由於新年期間不在港,所以一早便跟朋友吃一個團年飯,選址是東寶小館,因為夠氣氛,雖然東寶佔了一半場地,但前來用餐一定要預早訂檯,否則等位都食唔到友人訂檯後告知用餐時間是7:00-8:30pm, 雖然不是常常來,但第一次有分時段入座朋友先點了數款小菜,吃到一半時再加菜,店員已經說點完後不能再下單打頭陣是風沙雞,分半隻或一隻, 風沙雞上灑上炸蒜,雞肉是嫩滑,味道不錯,不過價格偏貴炸南乳豬手,重骨膠原,每一件都有好多肉,再沾上南乳汁,更惹味菠蘿炸大腸,大腸清理得乾淨,味道又幾夾豉油皇炒麵夠大碟,加上白芝麻好惹味薑汁芥蘭,只有薑絲但薑汁味吃不到呢個素菜腐皮卷即點即炸,皮夠薄夠脆,入面有幾款素菜材料,幾香口,推介炸豆腐,豆腐唔夠滑,沒有口感,可以不點黑椒牛仔骨煲,味道濃夠入味 continue reading

人人都話東寶好,親身試驗有幾好,點左六餸逐樣數,完全無一樣野好。咕嚕味道唔討好,粟米魚塊無味道,二百八十半隻雞,高級洒店都食到,香草豆腐無質素,椒鹽鮮魷就更糟,蒜蓉豆苗算做到,可惜分量細碟到,最後食咗成千銀,真係想拍枱走佬,簡單而言食哩d,市面一定有更好,唔黎絕對無走寶! continue reading

招牌菜南乳豬手,又唔夠味,食材準備功夫,好明顯做得不足,炸的火喉又不足夠,完全浪費了豬手,食物環境又差,五圍2 3人組合分享一張十二人台,感覺像食完就快點走,服務員態度又差,像十分趕時間的,賴尿蝦沒有貨,我想考慮幾十秒選擇其他食物,也立即幫其他人客寫先,說話代我考慮完先好點,總括來講,3個人$650元,只能說又貴又唔好味,說真,這是我第四次幫襯,相信都是我最後一次,現在,有名氣的,都只是賺遊客錢,沒有心做好自己。 continue reading
