約左女孩子黎浪漫一下,坐得好舒服,裝修亦好摩登,有戶外座,整體感覺都好chill呢。*薯條配white bait: 本來以為直譯係白飯魚,但原來叫鯷魚仔,即係平時送酒食既魚乾仔,但呢個係熱辣辣炸出黎,唔油,配埋mayo醬係好香口 一流下酒菜!薯條亦都係自家製的外脆內軟,感覺上食左呢份已經半飽。但只係飲左一杯好難醉。*叫左杯chianti食住等,一如既往順口之選擇。*前:黑松露煙肉薄「脆」:英文叫xxx pizza雖直譯係薄餅,但因為係tortilla底而且烘得像餅乾一樣,我認為叫薄脆較恰當。見圖已想像得到係偏乾身,感覺上除左削左幾片新鮮松露外都唔特別,甚至係你同我都整得到既菜式⋯*後:燒牛肉粒(Angus beef cubes teriyaki with crispy garlic)$158成餐飯最抵食既一樣,牛肉粒好淋、肉味濃,而且有造型!用迷你石爐微火呈上,保持溫度又唔會烤到熟透*signature之海膽意粉:雖然海膽味的確濃郁,但同食一塊塊既海膽刺身果種味覺衝擊完全不同,對我黎講sea urchin pasta都係試過就好了😅意粉偏粗,*全熟透*! 非al dente, 一咬就斷,所以就focus係味道上啦⋯意粉汁幾creamy但偏甜,加上可能想呈現得”廣角”d, 碟面積太大唔太保溫,溫度流失得好快,要盡快食!另外泡沫既存在好似純粹係視覺效果,不太食到有咩味食物方面雖然只試了3/4樣但overall都幾好食,只係性價比唔高(雖然大坑區整體都唔算平,但用同區benchmark都係覺得高)。質素雖有保證 ,但話佢係fine dining feel餐廳又好似未係。如果想食到飲到tipsy 可能真係要筆直預到好鬆了。 continue reading

由於我食牛扒嘅慾望好強,所以好努力咁搵有好食牛扒又抵食嘅餐廳,發現用apps 5:30訂位有50% off ,而openrice嘅評價都唔差就毫不猶豫決定係佢啦~Charcoal Grilled Wagyu M6 Ribeye 原價$388@300g佢本身有兩款牛扒,但係因為想肉質林啲,所以最後揀咗西冷,叫左7成熟。佢係今餐最好食嘅主菜,肉質同牛肉味都好好,遺憾嘅地方係太鹹,同埋份量略嫌細咗少少🙊男仔可能會唔夠Roasted Spanish Suckling Pig 原價$348乳豬果皮係做到脆,而肉質都係林嘅,不過肉汁唔太多,唔夠juicy,而且冇醬汁搭配,我認為係失敗嘅主因,之前係品X食嘅越南燒乳豬仲出色過佢🙈Crispy Bait and fries 原價$118白飯魚薯條係因為openrice 見到有評論介紹過讚不絕口所以想試,點知令人好失望🤦🏻‍♀️首先個薯條係唔脆嘅,個白飯魚仲有苦味(我唔知係咪正常😂),仲知就好後悔叫左e個side dishes ,叫scallop 可能會更好總結:如果冇apps嘅半價優惠我會覺得好唔抵食,但係就算有都未必會再光顧🙈評分(滿分為5⭐️):環境:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️服務:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️食物:⭐️⭐️價錢:⭐️ continue reading
