之前係呢層樓嘅肉店買過凍肉,今晚再要入貨,入完貨當然順便開埋餐,就比我見到佢係食日本嘅,價錢望落合理,仲有最後一張卡位,快快入座先套餐只有二人餐,其餘單點 (前菜/沙律/串燒/天婦羅/日式料理/烏冬炒拉麵等),另供應多款特式咖啡及飲品,仲有甜品,手機落單!估唔到最先出場係呢客南蠻炸鷄籃 ($62),一籃有5-6件,炸鷄上已有蛋沙律醬,附送嘅醬油無點過入口熱辣辣又唔會一口油,炸漿唔太厚唔會食到一口粉都未食到主角,鷄肉保持肉汁同滑度,好得喎!之後到牛油果蟹籽沙律 ($52),兩種食材都係我喜愛,蟹籽及青瓜絲都係超脆感,呢個熱天食好引人胃口; 綿滑牛油果粒增加香滑度,唯份量少咗D!係日本餐廳出現嘅韓風牛舌 ($28),厚切牛舌,驟眼睇似鷄腎汁煮味道唔會過濃,灑上芝麻,不單"韓風"提升,仲增加香度,牛舌雖然厚切但入口唔韌仲煮得幾入味,當前菜小食份量岩岩好!主食叫咗碗大蔥鷄肉稻庭烏冬 ($78),送上枱時都驚訝咁大碗嘅?!  目測餸料包括日本魚蛋,大蔥,油揚及鷄肉稻庭烏冬主打幼滑度,湯底清甜唔油膩,一口夾住送入口,爽快.........隨即送多口鷄肉及大蔥,滿足度加大!食緊烏冬嘅同時,條花魚一夜干 ($78),就送上啦。上網查過HOKKE叫(魚花)魚,又叫多線魚,主要係得一條主骨,微少細骨,食起黎都方便附上醬汁及蘿蔔茸,用黎點魚食簡直絶配,魚肉經過半風乾製法,肉質仍然嫩滑,用鹽醃製過多一份咸香,魚皮若然唔怕咸咗D都可以食埋!  咁嘅價錢有咁嘅質素同份量,相當抵食! continue reading

晚市時候去了一家位於觀塘工廈的日料店,店舖位於駱駝漆。店舖環境雖然不大,但很舒適涼快。餐牌上有多款食物供應,還有店家特色飲品🤩。-💥七味鹽豬頸肉 HKD$68,這個人自行燒熟的,一份有十片。燒的時候聞到很香的味道,一邊燒一邊吃很享受😋。豬頸肉肉質腍身,口感嫰滑煙韌味道帶點咸。-💥芝士明太子蛋卷 HKD$42,這個一份有三件,熱辣辣吃味不錯😆。甜甜的蛋卷夾著芝士,蛋味香濃口感豐富😋,面頭還有咸咸的明太子,令到味道更昇華。-💥雙重芝士年糕 HKD$45 / 一口煎餃子 HKD$52,兩款食物也是也外內軟。芝士年糕口感軟綿綿,而且芝士是半溶狀態😍。煎餃子口感煙韌,配著醬汁是味道更佳。-💥櫻花水信玄餅 HKD$38,吃完正餐當然要吃甜品,這份甜品賣相不錯。晶瑩剔透的模樣,櫻花在裡面很美🤩。味道甜甜的,配著酸酸的櫻花感覺特別。-💥巨峰富士山 HKD$ 35,這杯飲品賣相吸睛,除了以富士山的造型外,裡面還有一粒閃爍的燈光,令到賣相更特別😍。飲品面頭是雲呢拿雪糕,底下是巨峰是子飲品,攪拌之後味道挻特別😋。-💥雲呢拿鮮奶朱古力 HKD$35,飲品雖然沒有拉花,但味道是不錯,而且聞到很香的味道🤩。朱古力味道香濃,與雲呢拿挻配合的,味道不會太甜。-食物質素不錯,價錢一般。但店舖座位不算太多,所以預先訂枱可節省等待的時間。 continue reading

觀塘啲工廈都好多好嘢食,但都好驚訝平日夜晚上嚟食都坐滿晒!依度有得揀燒肉,係比個細嘅爐你燒!想過下燒肉癮又唔想淨係食肉嘅岩哂!叫咗胡麻汁牛肩胛(72),肩胛肉質係比較結實嘅,唔會太油膩!而落啲胡麻醬一齊燒令到啲牛味更突出,正!牛肉他他燒($88),淨係外邊燒過,之後就生食,都比較少地方有得食!因為要個牛好新鮮先可以做到,好好食,完全食到牛嘅鮮味!可想言之呢度嘅食材係幾高質嘅!另外叫咗個鳥棲豚肉炒麵($82),好鍾意日式炒麵果種加左醋嘅醬汁,好開胃,而且個拉麵夠煙韌!嘢飲方面呢個特飲賣相超吸引!叫左藍桔富士山($35),大大球雪糕再加上波子汽水味,邪惡又好味!依間食物選擇多又唔貴,而且質素都不錯,難怪真係要book位先食到! continue reading

同女友同行去到觀塘唔知食乜好,靠左openrice發現有間睇食評睇落「唔錯」嘅「日式」餐廳,二話不說就去左食。 觀感上,裝修十分日式,採用了柔和燈光、普通枱和梳化椅。坐落還好。睇到餐牌都還好,還算日式,食物比一般餐廳貴。背景音樂係你唱k會聽到嘅情歌王(???) 但坐耐左你分發現張櫈矮到傻,你對手掙唔會放到喺張枱,而係你大脾到,全程食飯坐得好唔舒服。現場透明玻璃睇到入面個廚房係嗰啲茶記嘅啡紅色地板同鋼廚櫃,同啲茶記級數嘅呀叔喺到煮野食,已經有唔好嘅預感。 坐得唔舒服都算,食物方面叫左一個$78南蠻炸雞定食,一個$78明太子海鮮烏冬(有兩三隻蝦、兩隻青口,一隻半熟蛋,好多明太子汁) 呢個係大伏!!!啲青口差到食到成口都係沙,女友食左一粒已經吐番出黎,麵豉湯得豆腐「微」粒,咸到pk。個沙律奇奇怪怪。個南蠻炸雞「件」冇調味過,得炸粉味,啲雞嘅份量仲少高一個正常嘅繼光香香雞,都算啦當自己唔好彩信錯下面啲咁「精美」嘅食評。 點知岩岩女友凌晨就肚屙,屙左成半個鐘,懷疑係隻蛋唔係日本蛋,又室溫放得太耐滋生左細菌,個人好翻少少又去痾多次。 埋單連加一$172,咁嘅質素仲夠膽收服務費? 睇番上年嘅差評先知間野有幾差,有錢食飯嘅,建議唔好比錢買難受。 continue reading
