這一天朋友生日,選了位於灣仔的這間fusion菜。餐廳分為bar台,露天位置。座位舒服,是把酒聊天的好地方1.Italian Tomato Salad ($148)這一道沙律菜與我們想像的不一樣,但出奇地有驚喜。mozzarella Cheese 上配上蕃茄沙冰,識落像吃雪糕和雪葩一樣,非常清新。配上鮮甜的蕃茄,是一個非常開胃的菜式。2.Wagyu Ox Tongue($148)份量雖小,但這一道牛舌的味道是我有史以來吃上的最好味。一來牛味非常濃郁,二來非常爽口彈牙,三來非常多汁。配上一旁的酸奶油蔥醬 ,帶有少少芥末味,非常夾。3.Fetucine Uni Carbonara($258)招牌菜式海膽卡邦尼,每一口的意粉都沾滿了濃稠的海膽汁,且以防非常彈牙,配上日本的鮮甜海膽,非常惹味。每一道菜色都非常值得推薦。
