To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. -今日去咗屋企附近嘅一間餐廳😬本身諗住正正常常但估唔到幾有驚喜😋-鐵板黑椒西冷牛扒拼炸軟殼蟹配薯菜西冷牛扒好大塊而且肉嫩🐮仲有炸到甘香酥脆嘅軟殼蟹🦀套餐仲有熱辣辣嘅豬仔包同埋足料又濃滑既粟米雜菌忌廉湯👍🏼超級抵食😋特別係豬仔包真係香噴噴脆卜卜-瑤柱蛋白玉蘭炒飯火候掌握得好好👍🏼飯粒粒粒分明之餘蛋白仲好嫩滑🤤瑤柱嘅鮮味滲入飯粒😋仲有部份炸到金黃嘅瑤柱絲增加口感-🥦焗芝士西蘭花西蘭花嘅上面加左好多芝士🧀焗完之後除左微微焦香外仲有拉絲嘅芝士-

自從翠華平民化之後,間中我都會去吓佢啲分店食吓,今次假日嚟試吓佢嘅午餐。話就話平民化,但係而家嘅常餐仍然高達$68 ,咁我就叫返佢嘅普通午餐,包括一個鐵板黑椒豬扒,一個海南雞飯,同一個四寶湯河。但整體嚟講呢個午餐嘅質素相當一般。首先係呢個鐵板豬扒,佢係包咗湯同嘢飲,薯菜可以改飯或者意粉。首先嚟到嘅份量,以豬扒嚟講相當少,豬扒切得好薄,只有兩塊,加埋上邊為數不多嘅薯菜,其實作為一個$78嘅午餐係相當昂貴。至於海南雞飯就仲衰,啲雞望落去又乾又嚡,食落口都係。不過佢總算跟咗甜豉油同老火湯。最後講吓個四保湯河,價錢表面上唔貴,但湯同河粉都冇乜味,春卷好似有浸陳皮味,我哋就唔係太鍾意。最後要提吓呢度係有分店內外區,店外雖然係商場範圍,但係冇乜冷氣,真係會食到成身汗。

好多年冇嚟過翠華茶餐廳食下午茶翠華牛腩麵湯頭清甜帶淡淡柱侯香,牛腩厚切軟脍不柴,筋位膠質滿滿;幼麵吸飽湯汁仍彈牙,搭蔥花提鮮更對味!份量足料,天冷來一碗暖心飽足,推薦加點凍檸茶解膩。雖單價稍高,但勝在品質穩定,是街坊遊客都青睞的經典款。食物質素保持水準!牛腩麵,牛腩好淋,生麵比一般粉麵店更加好味+腐乳通菜,通菜一樣好有嫩!朋友叫咗個炸醬撈麵+凍檸茶 ,一樣有水準.雖然價錢畀一般茶餐廳貴,但食完都覺得值!

呢日黎到將軍澳尚德呢間翠華, 質素都真係唔錯, 座位又舒服, 落完單都好快上菜! 我地叫左一個鐵板雞排餐,要左蒜蓉汁, 佢個汁係另上, 岩哂我唔想食太多汁驚肥既人, 唔驚肥又可以直接倒落鐵板! 鐵板上夠哂熱辣辣! 真係perfect! 另外我地仲叫左個咖哩牛腩飯, 食落認真perfect! 好好味, 夠味, 牛肉份量勁多! 真係好好食! 之後我地仲叫左個瑞士雞翼添, 醃到超入味! 勁想encore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

翠華❤️一向是充滿香港風味的茶餐廳🩷,今天點了幾道招牌菜🐷🥩和飲品🫘🧋,依然讓我驚喜不已。冠軍焗豬扒飯👑🐷焗飯面滿佈芝士,豬扒已經切開,外層焦香,肉質鮮嫩,搭配豐富的茄醬,而且還是最愛的炒飯底,每一口都讓人感到滿足。這道冠軍焗豬扒飯絕對值得一試!❤️珍寶蟹柳吉列蝦海鮮雜扒🦀🦐🐔🐷🐮這個鐵板上盤讓我眼前一亮。除了珍寶蟹柳🦀和吉列蝦🦐,還有雞扒🐔牛扒🐮和豬扒🐷,真是超級豐富!😃搭配黑椒醬料,最喜歡聽到醬汁淋在鐵板時的聲音,味道撲鼻而來!🩷微甜紅豆冰🫘紅豆🫘軟硬得剛剛好,甜度適中,讓人感覺一陣清涼。芝士奶蓋奶茶🧋這款飲品的奶茶底濃郁,而上面的芝士奶蓋🧀增加了一層豐富的口感,滑順又不膩。
