呢間舖頭門面有啲似印度/中東菜,一入去先驚覺係間裝修精緻嘅西餐廳,而且有貓貓散步令感覺更舒適慵懶。週末嘅lunch set (主菜+餐飲)都要 $158 - $198,喺同區算幾貴。有貓貓喺我面前進食,十分可愛。意大利豬面肉卡邦尼 ($158)呢份卡邦尼係正宗用蛋黃同厚實嘅Guanciale整,淨係呢兩點都説明佢係一份值得期待嘅卡邦尼。Guanciale脂肪濃度高,肉味好濃郁;配合多種意式芝士,加上使用扁意粉更掛汁,係我記憶中喺香港食過其中一間最好食嘅卡邦尼意粉,確實係物有所值,而且隻碟都好有氣派,賣相值得加分。凍檸茶用嘅英式紅茶唔會太濁,係合格嘅檸茶。整體而言,雖然喺深水埗區接近$200一餐午餐,屬於高消費餐廳。但卡邦尼實在太出色,而且環境令人好舒服,加上有貓貓睇,令我呢百幾蚊lunch覺得俾得非常抵,以後有機會喺附近都會再光顧

最近在社交媒體上引起了不少食客的關注。這裡的菜單以意粉為主打,特別是豬頸肉意粉和三文魚番茄意粉,吸引了不少饕客來嘗鮮。豬頸肉意粉這道豬頸肉意粉讓人印象深刻。豬頸肉經過低溫慢煮,肉質軟嫩,入口即化。搭配上彈牙的意粉,兩者的口感形成了美妙的對比。醬汁方面,使用了特製的蒜香醬,味道濃郁卻不油膩,讓人一口接一口。整體上,這道菜不僅滿足了味蕾,還帶來了視覺的享受,擺盤精緻,色彩鮮豔。三文魚番茄意粉另一道值得一試的菜是三文魚番茄意粉。新鮮的三文魚片切得恰到好處,搭配上酸甜的番茄醬,形成了清新的口感。番茄醬的味道不過於濃烈,反而讓三文魚的鮮味充分展現。意粉的煮制時間掌握得當,稍微帶有嚼勁,與三文魚的嫩滑形成了絕佳的平衡。檸檬塔和Rose latte的搭配為這頓午餐畫上一個完美的句號!

呢間餐廳入到嚟好溫馨,老闆娘熱情溫柔,養咗兩隻可愛的貓貓~今日晚餐,食咗個蟹肉意粉,首先我想講佢個蟹肉完全唔係罐頭蟹肉,真係一隻蟹肉夾拆出嚟嘅肉,有飛魚子、薄荷葉、少許花!真係好好食~呢個價錢絕對係對得起食物~物有所值~再上一次食過wasabi三文魚意粉~味道真係喺出邊可以話係較難食到~食得出廚師真係有心烹調的

餐廳環境舒適,用餐氣氛愉快,老闆熱情好客,會與客人分享貓經。店內有兩隻可愛的貓咪走動,運氣好的話會與你互動😂😂第一道菜是三文魚扁意粉,魚肉鮮嫩多汁,麵條彈牙,味道層次豐富。第二道是牛小排佐奶油醬汁,肉質柔嫩,醬汁濃郁,口感均衡。配菜薯仔有驚喜。最後是apple crumble cheese cake,cheese cake綿密,味道啱啱好唔會太甜,搭配濃郁焦糖醬,完美收尾。環境優雅,食物美味,值得一訪!😋😋

呢間Cafe個豬肋骨真係好食,聽講係呢度其中一款招牌菜式。個豬肋骨嘅BBQ sauce係幾出色嘅,同其他地方食到嘅BBQ sauce最大嘅分別就係唔會只有煙燻味同埋一味得個鹹字。另外呢個慢煮三文魚都係好出色,首先熟嘅三文魚真係好蝦人煮架,要做到好似呢度咁樣有脆皮,而且魚肉入面仍然鮮嫩,再加埋D肉唔可以Over Cook搞到肉質鞋晒,大廚要將個火喉控制得好好,而且真係要有心機兼唔可以心急先掂,呢度就做到晒上述幾樣要求,果然高手在民間。
