To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一年前食過一次,覺得幾好食,琴日再去食發現質素差左,叫左一碗牛肉飯$60,但牛肉好乾,冇汁,一般般,另外叫左一碗魚介沾麵$90,料就好足,有兩大舊五花腩,魚介汁都好香,鹹左少少,同埋太結,似魚介醬多d,成餐都偏貴,性價比一般,應該唔會再食。 continue reading

朋友相約食飯,俾咗個地址我,以為係雅蘭中心落去地庫,點知搵嚟搵去都搵唔到,問保安先知原來要喺山東街嗰邊入口落去。近來啲食肆都靜英英,今晚都唔例外,不過反而可以慢慢坐慢慢傾幾好。望吓餐牌,比呢個「爐端厚燒鰻魚丼」( $78 )吸引咗,佢寫住特厚同埋即燒,好想食呢!用一個靚靚嘅便當盒載住,條鰻魚果然夠厚夠大,肉質唔錯,仲好鍾意佢啲鰻魚汁添!面頭有芝麻,個底有好多蛋絲,不錯不錯!朋友就叫咗一個「味自慢叉燒拉麵」( $64 ),我本身唔明乜嘢叫「味自慢」,而家就明白原來係日文裏面意思係「為味道而驕傲」,朋友話呢個拉麵味道來講都係唔錯嘅,麵質和湯底都好滿意,不過得兩舊五花腩就少咗啲。我哋都share叫咗醬油雞翼, $38有六支單骨,醬油味都幾重,但唔係豉油反而係甜甜地嘅味道,雞翼就炸過的。想慢慢傾偈當然要叫多兩杯飲品啦,我試咗「和歌山紀洲梅子梳打冰」( $24 ),真係有粒梅喺面頭,好靚㗎,味道就酸酸甜甜,好似真係飲緊話梅味咁囉。朋友嗰杯蘆薈提子梳打冰似乎都唔錯呢! continue reading

好耐無出旺角,今日出嚟食餐便飯順便行吓,呢間東京築地拉麵喺地牢下面,食物款式唔算好多,專注做好幾款。叫了「濃厚雞白湯拉麵」($83),我理解佢係話用12個鐘來淆湯,第一時間當然試吓個湯底,又真係幾濃味,唔錯!幾件雞肉都幾滑,拉麵質感剛好,仲有溏心蛋和紫菜添!另外朋友點了「日式滑蛋吉列豬扒丼」($56),滑蛋同豬扒份量都幾多喎,我試咗舊豬扒,厚身得黎又鬆軟,只是吉列層俾啲汁整淋左。我哋亦叫咗個日式煎餃子($38 /5隻),菜肉餡,表面都煎得香脆。日本柚子冰和蘆薈提子梳打冰($24)都幾大杯,記得搞勻飲,喜歡後者有蘆薈粒粒有咬口。 continue reading

旺角有間餐廳,價錢都幾抵,環境各樣都唔錯,就去試吓佢。佢係喺雅蘭中心地庫,記得唔係喺正門入,係喺側邊啲門口入。味自慢叉燒拉麵叉燒都幾大件,比較抵食,而且裏面嘅拉麵份量都非常豐富,大胃王都唔怕唔夠飽!爐端厚燒鰻魚丼出面買鰻魚都好貴啦,但係呢個鰻魚飯今晚遇到size十足,很有甜香,表皮燒得夠香,而且裏面嘅飯係用咗日本米,粒粒非常之圓潤。日本煎餃子都不錯,表面金黃口感香脆,仲有醬汁可以選擇,咁就夠晒飽肚!特色飲品都有多款選擇,都幾特別,例如入面有d梅,很有日本感覺 continue reading

許久無和姐姐一起出街,我倆起碼半年沒吃過拉麵🍜在雅蘭中心,發現一家拉麵店,大家懷著試一試的心態去光顧。黃金濃厚豚骨湯叉燒拉麵67湯底好濃郁,一口喝下豚肉激發的芬芳。再喝一口,有肥美的油脂,點到即止,口味也不太膩。叉燒質感鬆軟,不用費力就輕易咀嚼。面條絕不糊口,煙煙韌韌,一口濃湯一口面,或用湯浸著拉面來吃亦美味。魚介沾面88姐說今次是第一次吃沾面,平時她很怕太重口味的菜餚。我給了她勇氣,她說是幾好的新嘗試,因為不如她想像般濃縮偏咸,反而掛上豚粒魚湯汁的精華。石鍋上枱好有氣勢,能在冷氣中溫度得到保持。面質有彈性,掛上的湯頭滲有陣陣半肥瘦的鮮香,汁醬份量剛好夠沾所有的拉麵。炙燒得美美的厚切五花肉,脂肪部份入口會化開,秘製汁令肉ok入味,不實淨。配菜也不俗,荀嫩爽口,完全沒有渣。木耳脆身,蔥辣不過火,具少少甜。海鹽枝豆24枝豆嫩,是日本人送酒的好伙伴。味道清,只用鹽調味,卻能嚐出豆天然原味,質地粉粉的,毫無草青。蘆薈提子梳打冰24平時都愛飲巨峰梳打,但有點略甜。這兒的就恰好,而且加入蘆薈粒中和,有咀嚼感又清甜。和歌山紀洲梅子梳打冰24顏色漂亮,橙橙的,冰用碎冰,拌匀喝有清晰的梅子味,層次分明,督幾下原粒梅子肉,飲品亦不會變得死咸,酸甜開胃,有氣極解渴爽喉。粗紙飲管硬身,不會好易變軟變型,不用膠飲管,支持環保♻️加分👏🏻食後感:味道不錯,價錢合理。卡位坐得十分舒服,冷氣充足又不太冷👍🏻 continue reading
