有時食嘢除左係食個味道之外,其實個氣氛都幾重要,呢間餐廳喺呢度我諗冇10年都有八年,我途中食過大概三次左右,當今次係第四次啦,印象中嘅味道唔係話十分之突出,但係食物款式係比較特別。今日我冇揀到呢度最出名嘅菜式,例如炸豬手或者墨魚麵,反而揀咗啲我之前冇食過嘅餸。包括鴨汁荷葉飯,泰式奶油大蝦,芋頭蟹,花雕醉雞煲,黃金蠔同埋粟米肉粒羹。由最簡單嘅粟米肉粒羹,講起其實味道就冇乜特別,係普通嘅味道,但就偏鹹。泰式奶油大蝦食落去嘅就似泰式紅咖喱味道,唔辣,奶油味重,椰味重,大蝦就應該係用咗大頭蝦。肉質都算爽口,係圓身形嘅大頭蝦。另外配嘅豬仔包,比個主菜更加好味,熱辣辣,外脆內軟,小小汁食更好。呢個芋頭蟹都係時價,問咗係膏蟹,係一隻一隻計,咁我哋呢一隻就有一斤半,價錢係$550,其實價錢係貴左啲,但係又想試吓芋頭蟹究竟係乜嘢味道。咁佢嘅味道就係鹹芋頭味同埋蠟味比較重,芋頭就已經煮到好軟,如果想搵一件件嘅芋頭來食,你就只有兩三舊。大部份都係芋蓉,一般仲加左啲潤腸同埋臘腸嘅粒粒,所以佢哋嘅味道都比較重。老闆介紹一定要用佢嗰塊脆多士點上黎食,咁樣食落去又唔會制,又食到唒d芋蓉。佢呢個膏蟹嘅膏尚算好多,係硬身的。芋蓉入邊會有好多膏跌左出嚟,所以一定要食埋佢啲芋蓉,唔好浪費。至於呢個花雕雞,係有半隻雞,不過都幾大隻,另外仲有十幾粒雞子。隻雞已經預先淹左,所以會有淡淡的酒香。佢嘅花雕湯底有好多藥材,如果啱啱開始飲個湯就會覺得只有藥香,唔夠味,唔係咁好,但係當啲雞滾得耐,去到尾聲嘅時候,成個湯就會變到好好飲,飲完就熱辣辣。佢個鴨汁荷葉飯味道就好似普通蒸飯咁樣,唔太特別。但啲飯就整到好淋,好有荷葉嘅香。平時食咩就食黃金鮮魷同埋黃金蝦比較多,今次就試吓呢一個黃金蠔。雖然係用普通嘅生蠔,但係炸出嚟外面嘅黃金完全包住左隻生蠔,咬落去又鮮味。另外俾咗生菜你包住嚟食,減輕油嘅感覺,唔會覺得好漏。我地一路食一路研究緊,究竟呢度點解每一晚都咁多人,究竟係因為買咗廣告呀,定真係咁好食。到最後見到老闆行過嚟同你飲酒,然後又表演跳舞又叫大家一齊影相,好識製造氣氛,種感覺係樂也融融的感覺,同每一枱都甘fd,真係抵老闆賺。 continue reading

聽過呢間小菜好耐 今次一早打去book 定位,一行四人去試試佢雖然book左位 但都要等  大概5mins好快就入左去 沙拉骨勁多沙律醬,骨都幾大舊味道唔錯 不過唔算特別炒通菜 正正常常炒聖子個人好鍾意食豉椒炒乜乜因為又好食 d汁又可以餸飯呢個炒聖子都唔錯 豉椒汁幾好味 聖子冇沙風沙雞本來都冇特別想食,見人推薦就叫下點知一食,有驚喜個皮做到超薄脆肉又嫩滑,好食 最有驚喜反而係雞薑蔥焗蠔D蠔隻隻都半隻手掌甘大隻 有6隻左右味道唔錯 可惜蠔太大反而唔係好入味用返細d既蠔可能更好因為大家之後都有野做 所以冇飲酒 見識唔到飲勝碗😅埋單時見到張單過千 有啲嚇親四個人食左5碟野飲左4枝可樂3個飯  因為兩個海鮮係時價冇問到價所以唔知幾錢,扣埋野飲飯錢 圍返一個餸要$270🤔總括黎講雖然味道係唔錯 雞真係做得幾出色 但二百幾蚊值唔值 真係見仁見智呢個價錢考量埋環境同菜色個人覺得唔係好值,利苑都係貴少少但好坐service 又好好多只可以話香港有更多同類型 更相宜嘅選擇 未必考慮返食 continue reading

昨晚在北角渣華道的超級名店「東寶小館」食晚飯,果然名不虛傳。雖然是位於熟食中心內的店子,但食物同氣份俱一流!不少中外食家都講過此店,人氣自然有番咁上吓,甚至看到不少外國人都懂來這裡搵食。和朋友共二人,雖沒訂位,但人數少反而易安排,只等了五分鐘左右便能入座。第一次來試多幾款菜式,order了黃金蝦、墨汁鮮魷、南乳炸豬手、荷葉飯及炒油麥菜,但另一想吃的風沙雞冇貨,有點美中不足。黃金蝦雖然定價稍貴,但個鹹蛋黃弄的「黃金」表層唔會過火過鹹,蝦肉又彈牙,朋友都覺好食。南乳炸豬手雖比較硬身,但有𡁻頭,炸得香口,細細件點南乳汁剛好。墨汁鮮魷黒得來十分油亮,鮮魷切得細件,故入味,此店還加入了意粉,換句話說這是一碟墨汁意粉,而且水準不遜西餐廳。荷葉飯也夠香的,而且飯身成棕色,較一般同樣出品入味。食唔晒拿回家,第二天翻蒸味道還唔錯呢。樣樣都好食!但全場亮點是此店是用其「戰斗碗」飲啤酒,果然將氣紛提升至更高景界,聰明! continue reading

現在大牌檔買少見少好難會在街市入面有就算有那風味都唔知仲會唔會保存得到今晚去左北角渣華道街市食飯9點後坐無虛席所以都要等10幾分鐘其實已經算快入到去飲酒既飲酒食野就食野有好多不同文化既人一齊食算係好多異國風情吧!兩個人食唔到好多野叫左兩個餸熱辣辣好鬼正個炸支竹牛仔骨來既時候仲好多煙咁先叫新鮮滾熱辣但實在太多食唔晒很可惜咁食多d通菜啦咁但等左好耐好耐起馬半個鐘先見到一次出4碟通菜可能入面太忙咁就唔知 continue reading

放工心血來潮想食大排檔小炒。由灣仔最近可以諗得起嘅呢就係北角街市呢間大排檔啦。星期三夜晚,兩位都要等差唔多30分鐘先至可以入座。點左我最鍾意食嘅燒蘆筍無骨雞翼-八隻 $128,例牌炒聖子$188 3隻,仲有一個椒鹽炒排骨,大愛,鼓椒炒蜆。炒聖子大碟抵食啦每次來都例牌必叫嘅,最緊要係每次都新鮮冇沙,仲要勁爽口。豉椒招炒蜆我個人覺得就比較辣嘅。椒鹽炒排骨就正常野,冇乜特別。最鍾意嘅燒蘆筍無骨雞翼啦,最開心就係一次一啖一隻食晒。最難得就係入面嗰條燒蘆筍永遠每次叫都係多汁唔乾身嘅。 continue reading
