好多年無去。家人訂左,是但啦家庭飯局啫(雖然近年好多劣評)椒鹽鮮魷,ok正常炸豬手,乾柴,完全食唔到膠質菜式,風沙雞、菜、薑蔥蟹,ok啦無驚亦無險最後一道上湯龍蝦伊面,撞鬼囉!首先見到係....大量椰菜花,無錯,係隱藏在伊面中的椰菜花!然後聞到係紅青燈籠椒味!我無預期上湯龍蝦伊面有椰菜花、燈籠椒。咁咩味道我唸唔需要形容了,未試過一家四口食唔完一兜伊面送嘅蕃薯糖水就唔錯的應該唔會再去下次了。千六蚊埋單坐街市,應有更好選擇 continue reading

以前返學,一放學就會同啲同學圍威喂,最鐘意就係去大排檔食晚飯,貪平、貪方便得黎又坐得耐,吹水一流🗣! 呢間位於北角渣華道街市樓上嘅東寶小館,個躲響到飛升國際,有唔少遊客黎香港,必食之選,傳聞話你早一個月訂位,都未必食到,可想而知,佢個躲幾咁犀飛利👀,真係唔係你有錢都食到咁,做大排檔做到好似酒店咁落曬booking,我真係第一次聽。聞名不如見面,既然講到個躲咁響,咁就真係要試下佢係咪傳聞中咁好食🤨? 當日平日黎,收咗工約咗友人係北角食飯,抱著食到就食嘅心態,去到大概8時多、9時,又鬼咁好彩有二人位,終於有機會比我試到究竟有幾好食? 由於佢係市政街市樓上的熟食中心,環境十分街市大排檔般狹窄,一定唔會係酒店咁寬躺,勝在氣氛就搭夠,大電視📺掛在店舖嘅中間,播放著不同嘅懷舊金曲,店員傳菜時都手舞足蹈,不過,無環境氣氛點正都好,食物質素先最為重要🤗。 薑蔥爆鯇魚骨腩 $128 (6/10)薑蔥汁甜甜地,味道還好,鯇魚腩炸得唔夠,未夠鑊氣。 敗家仔炒飯 - 瑤柱帶子蝦仁炒飯 $98 (6/10)瑤柱絲偏碎,瑤柱香味容易入到炒飯入面,帶子同蝦細細粒,不過幾爽口👍🏻,配芥蘭個樣好好睇睇咁,飯都炒到一粒粒乾身,中規中矩啦😐。 涼瓜炒苦瓜 $98 (6/10)走油炒嘅關係,苦瓜都幾油,不過上面嘅配料,係切碎嘅冬菜,以及炸蒜,幾香算惹味🙂。 食到飽飽,待應會就送咗一人一碗薑汁涼粉,幾香薑汁味,甜甜地,幾好食,尤其食完油膩野,都幾清爽。兩個人三碗餸$324,加5%,$340,以大排檔黎講,價錢偏貴。雖然食物都算大碟,不過味道未算吸引,質素普普通通,食完我同朋友,都覺得特別口渴,可見呢間大排檔食嘅唔係質素、味道,係名氣同氣氛,個人認為一啲都唔抵食,亦都唔值呢個價。 continue reading

叫了炸豬手、琵琶豆腐、蒜苎。炒白菜,没有一個好味,炸豬手只有皮和骨小小肉都没有,琵琶豆腐又是無味,連最普通的蒜蓉炒白菜都可以一点味也沒有,極度失望,不會再有下次到訪這店。 continue reading

若果質素好的話,我絕對不介意價錢貴一點!在這兒,每樣小菜的價錢差不多,都要超過一百塊錢! 還要加上 5%的服務費, 收費比一般酒樓、食肆還要貴!話說回頭,雖然這裏的價錢不便宜,但是食物的質素卻是只是一般一般, 絕對令人有掠水的感覺!盛名之下,價錢略貴,絕對明白!但是,對於食物,卻應該給予顧客相應的質素才對!性價比對只是一般!絕對不會再回頭!!!!說真的,碗碟都不乾淨,為何還要收服務費呢?絕對想不通!大排檔連茶都冇一壼,只得滾水............. continue reading
