西營盤高街呢一間西餐廳一直都好想試下,今日終於有時間嚟食個lunch。 鋪頭地理位置都尚算方便,西營盤地鐵站c出口 距離只有五分鐘路程。 餐廳雖然感覺唔算好大不過都乾淨 舒適。 lunch有set menu睇完之後決定要試佢嘅slow cooked beef cheek, 未食主菜前侍應好快上咗餐包, 餐包十分鬆軟, 配埋橄欖油十分好食。 食完麵包,好快就上沙律, 沙律菜十分新鮮爽甜,而且份量亦都好多。 主菜當然就係slow cooked beef cheek, 佢嘅慢煮牛肉十分軟林,配住番茄汁十分入味,好好食,除咗慢煮牛肉之外仲配咗薯仔同紅蘿蔔,基本上都夠飽。 lunch set仲配甜品 ,今次佢嘅甜品係Pannacotta, 味道有啲似牛奶布丁但係又畀牛奶布丁更加香濃同入口即融, 侍應同我講原來呢個甜品如果另外叫嘅話要120蚊,而呢個係迷你版, 感覺真係好抵食。成個餐仲配餐飲我叫咗iced tea, 成個餐冇得挑剔。 continue reading

好鍾意食意大利餐,終於嚟試紅菜頭湯超濃郁,雖然飲落冇一粒粒嘅紅菜頭,但係質感比較杰身,點麵包食好正!麵包袋好特別,用佢嚟影相好襯,麵包都好有香草味道,外脆內軟熱辣辣!Spaghetti Vongole (Clams) $148夠多蜆,食極都仲有咁,而且冇沙,啲蜆肉都肥美!意粉軟硬適中;都好重蒜頭洋蔥味Pan fried salmon w/cream spinach & vegetables $178三文魚煎得外脆內半熟,口感唔會好鞋;色彩繽紛,蔬菜種類都算多;cream spinach唔會太膩,用嚟點三文魚一齊食都好匹配朱古力mousse最尾仲有個甜品及飲品 continue reading

假期前夕,相約好友吃晚餐,想吃簡單又直接的意菜,網上預約,準時到達。店鋪不大,約放了5張4人桌,是傳統意大利餐廳格局。餐牌款式不多,前菜連主菜不過十款左右。所以點菜絕無難度,一心想吃這裡的手製意粉,就立馬點上兩款。先來最喜歡的Gnocchi,手製絕對花時間的一道菜,這裡的Gnocchi 不花巧,做得軟軟帶點彈性,咀嚼後感受到薯仔的質感。配上濃濃芝士醬汁,味道直來直往,喜歡芝士必點。手打蝦意粉,手製的意粉非常彈牙,咬下完全不似一般的即食意粉,彈牙度令我跟朋友都有驚喜,是味道比較清淡的一道意粉,令人不其然專注在意粉的獨有質感。吃完兩道特色意粉後,決定再點一個豬扒。豬扒仍有肉汁,但相比起意粉,豬扒就稍為遜色,還是意粉令人更有印象。 continue reading

A period between Renaissance & Baroque 🎈Trattoria Caffe’ Monteverdi /Is the restaurant related to an Italian composer, Monteverdi?/成日見到Monteverdi 究竟呢個意大利文有咩意思呢? 唔通關呢個作曲家事🤔餐前麵包烘到脆口 表面氣孔密度高 有香草味 點上橄欖油黎食 麵包會冇咁乾身🥖Tartare of Fassona Beef ($170)第一次食牛肉他他 粉嫩色嘅牛肉新鮮口感鬆軟牛肉無筋而且味濃 淡淡嘅調味已經帶出牛肉嘅鮮味 點上旁邊帶酸嘅沙律醬汁 更軟綿🐮Chittara Spaghetti with Saffron Cream Sauce and Shrimps ($220)傳統手工製嘅意大利麵真係唔同啲 麵質口感彈牙 好少食到呢種意大利粉嘅口感麵條較一般意粉幼身 相對就會好掛汁啦😌配合自家研製番紅花忌廉汁 系creamy 同rich嘅質感味道可以用升級版「芝士龍蝦伊麵」黎形容🦞Pan Fried Pork Chop Tuscan Style ($390)果然系佢哋嘅signature 利用豬背部嫩滑無筋嘅豬鞍位置 煎出黎切開嘅豬扒呈粉色 有肉汁而且肉味濃 可以食到煎完完全唔老嘅豬扒係好難得😍雖然側邊嘅蔬菜味道較為淡 但簡單烹調方法先可以帶出新鮮蔬菜嘅原汁原味☘️Zappa Inglese ($120)甜品可以話係檸檬奶黃提拉米蘇😂入口lemon custard 有refresh嘅感覺 加底層咖啡味lady fingers 作為甜品結尾醒神啱啱好🥰 continue reading

這天假期走到西營盤一行,原來高街開了不少不同同種類的餐廳。亦有不少的選擇,all day breakfast、法國菜、韓式、日式,都一應俱全。花多眼亂之下我們選了這家很有意大利傳統風味的小店。餐廳內裏的座位不是很多,應該最多可以坐到20人左右。餐牌選擇亦不是太多,但看得出都是一些比較傳統,沒有一些花巧的意大利菜式。朋友點轉了牛面肉,味道濃郁車非常惹味,值得推介。而我點選的白汁意粉用上意大利肉腸和蘑菇,味道方面就比較失色,較一般意大利傳統意粉淡味,但意粉是頗彈牙的。由於我們吃是午餐,所以都奉上麵包、湯及甜品。麵包方面不過不失,但南瓜湯非常濃郁,甜品是panna cotta,小小的一份,亦都有點點橙皮的香氣,都還可以。看到店家張貼了告示說嚟緊會將搬去中環,看看遲一點有冇機會試一試他們的單點菜單。 continue reading
