To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

半夜好肚餓夜左收工,又累又唔想煮,番屋企經過翠華諗都唔諗就入去食!叫左個米線同碟菜,真係滿足番一日既辛勞!鹿兒島風豬軟骨魚蛋米線$55超好食!每次黎都必叫豬軟骨腍軟又好入味,骨都可以食埋好易咬,但唔會係過腍搞到肉都散爛,失去左豬軟骨原有既口感欖油田園炒雜菜$57入面料都好多,有木耳、椰菜、紅青椒、洋蔥、秋葵;真係幾大碟又多野食,好多油咁但佢注明係欖油,感覺全碟都好健康,其實平時想食清d,叫1碟依個都好夠飽 continue reading

中環這間翠華最大特色係有三大層,若果要快食一餐,就要黎呢度。不過有點逼。每間翠華茶餐廳都很Standard。中環這一間要快靚正,首選海南雞飯。雞肉唔多肥膏,都幾嫩滑,薑汁同豉油味道也適中,飯有少少油。整體份量唔細,夠飽有餘。這個唔係set,凍飲加廿蚊唔該。 continue reading

Tsui wah is an institution. This place always delivers after a night out, or even just for a regular dinner. Unfortunately, it has become a bit more expensive than it used to be, but such is Hong Kong. I recommend the malaysian curry beef! This is my go-to dish, and at Tsui wah, you will not be dissapointed. Go visit the place if you have never been. And better yet- go at 3am after a night out.  continue reading
