估唔到這裡我竟是第一次來! 環境是一貫市政大樓熟食中心的格局, 氣氛特熱鬧。來這裡一定要人多, 所以在限聚我情況下, 總是有點縛手縛腳的感覺, 吃得不夠痛快。聽說朋友每次來都是由老闆發辦, 我也樂得坐著等吃。今次我們不算點了太多道菜, 因為主要都是為了聚舊閒聊。1. 雞蛋焗魚腸 - 雞蛋蒸得有點老, 魚腸味較淡但沒腥味。2. 墨汁鮮魷(w意大利粉) - 味道夠濃郁,很她好吃, 是偏西式的做法。3. 蝦米醬粉絲蝦煲 - 很惹味, 粉絲特好吃的, 有點喧賓奪主。4. 蕃茄龍骨魚湯 - 實在是很濃郁很好喝, 但如果我說是跟一般蕃茄薯仔湯差不多,會否太過份?5. 美國生蠔煎蛋角 - 這道很香口很好味, 咬開後蠔味湧著出來。6. 風沙雞 - 不過不失, 雞肉算嫩。7. 芥末魷魚青瓜沙律 - 清爽可口8. 紫菜豆腐 - 入口creamy , 健康的味道。我是第一次來這家, 雖然食物算可口, 但還是則重吃氣氛, 而且價格相對較貴,性價比較低。 continue reading

隔了一陣子相約朋友聚一聚,朋友一家三口住在北角,雖然咱們一港島一九龍,不過其實從將軍澳坐地鐵到北角只需一程車。為了相就友人家有幼小,咱們遂揀了在北角一帶吃飯。友人知道小的愛和風,只是老伴除了身在日本,他的和風只得「元気」與「千両」。結果小的選擇了自己的另一至愛 - 大排檔。北角街市的大排檔非常有名,從網上搜尋香港出色的地道大排檔,北角街市的「東寶小館」榜上有名。所以當小的向朋友提一提街市的大排檔,他們立刻知道是那一家。而且因著街坊的關係,朋友夫更可透過通訊軟件直接跟店主訂位。於是咱一行四人便找了個星期五一起到「東寶小館」品嚐地道風味。來到北角街市,「東寶小館」其門如市。由於朋友首先遲了少許,然後咱們再決定在地鐵站等上晚收工的老伴才一起到餐廳去。結果咱們到達的時間比預訂的遲了十五分鐘,在人如潮湧的正門如果咱們竟可大刺刺地入座似乎難息眾憤,是故友人夫君聰明地謂咱們走到側門處,然後他才獨自過去跟店員打點。雖然側門的人流也不少,最後咱們也順利入席。有趣的是北角熟食市場其實有不只一家的大排檔,然而別的店子在拍烏蠅,唯獨「東寶小館」一枝獨秀。一旁的舖頭就只能靠「執死雞」,安慰那些久等不著,退而求其次的食客。坐在窄小的四人小圓桌裡,幸好咱們在靠牆的位置,相對比較偏處一隅。看看餐牌,「東寶」之索價也不便宜,普通的小炒全要百元開外,海鮮則更是二、三百地起跳。既然有這樣的熱切需求,店東當然有條件收取更貴的價錢。配合大排檔的風味,未上菜先來支大啤。「東寶」提供戰鬥碗,以冰凍的瓦碗承載啤酒,武俠氣蓋縱橫。第一道菜為豉椒爆龍躉魚扣,喜歡吃海鮮,更愛品嚐那些刁鑽古怪的趣味。魚扣其實是魚的胃部,其口感爽脆較有嚼勁。配合了啫啫式的青紅椒豆豉蒜頭與京葱,鑊氣十足非常惹味。濃烈的味道直與清苦的啤酒天生一對。為了健康,咱們也都點上一道青菜。蒜片炒秋葵本來也沒甚麼期望,只是大家都認為秋葵對身子甚好。這一客炒秋葵同樣地勁夠鑊氣,一改平日吃秋葵都比較清淡素雅的風格。在大鑊猛油炸炒下,秋葵那膠膠黏黏的感覺給消減了,反而變得更易入口。只在嘴嚼下仍保留中間黏膩的口感。花雕蛋白蒸花甲則更有驚喜,蛋白呈奶黃色,似乎還有蛋黃的份兒。以為大排檔只懂滾油火大?這客花雕蛋白蒸花甲的火喉調較得恰到好處,蛋白仍是嫩滑細膩,一啖柔順地直滑進咽喉,口腔仍充盈著花雕酒的香氣。雖然非屬甚麼昂貴食材,但花甲也是鮮嫩清甜。本來說好要叫道炒飯或荷葉飯,但其實小的與朋友都不吃飯。於是便追加了沙拉骨。沙拉骨居然以白色的醬汁包裹,還灑上黑白芝麻,這樣的煮法讓小的大開眼界。只是菜式之份量奇少,圓碟就只有小的手掌般大小,幸好勝在味道驚喜地挽回分數。儘管「東寶」出品不錯,但計及性價比其實根本沒那麼出類拔萃,不知老闆修來了甚麼的福氣,在老外與百姓的吹捧下更見水漲船高。 continue reading

Sooo if you want to try exceptional food, this place probably isn’t going to be it. It’s a fun DPD feel when you interact with your neighbours and the boss. We came with a bunch of expats and they loved it. It’s a place to bring overseas friends to in my opinion due to its reputation. But there are so many better places; especially when the price is considered. It’s not cheap by any means. My verdict: nothing stood out. Will only return if I have friends to showcase HK. continue reading

香港風味一定要食大排檔,呢間好方便,喺北角站一出市政大樓。食肆呢一層,東寶佔地好大,通常星期五六去,超多人,非常熱鬧👍🏻老闆好識得social,有氣氛之餘,啲餸又好味😋炸大腸👍🏻👍🏻好脆必食🤩🤩🤩南乳炸豬手,啲肉入晒味,另外配個南乳汁脆皮炸鱔🤩🤩🤩新鮮墨魚墨汁意粉🤩🤩🤩🌟風沙雞,賣晒就冇,要早啲留定🌟極好食🤩🤩🤩煎曹白,魚鱗炸到超脆!食薯片咁一定要配飯,齋食過鹹喇🤣 continue reading

平日得閒有平日嘅好處,就係可以食平時好多人,仲要想book枱都book唔到嘅餐廳,例如佢- 東寶小館。😌今次嘅平日午餐聚會,我哋三個人試咗好幾款餸,因為佢有半份半份甘叫! 呢個對於想食多幾款,但係個胃有冇咁大嘅人好啱呀👍🏻👍🏻先來一個例湯,再慢慢諗食物,先來個湯先,夠老火👍🏻足料飲完湯,先食沙拉骨(肉多個骨)再黎魚香茄子煲(好夠鑊氣,呢啲係屋企好難整到)仲有椒鹽鮮魷(都好味,但可以再椒鹽啲)煎肉餅配包(個肉餅應該係手拍嘅,細細塊,再好似北京填鴨咁,配上一個脆卜卜嘅豬仔包仔,再加上自家製醬料,估唔到又match喎)咕嚕肉(冇錯,係咕嚕肉、唔係有骨嘅生炒骨,啖啖肉!)一路食嘢,一路伴隨住許冠傑嘅懷舊精選金曲,無限loop😂今次食飯仲有折,抵食!😎食呢啲小炒,都係要去鑊氣夠嘅舖頭食,先至夠原汁原味👍🏻👍🏻差唔多食完嘅時候,仲見到啲姐姐好勤力咁樣喺度洗地,佢哋好專心,真係好努力咁洗,要好好讚賞佢地👍🏻 continue reading
