晚上路經中環,唔算肚餓,未諗到食咩好,忽然想起呢間拳頭咁大嘅鯪魚球馳名店,其實佢嘅雲吞都好大粒。印象中呢間鋪裝修古雅,非常幽靜,所以一於同朋友重遊舊地😄。間鋪喺地庫,落到去依然係熟悉的感覺,非常乾淨,因為冇乜人,所以我地可以坐卡位。好快就有侍應姐姐幫手落單,叫咗鯪魚球麵,雲吞河,菜心,仲有飲品。原來而家鯪魚球可以揀兩粒或者三粒,因為拳頭咁大,所以朋友話食兩粒已經夠😆,而雲吞就包住係全隻大蝦,食落去好爽口,好彈牙,值得一試😍。而家好多小店,茶餐廳,都係掃二維碼,自己落單。呢度有侍應落單,份外親切,她做嘢快手,仲好健談,因為唔多客,所以她上菜或收碗碟時,都有時間同我地傾吓偈,非常有善,仲好風趣。今晚得佢一個當值,因為拍檔放假,她走渾全場,非常勤快,但依然笑容滿面,值得讚賞👍。 continue reading

我記得細個好喜歡食沾仔記,因為啲雲吞真係好大粒。不過自從搬咗過海就好少嚟。這次難得經過,諗住回味一下,可惜,往事只能回味~兩個人叫咗诤雲吞,牛肉麵和鯪魚球米粉加枝豆醬。真心講,真係幾細碗。最可惜是雲吞明顯細粒咗好多,唔再係乒乓波體積了...而味道只能說一般。湯底夠味,但食物偏淡,特別是鯪魚球,有點鬆散,實在非我所好。整體不會難食但又冇乜特別...我見門口貼了很多米芝蓮獎狀,不過年份都好幾年以前了,希望將來有機會再食返當年的味道~ continue reading

沾仔記作為50年代從地攤(沾記)開始經營的品牌與香港一同成長,價格依然堅持保持著親民的價格,並沒有因為歲月或地點以加多少。 沾仔記有三寶,分別是雲吞、鮮牛肉及鯪魚球。憑著此三寶再配襯秘製湯頭及蛋麵,自2009年起連年入選《米芝蓮指南》必比登美食推薦。 《雲吞》鮮蝦配上蝦子及大地魚粉,皮薄餡足,份量大如乒乓球,爽口彈牙。 《鮮牛肉》口感嫩滑,牛肉味重。 《鯪魚球》比佢哋雲吞還要大,魚鮮味十足。 《湯頭》以豬骨、大地魚乾及羅漢果熬製。 《蛋麵》傳統配方,每天新鮮製造。 中環店只販賣三寶、油菜及粉麵,其他分店會有小菜、海鮮或粥販賣。 中環店有兩間,威靈頓街及皇后大道中,個人覺得皇后大道中會好吃點😋,少人排隊,店員煮得無咁趕,顧客又無食得咁趕時間。 因為情懷、價格及味道,個人覺得性價比極高,有香港的味道。 continue reading

依間「沾仔記」之前就憑大大粒的雲吞和鯪魚球出名的,不過本人就對鯪魚球冇咩興趣,所以就一直冇去試,咁啱今次唔想食飯,同事就話食依間,咁我見未試過,試一次都不錯招牌雲吞麵 推薦指數🗯️:🌟🌟🌟因為是下午茶的關係,份量不算太多,最多只能算過下口癮,不過雲吞就真係好大一粒,而且內面真係會包咗一整隻蝦,不會是蝦肉剁碎加少少蝦肉就算,而且皮都算薄皮,唔會食到成口粉,麵質就正正常常,唔會有鹼水味那份油菜是因為我覺得不夠飽,額外加的 continue reading
