今日放工,約左同事食飯,大家都想食中菜,於是就去左間上樓既大牌檔-杜老誌大飯店。餐廳裝修富有香港7/80年代既大牌檔特色,無論係霓虹燈牌,定一枱一櫈,甚至餐具,都好有老香港嘅懷舊風味,啲回憶簡直出哂黎。睇見餐牌,樣樣都想食🤤最後叫咗:街邊臭豆腐,金巢咕嚕黑豚肉,花甲蒸水蛋,椒鹽魷魚鬚,甜品就叫咗菠蘿皮焗西米布甸。✨街邊臭豆腐 $58先黎既係臭豆腐,名符其實,真係好臭,外層炸得好香口!但食落去真係好滑,而且豆味香濃,個人鐘意點醬食,無論豆板醬或者甜醬都好正,兩款都各有風味🤤✨金巢咕嚕黑豚肉 $138除咗裝修花足心思,同樣,呢到連小菜都落足心機,擺盤精美,影相打卡一流!味道方面亦係水準之上,黑豚肉肉質鬆化,咕嚕醬味道濃厚,酸酸甜甜非常開胃。✨花甲蒸水蛋 $138一上菜大家都哇哇聲,估唔到食中式小菜都咁有驚喜,單憑賣相已經勝人一籌!蒸蛋好嫩滑,直頭唔駛點細嚼,仲吸收埋花甲嘅清甜。花甲數量都幾多下,冇沙好鮮味。蒸蛋都可以整得咁靚,師傅真係好有心思👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻✨椒鹽魷魚鬚 $98食得小菜,通常我都會點椒鹽魷魚鬚,最鐘意食香口嘢,餸酒一流!呢到嘅魷魚鬚炸漿較薄,食落唔會成口粉,而係啖啖肉,好滋味。最重要係佢炸得唔油膩,唔會食到成口油,健康一族都啱食。✨菠蘿皮焗西米布甸 $38/位西米布甸上枱時熱哄哄,應該係即叫即焗。賣相精緻,上面嗰層菠蘿酥皮香得惹人犯罪。食落去面層酥脆,內裡質感柔軟,味道唔會好甜,清爽不膩,一人食一個絕對係濕濕碎🙆🏻‍♀️ continue reading

和朋友很喜歡食大排檔, 亦都愛試不同大排檔主題的餐廳, 很多人推介杜老誌, 今晚揀選了在這裡晚餐。餐廳位於銅鑼灣和灣仔之間, 位置上有少少輸蝕, 不過對於愛吃的我們來說, 只是小事。椒鹽魷魚鬚$98:朋友喜歡食香口東西, 所以揀了椒鹽魷魚鬚, 來杯冰凍啤酒, 十分搭配。椒鹽魷魚鬚較纖幼, 蘸上有少少酸的醬汁, 一條一條接住似食零食般, 椒鹽很是惹味。金巢咕嚕黑豚肉$138此咕嚕肉非一般咕嚕肉, 它用黑豚肉製作, 十分講究, 醬汁濃稠緊包圍每粒炸香過的黑豚肉, 酸酸甜甜加上炸過的香口感, 最後來到爽口的豚肉, 層次豐富。金巢也很有視覺效果。花甲蒸水蛋$138:到了我喜愛的海鮮類, 花甲整齊排列, 很吸睛, 蒸的時間預得剛好, 蛋夠滑, 花甲亦不老, 選用的花甲無沙, 又甜, 蒸蛋可撈飯吃, 一流。菠蘿皮焗西米布甸$38/位:最後來個甜品, 很欣賞那像菠蘿包的皮, 新鮮焗製出來, 脆口, 裡面是不會太甜的西米布甸,好像比較少吃到這款甜品,蠻有心思的。 continue reading

之前喺上網見過有介紹過呢間杜老誌大飯店,覺得佢哋嘅裝修好有趣,而且好多打卡位,好想去一次🤤今次終於同男朋友嚟到灣仔,決定試一試啦!當時係星期三夜晚大概8:30pm,入到去已經見到全院滿座,非常熱鬧,好受歡迎啊!望見佢哋嘅裝修真係令我嘆為觀止😱成個環境真係好有趣,好得意!好似去咗另一個時空⭐️呢到嘅裝修真係好花心思,差唔多有成10個場景!有麻雀館、遊戲中心、桑拿浴、甚至有金盤按腳嘅中心😂好得意呀就咁睇呢度嘅裝飾我都睇左成10分鐘。我哋兩個人嚟食,但係好肚餓,叫咗一個小食三個主菜同埋兩份甜品。首先上菜嘅就係呢個街頭臭豆腐配豆瓣醬😋真係好耐冇食過臭豆腐啦!好開心見到呢度有得食。平時出旺角啲街邊小食見到都唔敢食,因為怕啲路邊小店好污糟,但係呢度企企理理,當然要試吓啦!臭豆腐嘅臭味唔會過分濃烈,啱啱好,而且咬落去,外脆內軟,一流!之後上菜嘅就係我哋最愛嘅咕嚕肉😋份量超大而且佢哋整嘅金巢伴碟非常之靚!真係誠意之作!我見差唔多每一台都會帶呢一味餸,因為佢整得真係好好,咕嚕肉皮脆,炸粉又唔會過分厚。好正啊!鍾意食香口野嘅我哋,又點可以錯過椒鹽魷魚酥啊!炸得非常好,魷魚好香口,亦都唔會過分厚粉。呢個花甲蒸水蛋都好靚,切到好似蓮花咁。食落口啲蛋非常滑呀,而且花甲嘅海鮮鮮味亦都浸晒入水蛋入面,鍾意食海鮮嘅朋友一定唔可以錯過。最後點少得呢個,每一台都會食嘅菠蘿皮焗西米布甸呀!每一個都要大概八至15分鐘焗熱⭐️保證熱辣辣拎上枱!菠蘿皮好脆啊,襯埋入面軟熟嘅西米布甸,簡直係絕配😋真係令我哋呢一個晚餐畫上完美嘅句號。好enjoy啊,食得好開心嘅一餐!好想帶埋屋企人嚟啊下次🥰 continue reading

去年至今,因疫情關係,一直未有機會與老爹飯聚。這夜,我們相約在公司附近,裝潢極具老香港情懷的的杜老誌大飯店一聚。對老爹而言,餐廳的裝潢佈局,是那麼的熟悉,滿載了他昔日的回憶。對小妹而言,彷彿穿越了時光隧道,回到那個不屬於小妹的獨特時空。點了數道菜後,小妹要了一樽可樂$13,而老爹則要了一大杯啤酒$48。未起筷,先乾杯飲勝!切成方條狀的街邊臭豆腐$58和椒鹽魷魚鬚$98,是他的最愛,最適宜伴啤酒同吃。上枱時,嗅到陣陣臭豆腐獨有的臭味。素來不好此物也,小妹試了一件,入口沒有預期中的臭,反而豆味濃郁。炸至酥脆香口而不油不膩的椒鹽魷魚鬚,教小妹忍不住一口接一口地吃個不停。一口冰凍的可樂,一口香脆炸物,爽快!接著,柚子骨$138和花甲蒸水蛋$138上枱了。我們點了白飯伴吃。柚子骨炸至香脆,再淋上酸香醒胃的醬汁,以及鮮甜多汁的柚子,教人胃口大增!花甲蒸水蛋,賣相挺不錯的。搯一口水蛋,水蛋烹調火喉拿捏極為準繩,入口滑不溜口,富蛋香之餘,且夾雜了鮮美花甲、蔥花與豉油的精華,鮮味洋溢。壓軸,我們點了懷舊甜品 - 菠蘿皮西米焗布甸$28,為飯局劃下甜蜜的句號。 continue reading
