做完美甲路好肚餓行左入啲間餐廳個餐牌就係好簡單得三樣野可選雲吞 、 鮮牛肉 、 鯪魚肉所以都唔洗諗，黎左個雙併麵🔆 招牌雲吞 + 鮮牛肉 （幼麵）唔算好大碗，但都好足料大大粒雲吞，蝦好新鮮，肉又唔肥，真係爽口彈牙！鮮牛肉夠曬味道，仲要淋得黎有咬口！不錯不錯麵底都好夠爽滑彈牙！ 好味！

今日黎到沾仔記，諗住快快地食個雲吞麵。沾仔記食物質素一般都幾好，而且平平地，一個雲吞麵/牛肉麵大約四十蚊。因為店舖細嘅緣故，所以我都預期要搭臺。入到店內發現大台有幾個空位，所以揀左隔離無人嘅大台位置坐。樓面見我坐低，即刻黑面，叫我起身，堅持要預留俾兩個人坐（當時係無人排隊）。我已經話有客時後可以讓位，點知佢講足一分鐘。呢間沾仔記店員服務態度差又西曬面，我人生第一次嬲到坐低之後即刻離開。我極度唔推薦沾仔記！

不是經常吃雲吞麵，也沒有特別喜歡。這裡的麵比一般的雲吞麵好吃，就是質感好一些。鯪魚球大大粒， 質地不錯，吃得出不是加了很多粉那種。雲吞也是大顆的，不是傳統細顆又有多少摺的那種，裏面有大隻的蝦，不錯。點完菜，很快就到，吃完了，結帳也爽快。米芝蓮必比登推介之一，幾十塊錢也不貴，經過值得一試。

星期四晚七點幾來食碗雲吞麵，可能因為下雨，所以不多人排隊，排幾個就到了。餐牌其實沒什麼選擇，主要食雲吞麵，或者雙併麵，侍應殷勤有禮。有趣的是侍應姨姨告知原來每日很多遊客來試，卻有很多不欣賞那麵條。我由細到大都有在不同地方吃雲吞麵，那麵正是傳統正中嗰種，我覺得很好吃！$40碗，是現在物價了，三人來到這裡願意搭枱較快有位，下次再來！
