這是我第一次光顧,2個人叫了3碟小菜,1支啤酒,飽到肚皮要破了。燒牛仔骨這是看到同枱的食客而叫的,可以說是十分十分之美味!肉的質感不會太老,牛味很重,不點醬吃原味的話也有驚喜。而它那個黑椒汁有點略鹹,黑椒味很重,點了醬加白飯也很讚在「東寶」的餐牌上找不到,後來才知是在「店小二」的餐牌上。這個要$188我跟你說是值的。東寶沙拉骨它的名字有「東寶」,期待它會有驚喜,可是它味道十分普通,還要$98,那有點貴。魚香茄子煲由細到大也很喜歡吃,可以說吃盡很多餐廳的茄子煲。這間的話,我認為算是中上水準。有些人會認為這道菜很油,是啊,是真的很油,因茄子要走油,這個步驟很重要,可以保持茄子上的鮮艷顏色,形狀也得以保存,吃時口感也會很好,但不是每間餐廳會這樣做,而這間便有了,失分的地方是不夠魚香味。 continue reading

今晚北角有個約會,既然來到這裏,就來這裡打咭啦⋯⋯北角渣華道市政大廈。我相信大家一講到這裡就必去這間.....東寶小館。已經好多年沒有來幫襯,食市有四五間,但它永遠是座無虛席👍⋯⋯伙計熱情不再話下,當人山人海的畫面出現的時候,就是老闆表演的時候了😂😂餐牌可以用五花八門,應有盡有來形容!今晚叫左薑蔥爆生蠔,黑椒牛仔骨,什菜粉絲煲,Wasabi青瓜鮮魷!薑蔥啫啫生𧐢那種香,濃,鮮已經慢慢飄來!蠔飽滿,肥大,新鮮。但牛仔骨本人覺得偏咸,幸好有枝竹配合,中和那台味道!👍至於什菜煲,絕不馬虎,菜類稍多和新鮮。Wasabi 青瓜鮮魷就沒有多大驚喜!不過水準都沒有下降!沒有來過的朋友可以一試! continue reading

次次黎都無謂,今次終於唔使等位都有得食啦。一致決定要是煲仔菜,結果一叫叫咗三樣 😂 。芥末魷魚青瓜沙律,料足,下面勁多魷魚囉。呢個黑椒牛仔骨,其實係隔離枱叫咗,侍應傳菜時經過,聞到好香,於是乎我哋又叫埋一份 haha!真係色香味俱全啊。薑蔥生蠔煲,又係煲仔菜必食,因為我都幾鍾意食蠔,咬開勁鮮,佢鋪左一層博博嘅粉然後半煎炸,所以做到好焦香,最緊要冇over cook。呢個菜呢,系好足料嘅,但係意外地好淡,個湯都冇乜味,所以唯有當烚雜菜食。食啲咁有鑊氣嘅嘢,冇乜理由唔叫返碗「靚仔」姐 continue reading

Went there last night with 3 other friends and ordered 5 of their signature dishes. Food was poor but very expensive. Didn’t expect such bad quality at that price. Plus the place was mega hot with hardly noticeable air conditioning. 1. Squids cooked in squid ink was tasteless. 2. Deep fried pork knuckles was hard and dry. 3. Prawns was not fresh4. Stir fried vegetables were boil before mixing with sauce. 5. Can hardly find the few pieces of small cube of steak stirred fried with the mushrooms.... Will never go again. continue reading
