沾仔記 (威靈頓街) 因為係附近返工,收工已經夠哂攰想快d食飽就返屋企..經過呢到係門口見到好多外國人都係入面所以入去試下一坐低其實餐牌選擇唔係好多,見到個個人都叫三寶所以叫多一碟菜。門口都貼左好多話呢間係米芝蓮麵店、啲人黎得快又食得快咁、店員做野速道都好快手。三寶份量都其實唔係叫好多,面頭有少量牛肉、2粒雲吞同一大舊鯪魚,望落都唔係啲好特別,牛肉都嫰身唔會係硬,不過無乜牛味。雲吞都係有好大隻鮮蝦包係入面,鯪魚肉我個人覺得比較好食,食到有陳皮味同埋都新鮮打出黎。 清湯都唔會太鹹。不過係中環黎講佢價錢已經唔算貴 平民價錢親民既 continue reading

傍晚有事要去中環辦事。處理完已經七時多正值晚餐時間。其實不肚餓但為食也想念久違的乒乓波般巨型的雲吞。所以就走去沾仔記聚舊一下。不用等位直入。樓面很有禮貌, 我心中已決定吃雲吞河便立即下單。不消5分鐘, 雲吞河便奉上可是已經也不是之前常吃的巨型雲吞。咬一口是大約一只蝦加一些豬肉。明白通脹關係食材上漲,其他都是雲吞皮感覺一般滿足, 可幸河粉尚算爽滑還是堂食比外賣好。很快吃完後便離開完成今晚中式的快餐。味道還是回憶好。 continue reading

冇諗到依家米芝蓮餐廳服務態度都可以咁差排開食物質素唔講,侍應嘅服務態度直情趕緊客我同屋企人兩個複診完諗住食碗麵就返屋企黎到餐廳坐低,餐牌寫得比較簡單,諗住叫兩份雲吞撈粗麵,就叫個侍應過黎落order我:唔該兩碗雲吞撈粗麵阿叔:冇粗麵我:咁有咩麵啊阿叔: 幼麵 生麵當刻嘅我都未反應過黎兩隻係同一款麵就話:咁就生麵啦,個阿叔已經唔出聲,就咁睥住我,咁我先醒起,幼麵係生麵嘅一種,但係點解佢用兩個詞去形容同一款麵呢,又點解唔加多少少描述話只有幼嘅生麵呢,點解會expect人地知道呢兩款麵係一樣㗎呢,唔通外國遊客黎到佢都係咁樣招呼?(事實聽到佢同另一臺客落order都係咁款)我就話:哦,咁幼麵啦咁阿叔就寫order啦,我見佢淨係落左一碗,咁就提返佢話:兩碗啊唔該阿叔即時又睥住我話:兩碟!X你個X,兩碗同兩碟有咩分別啊,係咪都係兩份咁解啊,洗唔洗捉埋我字蝨啊我都算,改口話:ok兩碟。之後話加多碟油菜,阿叔又睥住我問:蠔油?菜心? 咁我以為佢問我係咪要菜心啦,咁就話係啊菜心啦,佢又好嫐咁講:蠔油定上湯啊哇我當刻真係愕然,原來蠔油菜心呢個短語仲包括埋上湯浸嘅方法,咁唔通有蠔油嘅菜心係生食嘅,唔係上湯浸熟嘅,而我又會可以係蠔油菜心呢四個字入面get到你叫我揀蠔油定上湯嘅可能有人會話呢啲係香港用語,系人都識,或者話黎得呢啲地方唔通食態度咩點點點。但我想講我就系唔識,而你點可以expect客人全部都識,係咪應該畀少少耐性好好咁解釋呢,我又唔係聽唔明廣東話。又好彩我識得廣東話咋,我聽到呢個阿叔同後面個張臺嘅客人落order個陣,人地明明識講中文,佢好冇耐性咁叫人地睇番英文餐牌。俗啲講句今時今日呢度服務態度真係唔得lor,永遠冇下次 continue reading

工作日中午人声鼎沸,翻台率很高,要拼桌,上菜非常快,几年来价格没涨多少,还是那么大碗、料足,在寸土寸金的中环是那么平实温暖的存在·点了👉招牌云吞面 牛肉捞面 郊外油菜 ·这里的竹升面碱味浓重,很有辨识度,好像在快速拌面的时候都能感受到风味的张力,面条筋道弹牙,捞面尤其干爽,嗦起来毫不费力,但在齿间又散发出非同寻常的咀嚼感·捞面调味简单,好吃却表达得很明确,一开始觉得蚝油不够,请店员再加一些,结果满满一盘吃下来又有点咸,大片牛肉把表面铺满一半,软韧弹嫩·云吞和鲮鱼球都是完整的巨大颗,汤头肯定赶不上用贵食材熬出来的汤那种层层立体的鲜,但却是一口能熨帖心和胃的鲜·桌上有自助的辣椒油等几瓶调味,但既然都来了,不如吃个原汁原味,蔬菜也都新鲜脆甜 continue reading
