To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日晚飯時間經過中環,又唔想食得甘貴,見到有間翠華決定走入去試下。這間翠華都算幾大,有地下同地庫兩層,晚飯時間都唔洗等位。近排翠華推出50週年優惠,有個50週年優惠焗豬排飯都係$50 Lee個飯d豬扒大大塊,番茄都好足料,算係好抵食!另外仲叫左T骨扒餐,$108連餐飲Lee個扒反而我就覺得麻麻地,因為筋太多,就好靭,所以下次我應該唔會再叫其實我仲叫左個小食,瑞士汁雞翼$60,但因為太肚餓食左無影相😅,但值得推介有5粒星,因為雞翼又夠熱,瑞士汁味好濃,一碟有6隻,值得推介!因為本人經常係中環出入,成日都要係中環食飯,其實中環食野真係幾貴,翠華算係性價比係中環黎講好合理 continue reading

員工服務態度差不用説了,這麼大的上市公司餐廳連最基本的禮儀培訓都不會?點完餐個伙記黑口黑面低頭落單,然後不發一言準備離開時,我再提她一下我點的飲料要外賣杯上,他忽然晦氣地說:「紙杯呀嘛!落咗啦!」好無禮貎此店新裝修後設計失去了港式地道風,似茶木多啲。這區大型茶餐室很少,中午無辦法只有這𥚃有位坐。食物還可以,可是叫了杯涷奶茶要紙杯上方便攞走,以為翠華是老牌子茶餐室會好啲,點知第一口飲一陣冰雪味,攪完兩下成杯已成冰水。九成是雪,一成是奶茶。翠華餐廳怎麼會這樣孤寒?現在要食好野包括茶餐廳還是上深圳較好 continue reading
