好開心可以同老公一齊鋸扒!之前經過深水埗,見到日式石燒牛扒店像雨後春筍,一直都想搵機會去試吓嗰部自助點餐機!卒之呢日機會嚟喇!飛雲!我哋再次經過深水埗,由於時間尚早,大約黃昏時分,諗住食多少少肉都唔怕,因為夜晚仲有好長時間消化!於是我哋二話不說就入咗去啦!鋪仔細細,大約只能容納20位食客左右。可惜自助點餐機壞了,只可以填紙仔。我地點咗招牌150克嘅三拍子牛肉和封門柳各一份。店員送上兩塊牛扒,喺鐵板上滋滋作響,好美味的樣子!預設只有一成熟,如果你想食熟啲,就要自行控制喇!店員非常有禮,介紹出面的沙律菜、餐湯和白飯是任食,非常飽肚的一餐! continue reading

一直都有聽聞三拍子係CP值高嘅選擇,所以今次特別到深水埗一試。今次order左三拍子牛排同牛柳。牛排嘅質量比想像中高, 5成熟嘅牛排啱啱好令到牛嘅肉質鮮嫩,同時又唔會咬唔開。而牛柳嘅質素都頗高, 比較嫩滑,但係要留意係熱石上面嘅烹調時間,避免過熟。除左牛之外,本身店舖亦有任食嘅沙律,蔬菜同埋湯。沙律嘅味道唔錯,有採用新鮮嘅食材。而湯係典型嘅日式味噌湯,有昆布配料。整體黎講, triple steak係一個CP值極高嘅店舖, 用平民就可以試到石燒嘅steak, 真心推介。 continue reading

The steak was almost well-done, even another steak isn’t still like eating a robber. Also the attitude of the staff is not welcoming. And I have lunch with a little cockroach. The price is same with other similar shop but the quality is really bad. continue reading

由盲要睇電腦關係經開深水埗就黎同外子試下尼個平民牛扒.So far 係似日本既營銷方式係出面買完飛仔入門口已有人ready 幫你交單然後搵個位坐住等bibi 舊野叫就可以去拎牛.而佢價錢係包沙律吧有薯蓉有豆類有芽菜etc...我同外子嗌左1. 400g 肉眼2. 180g triple 3. 烏龍茶share.佢地全部以1成熟度上台然後自行燒到想要既感覺因本人唔係太鐘情半熟所以全熟左佢而外子就7成.覺得可以體貼d 比隻碟客人因為無其他地方放就會迫住d 牛變老.btw 有牛味當然你不能以蔗渣嘅價錢想要燒鵝嘅質素🤔所以以平民版既鐵板牛純想追求鋸扒既感覺都還可 continue reading
