位於大坑的Tipsy Restaurant & Bar,星期六的中午有三道菜午餐,價錢一百多元起,已經包左前菜、主菜、甜品及飲品,港島大坑區來講算係超值點菜後侍應先會送上餐包及黑醋油,麵包鬆軟帶有煙熏味Tomato Mozzarella Cheese with Aged Balsamic翠綠色的沙律菜好新鮮,車厘茄有紅色同橙色的,好juicy又健康添,面上加左黑醋油所以會有啲酸酸地Mango Shrimp Couscous Salad with Herbs雜錦沙律菜好碧綠,口感爽脆。蝦肉爽口彈牙,配上適量蛋黃醬汁更加滋味!芒果好甜,感覺清新開胃Slow Cook Japanese Pork with Sautéed Potato日本慢煮豬扒頗厚身,入口軟硬適中,豬味相當濃郁,醬汁鹹鹹甜甜,有助提升豬肉的鮮味。香煎薯仔塊好粉甜又香口,夠晒飽肚Pan-fried Halibut with Sautéed Vegetable煎比目魚都幾大塊,魚皮微微香脆且充滿魚油,底下嘅魚肉鮮甜嫩滑,好新鮮,非常出色呢!旁邊配菜仲有香煎薯塊同蘆筍Daily Dessert是日甜品係意式奶凍,外表震騰騰好有動感,面上灑了抹茶粉,帶有陣陣抹茶香,奶凍裡應該都加咗少量茶粉,有奶香甜味同時又有少許茶味,感覺有少少似奶茶泡沫咖啡奶泡輕盈細膩,咖啡味好濃香,高質! continue reading

通常去天后站都係去維園,一離開遠啲已經唔太熟路,然而上網search左呢間西餐廳,好似好正,一於食個豐盛嘅午餐。醋麵包質地鬆軟,配上橄欖油和醋可謂經典組合,西餐必備。前菜Smoked Salmon Mix Green Salad with Lemon Vinegar 三文魚個色好通透,冇平時食開嗰啲咁咸,仲厚身啲,口感更豐富,配上酸酸的檸檬醋沙律,十分開胃。Couscous Salad with Water Melon and Dragon Fruit好少沙律會係配西瓜同火龍果,感覺很清新,更係一個新穎的頭盤。主菜Slow Cook Japanese Pork with Sauteed Potato($158)熟度啱啱好,肉質幾嫩,唔會嚡,仲燒得幾香,配上薯仔片同洋蔥,相當有驚喜。USDA Ribeye 8oz, Mashed Potato, Shallot Sauce($178)同樣都係燒得好香,不過牛扒比較薄身,所以牛扒做唔到五成熟,好彩冇熟得過分,係剛熟透,不會太韌,不得不提薯蓉好滑,不錯的説。甜品奶凍好滑又動L😆,奶味甚濃,配上焦糖同莓乾無得彈。飲品凍奶茶其實店員話奶茶係用茶包沖,所以建議飲熱奶茶,但真係成身汗,所以堅持飲凍,其實味道都唔差,相對地茶味會較濃,整體質感算幼滑。Tipsy Signature Lemonade(另加$28)應該係呢間餐廳嘅主打飲品(除咗酒之外),個人好鍾意飲有汽嘅飲品,呢杯仲飲得出有鮮檸檬元素,不過個人覺得略貴🙊。總括而言,呢餐係高質午餐,食飽會有幸福的感覺。 continue reading

忙足整整五天,終於捱到周末喇,必定要好好珍惜假期,享受生活、釋放壓力。來到洋溢悠閒氣息的大坑,巧遇電視台拍戲,駐足觀看了一會,轉身離開時發現某個寫意角落。紅磚牆、灰泥地、木桌椅,旁邊放著一列綠色植物,構圖很美。原來這是精品酒店門外,樓上設有餐廳,我們就去吃個lunch,消磨時間,讓腦袋放空。中午來到這間名為tipsy的店子,聽落好像有點格格不入,日光白白就喝醉?想深一層,要醉,未必只靠酒精,環境、氣氛、美食、對象,也足以令人陶醉了。今日好天氣,和熙的陽光透過窗子跑進來,在桌面留下足跡,為秋天帶來絲絲暖意,很舒服啊。喜歡微風吹拂臉龐,可選擇在露台用餐,有客人還與寵物同行呢!店子採用半開放式廚房,不時會聽到煮食的聲音,又看到熊熊火光,有趣。午市套餐包括頭盤、主菜和甜品,並配咖啡或茶,價錢由$138至$178,另可加$138無限享用紅酒、白酒或氣泡酒,定位合理。24個月巴馬火腿配蜜瓜(+$20)首先上場,巴馬火腿油花不算爆燈,因而沒有沉重感,鹹鹹香香,與甜美的蜜瓜是最佳拍檔。另一款頭盤古斯米沙律配西瓜和火龍果份量慷慨,幸好蔬果所佔比例較多,故不會未吃主菜已填飽肚子。古斯米由粗麥粉製成,集纖維素、蛋白質、維他命於一身,甚具豐富營養價值,口感則像藜麥;伴以西瓜、火龍果和青瓜,味道偏清、輕怡健康。不用久候,慢煮日本豚肉伴香煎薯仔($158)隨即送上,賣相很對辦喎。豚肉表面烙有火燒坑紋,把鼻子凑近,朕朕炭香飄送,引人口水直流。粉紅色的豚肉幼嫩非常,夾雜肥厚脂肪,油花超盛、甘香豐腴;再配合惹味的燒汁和粉糯的薯仔,味道一流!至於香煎鱸魚配鮮露筍和荷蘭醬($168)相對輕盈,不難奪取女生們的歡心。體型龐大的鱸魚外皮煎得輕脆,肉質一梳梳夠滑溜,火喉掌握得恰到好處,蘸些散發淡淡奶油香的荷蘭醬,令魚肉更添柔潤。露筍翠綠幼嫩,纖細無渣,整道菜式十分健康。美好的時光怎能缺少甜品?芒果撻的骰可愛,放在黑色金邊碟子上,顯得高貴。果撻的撻皮極之脆口,入面填滿幼滑的吉士醬,加上酸甜的芒果,超幸福啊!此時再呷一口濃郁的熱朱古力,滿足的感覺在心底不停湧出。生活,本就應該這樣嘛。 continue reading

呢個星期六去左中央圖書館聽talk,聽完大概點半鐘左右,之後就去join埋朋友過左去大坑個邊食個late lunch朋友帶左我去一間精品酒店一樓既西餐店,入到去既感覺都幾舒適,店員亦殷勤有禮午餐時段提供幾款3course既set lunch,定價都係$120-$180左右朋友要左一份 Fish & chips $168,而我就揀左一份5成熟既Ribeyes$178揀好之後就由店員呈上餐包同頭盤我地兩個都加$20要左份Parma ham做我哋嘅appetizer食完個咸香既頭盤之後,main course都話咁快就黎到ribeyes雖為薄切,但燒得岩岩好,肉色粉嫩無血水,入口軟腍不嚡亦無筋,味道不錯!!伴隨既薯蓉也屬細滑之作,吃罷整份實為飽足而朋友既Fish&Chips賣相討好,伴以既Chips係蕃薯條,味道來得香甜,比起平日常吃既薯條較有特色食完主菜就到我最期待既部份: daily dessert當日既係mango tart ,果肉香甜,撻身脆薄,呢個配搭還有說不的地方??!最後喝上一口清爽冰涼既 lemonade,it's so nice continue reading

We had lunch at Tipsy Restaurant on a wet Sunday, but the warm and welcoming space was comfortable and relaxing. It's in a slightly quiet area, on the leafy streets of Tai Hang village behind the rush of Causeway Bay - it's in a serviced apartment block, although it has a dedicated lift, only shared with another restaurant, separate from the rest of the building. It's quite a classy place, high-ceilinged and sparsely decorated, but it is also obviously family-friendly judging from the number of adorable babies on nearby tables.We ordered from the lunch menu - I started with soup of the day (tomato), and my partner had the cold meat planner, then for main course I had pan-fried halibut, while she had the ribeye steak. The soup, while creamy, also had a pleasant sharpness from real tomato. My fish was a little more strongly-flavoured than I'm used to - I normally have milder fish like salmon and cod - but was well-cooked, with flaky flesh, a smooth sauce, and very nice mash and roasted vegetables. We were given small tarts for dessert. fruity and creamy inside, with a nice crunchy crust, and served with a sweet crumb. I also had a 'Cinderella' mocktail with grapefruit. lime and honey to finish off the meal, with a nice citrus tang to cleanse the palate. continue reading
