前一晚宿醉,咩都唔好講飲麵豉湯先。越飲越覺咸咗小小。麻醬番茄,原來麻醬響底,得小小,不過番茄本身夠晒清甜唔使汁都得。勁香面豉醬點新鮮蔬菜。象拔蚌刺身,爽口鮮甜,真係好甜,仲有兩款食法。呢個拖羅真係肥到不得了,如果唔係佢有少少筋位直情你咩都咬唔到,因為一入口已經溶晒。油香響你口腔內爆發嗰一下真係講唔到野。海膽同三文魚子呢兩款孖寶又係冇得彈,三文魚子鹹鮮,海膽又甜又鮮。一口熱爆蛋漿脆腐皮,招牌就是招牌。雞翼唔好睇佢細細隻,外皮香脆,肉質嫩滑,醬汁味道仲好香濃獨特。食埋兩個甜品飽晒。 continue reading

五一約咗親戚朋友為小妹妹慶祝生日, 一去到鳥羽感覺良好,因為坐咗好耐車要幫襯一下洗手先,洗手間非常舒適非常大之後坐低叫食物, 本身帶咗支酒去諗住開嚟飲但係佢話開瓶費要四百蚊,實在太貴了, 睇一睇個餐牌感覺價錢都唔平所以好有期望,亦都叫咗好多刺身同壽司沙律 關東煮燒鰻魚等等,但係等候嘅時間非常之長七點到步差唔多等咗 成一個鐘有多先嚟齊曬所有食物, 期間仲要不停追 侍應生仲話因為我哋十幾人搞"彎“咗佢嘅廚房 等咗好耐嘅食物質素非常普通,同佢menu上面嘅圖片爭好遠,食嘅壽司感覺就像食爭鮮……十個人埋單差唔多六千, 我諗冇下次了…亦唔會推薦朋友嚟呢個價錢去邊度都可以食得好好質素嘅食物 continue reading

老闆很熱情,樓上舖的居酒屋小小的,卻充斥著滿滿的日本味!讓我惶恐不已的是他們家的腐皮溫泉蛋,腐皮被炸的鬆脆不說,裏面的溫泉蛋流心四溢,伴著碧綠的青蔥,一口下去,濕潤的蛋液沁入你的齒間,怎能不驚嘆一聲,美妙!還有他們家的名古屋炸雞翼,王牌中的王牌,雞翼的皮被醬汁浸透了甜汁拌著辛辣,上面點點芝麻彷如在跳動,吸引你立馬夾筷,哇噻,怎麼會有這麼好吃的雞翼,大家一定要試! continue reading

🤗來過這裏很多次,今次帶來兩位朋友試試,每次都是坐廂房,今次也不例外,喜歡廂房坐得舒服、傾計也自在。今次招呼我們的侍應以前也招呼過💁🏻‍♀️而且她是鳥羽的清酒師🍶,今晚飲什麼酒,當然就交給清酒師決定,她為我們點了,甜甜的,很易入口☺️先來兩個佐酒小食🐡配酒一流😋今晚的刺身特別新鮮🍣完全無法挑剔👏👏每次都食,每次都讚👍👍在鳥羽第一次食玉子卷,想不到做得這麼出色,雞蛋味淡🐣鰻魚味濃🐟,絕配👍玉子做得很軟滑😋本來手羽先是名古屋名菜,也是鳥羽其中一道招牌菜,但和幾年前相比,現在已經失色很多,完全沒有雞味,連個醬汁也很普通,給了很多次機會,下次不用點了🤷🏻‍♀️雖然脆漿不夠脆,但味道調得很好,也吃到蟹肉😋鳥羽的串燒🍢一向一般,但這個黑豚肉串外皮香脆,肉質雖然不算很鮮嫩,但加上這個味噌醬的少少酸、不太咸,立刻好味非常👍來這裡無論如何都要吃鰻魚飯,整餐飯就完整了🥳鰻魚燒得連魚皮都脆脆的,但魚肉還是很嫩滑,是怎樣做到的?🤔😁布丁是鳥羽自家製的,不是每次都食到。炭燒咖啡雪糕內有小粒啫喱,咖啡味香濃,和外面的很不同,一定要食😋 continue reading
