意粉,有dd過咸,但都好味嘅,雖然會食到好污糟,不過都清哂!東寶果然名不虛傳,好熱鬧同埋好好味,下次都會考慮再黎! continue reading

朋友對大排檔情有獨鍾,為食嘅我其實食咩都無所謂,聖誕大餐 crossover at 大排檔,簡直係正!食得東寶,等位簡直係必然嘅事,但朋友好好,準時六點收工去拎位,佢話唔夠一陣就已full。之後兩個人叫左五碟送,飽到呢⋯⋯⋯⋯先講炸墨魚丸,熱辣辣好彈牙,加埋少少少酸甜汁,有酒樓去飲嘅感覺,唔錯!之後就上東寶馳明風沙雞,粒粒炸蒜頭蓋係半邊雞上面,D肉鮮嫩,唔會炸到「鞋」晒,層皮亦都脆口,呢個係必叫之選。太多肉點都要叫番碟菜中和番,所以就揀XO醬炒白菜,原來都幾辣,可能我自己較為鍾意食細條白菜,所以OK啦!其實碟墨汁魷魚麵,係見人叫我地先叫,但可惜只係有外表,無實力。朋友形容第一啖偏咸,之後魷魚又唔太新鮮,並不太彈牙,所以佢唔太鍾意。去到尾以咕嚕肉作完場,普通,個菠蘿我就覺得好酸,但朋友就覺得ok,而肉我就覺得粉漿太重,雖則係炸到好脆身,但其實係無肉食,好可惜。整體服務同味道我都覺得係ok,但五碟送,份量偏少,但食左七百幾蚊,不過朋友都話,下次試其他送! continue reading

唔好睇呢碟嘢黑monk monk,就以為佢係衰嘢!! 眼利嘅朋友仔,見到後面嘅戰鬥碗,就會估到呢個係東寶嘅墨汁墨魚麵。嗰啲墨汁真係勁香同好厚身,沾晒落啲意粉度。嗰啲墨魚多到呢,食極都有,以為係五餅二魚!!! 仲要係煮得啱啱好,唔會太韌。我哋仲叫咗黄金蝦,外面蛋黄嘅黃金外層香到一放低,就聞到黄蛋味!!!! 一咬落口個殼好鬆脆,蝦肉實淨,好明顯隻蝦係好新鮮。有好嘢食,膽固醇就梗係唔理啦。另一必嗌之選就梗係敗家仔炒飯啦!!! 話明係敗家仔,就梗係用貴價料嚟炒飯啦!! 嗰啲帶子 係厚身大帶子切粒而成,唔係平時細細粒嗰啲帶子仔。而蝦都係大大隻,絕對唔hea。平時炒飯都係加下蔥或者生菜,有啲綠色就算。東寶係將蜜糖豆切粒,加埋上面嘅炸乾瑤柱同蛋白,真係一絲不苟。日日爆滿,係有佢嘅原因嘅。Sorry,仲未完!! 啫啫雞勁香就係人都知㗎啦,最正係有我M佬嘅至愛: 豬潤 (乜唔係A姐咩?? 畀人扭爛隻耳仔) !! 東寶正就正在加埋田雞,鴛鴦雞,死未!! 嗰啲田雞仲好滑,尤其係啲田雞脾!!! 唔好以為完喎,蒜頭同啲洋蔥吸晒啲汁,精華所在。除咗食,喺東寶一定要用凍冰冰嘅戰鬥碗啤一啤,再配合埋啲咁正嘅音樂,嗰feel出晒嚟!!! continue reading
