依家間餐廳已經係好多唔同嘅區域都有分店,自助式嘅經營、好似喺日本食飯咁樣要喺賣飛機器到入錢攞飛,都係呢一間餐廳嘅特色嚟。牛肉方面有好多唔同價位可以俾你選擇,無論選擇邊一款都係以石燒牛肉咁樣嘅方式呈現,我覺得食石燒牛肉最需要注意嘅係要時時刻刻睇住牛肉嘅生熟程度,唔想過生或者過熟,又唔想塊石燒到冇晒熱力,第一樣要做嘅嘢就係快快手影張概就算,然後唔好用電話咁樣食飯~~不過如果你塊石真係燒到冇晒熱力嘅話,都可以聯絡職員同佢地講聲佢哋會幫你換!呢度最抵食嘅地方就在於可以無限添飯、湯同沙律,啱晒大食嘅朋友! continue reading

扒之外的食物都是自助任食, 真的非常過癮. 買完扒票之後一坐低就搵湯/飯/沙律/通粉等食一大輪先, 然後調下醬等石板扒.拍子扒可以選擇大小, 根據重量和部位來定價錢, 300g其實已經係一個足夠的體積, 當然大食可以叫再大一點的沒有問題.石板的好處就是可以自己調控想食的熟度, 而且一片可以變成多種食法, 這片半熟那片七分, 如此類推. 非常的滿足. 尤其是添食.................... continue reading

收工行過發現左依間石燒牛,所以帶咗阿爸阿媽試吓。一入到餐廳就有幾個阿姐提我我嘟安心出行同探熱。因為同老人家一齊黎,所以佢都即刻帶兩老去座位就座先,大部份枱都係面壁,如果一個人嚟食應該舒服啲,可以自閉一下。可能因為係平日夜晚,所以餐廳唔算多人。座位一字排開,因為唔多人所以都尚算寬躺😌😌如果逼啲就應該唔太舒服。而我就負責去落單,因為第一次嚟唔知食咩好,所以就揀咗三款都試吓,78蚊三拍子牛180g,88蚊牛柳200g,120蚊西冷200g,之後其他沙律,菜,飯,湯仼食🤪3個人300有找,如果食完牛扒唔飽仲可以任食通粉沙律🥗味道幾好⋯⋯阿姐仲提示我哋可以利用等食嘅時候拎下前菜,而且提我哋有圍裙可以拎,我哋冇行岀去拎,佢就拎埋比我哋。講返牛扒,三拍子牛到面前果陣系1成熟,但原來唔係原塊牛扒,系一件件,肉質比較瘦,起塊石板上邊要小心過到煎熟,工作人員有提示我哋搵個碗仔分開先,再慢慢燒熟佢。牛柳就比較柔嫩,質地比較林。而最貴嘅西冷,感覺似茶餐廳港式牛扒,有少少肥肉,肉汁比較多。所以其實都比較推介叫返西冷扒會比較好。由於我哋第一次唔識嗌,兩老比較鍾意食牛肉,所以都嫌少,下次可以嗌大塊啲,如果唔夠飽,都可以食下餐前小食同飯醫下肚,最終兩老飲咗好3,4碗湯,同3.4碗通粉🤣🤣 continue reading
