啱啱做完2個鐘頭地獄式跑步訓練,点都要獎勵下自己(其實日日都在獎勵自己))朋友話好想食 豉椒炒蜆,結果決定去東宝小㕑已經有5年無去過東宝,其實都好懷念呢種大排檔式食肆,好好彩在無訂位的情況下竟然可以被安排有2個搭枱位,發現左右隔離竟然全部都是遊客,大部份都是外國人,反而國內同胞極少。友人好多嘢都想試,2個人竟然叫左5樣餸豉椒炒蜆~加左青椒,紅椒,洋蔥加豉椒一齊炒,味道幾惹味,蜆肉無沙和算鮮甜。黄金蝦~即是鹹蛋黃炒蝦,食得出是海蝦,好新鲜,好爽脆,最難得係炒得好乾身和無乜油,真係好美:如果鹹蛋黃多D就更好。風沙雞~炸蒜比以前少好多,唔夠惹味,雞又炸得過火,所以雞肉有D孩,半隻雞要$280, 好貴呀!仲貴過五星級酒店中菜餐廳,所以其實真係有D失:炸豬大腸拼新鮮波蘿~豬大腸炸得好脆,而且切得好薄身,脂肪甚少,配埋波蘿一起吃,有消滯解腻的作:苦瓜炒涼瓜~其中一種用左雷公鑿苦瓜,另一種係普通苦瓜,炒得好有鑊氣,唔錯!飲埋兩罐汽水,埋單盛惠$920,真係好貴!雖然食物質素唔錯,但我諗我應該唔會再幫襯la! continue reading

北角東寶小館👎👎呢間嘢只對遊客好... 😡對本地客服務態度極差...入座後張櫈都未坐暖催我哋嗌野食... 叫我記得還枱時間係20:30... 😡但我當時19:20入座... 我哋4個人嗌咗4碟嘢... 啲餸都未食曬又再問我哋有冇嘢需要加20:30要還枱... 當時係19:45.... 😡四個大字"不知所謂".... 食物質素唔係特別好😡....我明白飲食業需要返枱先有錢賺..但我唔係坐你幾粒鐘先走... 我係用正常食飯嘅速度食完就走...最後我19:50走😡... 呢間嘢仲衰過澳洲牛奶公司...😡埋單仲要$880.... 可能我太耐冇出街食大排檔原來需要收加一服務費。。 continue reading

Every dishes are so mouthwatering🤤🤤🥒涼瓜炒苦瓜🥒Stir fried 2 styles balsam pear (bitter cucumber)Actually they are same kind named “lui kung zuo” (雷公鑿) in chinese, but part of them has blanched to make it softer and much darker in color. I don’t particularly like bitter cucumber but this one is really tasty.家鄉煎鹹魚肉餅Pan fried pork patty with salted fish🐟 Served with mini baquette and mustard sauce, very yummy fusion burger 🍔 .粉絲蝦㷛Prawn and vermicelli noodles pot.Noodles are dry and marinated with prawn sauce, prawns are also fresh from the fish tank...proper cooking time which bring out the essence of the pot. continue reading

偶然食下充滿穫氣的小炒都幾唔錯,其中一間最愛一定係位於北角街市內既東寶小館。基本上每晚呢層熟食中心都非常熱鬧,每個人都飲飽食醉,把酒言歡,甚至興奮到唱歌跳舞🎤🎵💃🏻尤其係東寶小館呢間,一定特別熱鬧~因為連佢地既老闆同店員都會同食客一齊舉杯高歌~除左熱鬧氣氛,呢度既食物一樣正~象拔蚌、風沙雞、南乳炸豬手係我每次必點!炸到好香好脆既豬手咬落去仲可以好嫩滑👍🏻風沙雞亦都好正,肉質好嫩,雞味好濃~好味指數:🌕🌕🌕🌕🌗 continue reading

坐下先點了大啤酒兩瓶,外加這個茶壺盛上的花冰花雕。這裡的花雕有冰在內,慢慢溶化,先調淡了濃烈的酒精,然後更加了檸檬汁,非常配,都像調酒了,好好喝。芥末美奶滋八瓜魚配青瓜條,對不太能吃辣的我來說有點刺鼻,不過還是忍不住一直吃。除了八爪魚少了點以外,是不錯的前菜。本以為是普通的皮蛋豆腐,就換了鵪鶉皮蛋。在上桌時才幫客人倒上的醬汁,沒有壓味的皮蛋香濃軟心,配木魚絲和醬汁已經很好吃,後來才又發現豆腐其實是店家自做的水蛋,淡淡蛋香更有層次。也是上桌後才倒上高湯獻汁的菜膽雞,雞皮爽口,雞肉滑嫩,湯汁濃度調味剛好,也可以再加上店家自做的薑蓉再豐富味道,連墊底的菜心也很清甜。苦瓜涼瓜炆班頭腩配煎米粉餅無可挑剔,無論腩件的煎炸,調味的醬香,入味的苦瓜涼瓜和吸了醬汁的米粉餅,就只管享受吧。這裡的價錢對某些人來說覺得貴,不值得。但我覺得有時候你付錢去法國五星吃的是浪漫恬靜的氣氛,這裡付錢吃的是熱鬧熱情,吃著飯看到每桌都好像在開派對一樣的大排擋,老闆員工邊工作邊跳舞唱歌,所有食客都一起享受這大氛圍,而且食物和服務絕對收得起這個價位。 continue reading
