Best crispy skin chicken ever. Busy restaurant but there were many tables and service pretty efficient. Accurate English menu available. Oyster hot pot and fried prawn in salted egg worth a try. Black squid ink pasta not so nice. continue reading

嚟東寶食飯記住要一早打電話去訂枱,唔係嘅話就會好似我哋咁要等成一頭半個鐘先至有位。晚上餐廳座無虛席, 四周圍都相當嘈吵,非常熱鬧。 中英日文對照嘅餐牌選擇十分繁多, 有成幾百款菜式,令人眼花繚亂,我哋好唔容易先揀到幾款心水菜式。首先就有菜名充滿着'邪惡'色彩嘅敗家仔炒飯。 但是分量和用料一點也不邪惡,灑在面頭嘅瑤柱絲好多, 幾乎每一口都可以吃到蝦肉和帶子, 整個炒飯炒得恰到好處,食落一D都唔會覺得油膩,味道和囗感剛好。 這碟炒飯起碼足夠四個人吃, 而且可以吃得很飽呢!接着點嘅啫啫雞煲火喉相當十足, 上菜時啫啫聲響,散發出一陣陣充滿著燒烤味嘅白煙,令人食指大動。雞肉口感肥美,又炆得入味, 唯一不好的地方只是味道有一點兒咸, 整體上還不錯。最後一道一定要推介嘅係蟹粥,香滑嘅粥底加入螃蟹, 味道相當清甜。 蟹嘅肉質很豐厚和新鮮,還帶着一層層嘅蟹膏,這可算是我吃過最好吃嘅一道蟹粥。雖然食物質素相當好,但環境就不是所有人都能夠接受。到了八時多,食店便會大開喇叭播歌,而一大班食客繼而聞歌起舞,情緒十分高漲,吵耳得很。假如你喜歡熱鬧,這當然沒有什麼大問題,而且更可以融入其中。然而你希望找個比較靜嘅環境傾計,東寶絕不是一個理想嘅選擇。 continue reading

有朋自遠方來,佢地想試下街市內既大排檔小炒. 上網見這間評價不錯,便訂位試下. 訂七點半,對方電話內講明只留枱五分鍾. 坐下叫咗支啤酒,朋友好驚訝係用碗飲咁豪氣. 節瓜金銀蛋,味道不錯,個汁都濃郁招牌菜風沙雞, 朋友好鍾意食, 半隻雞都好大碟, 雞肉入味皮脆.黃金蝦, 高膽固醇既咸旦蝦,但蝦肉都爽口,如果用蒜蓉蒸會無咁熱氣豉椒聖子皇,炒得好惹味和肉頗肥厚,叫咗四隻都二百幾蚊荷葉飯睇落好細,但原來有好多碗既份量,味頗濃但比較滯口.埋單都要九百幾蚊,價錢比一般大排檔貴. continue reading

今日難得約得齊大學朋友出黎食飯,加上我地大部分都係住係港島,所以今次由我決定去近我既東寶食😁 好彩我地有訂枱,東寶一如皆往都要排長龍,不過今次食完之後,真心覺得價錢不值,好幾年前食都覺得還算合理,而家實在有點兒貴呢個生菜包幾好食,可能我鍾意食辣既關係,我覺得唔辣而且好好食,不過不嗜辣既朋友就話好辣呢個韮菜豬頸肉就沒什麼特別呢個墨魚汁麵都可以,不過我怕食到成嘴黑哂,所以我只食左兩啖呢個黃金蝦我覺得麻麻地,d粉有d厚,同埋唔夠黃金,即係咸蛋黃呢個風沙雞承惠$4xx,完全覺得唔值,這個只是炸子雞,沒什麼特別,竟然要4百幾其實今次再度黎東寶食飯,覺得好味指數比之前差左,加上價錢又貴左,所以有點失望 continue reading
