Finally tried out Tin Fung, which is famous for their 𝒉𝒖𝒈𝒆 pork chop rice and swiss sauce chicken wings! This is a great budget option too if you’re looking for a filling lunch in Central! 🐷 Pic 1️⃣: 瑞士汁雞翼蛋炒公仔麵 / 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗡𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝗴𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗲 - $68 hkd 🍳 🍗 — Super satisfying plate and portion sizes here are very generous for sure! The noodles soaked up all the flavours of the swiss sauce nicely and were well seasoned. The sauce is definitely more on the sweeter end though and I would’ve preferred this to be slightly more savoury. The wings were super tasty and flavourful, and the meat was tender too. Noodles could’ve done with a few more seconds as they were a little harder than preferred. This was perfectly deep fried, giving it that crunchy, indulgent shell that encapsulates this creamy, pillowy soft interior that is smothered in an aromatic peanut butter. It’s then finished with a drizzle of condensed milk to create the perfect french toast. 嘩,今日行過中環,無意中發現一間令人驚喜嘅港式冰室!店裏面一共點咗三樣嘢:豉油王厚切豬扒雞球飯、瑞士汁雞翼餐肉炒公仔麵同埋煉奶西多士。首先講嗰碟豉油王厚切豬扒雞球飯啦,嗰塊豬扒厚實得嚟唔乾身,啖啖肉嚟😋呀!雞球都唔係騙你,真係彈牙彈牙嘅,佢哋嘅自家豉油汁係我未試過嘅新拍檔,層次感十足,嗜鹹嘅食客都啱口味!再嚟聊吓嗰碟瑞士汁雞翼同餐肉炒公仔麵,瑞士汁做嘅剛剛好,唔會太稠,正正好好包住啲雞翼,肉質軟熟滑口,雞皮又唔會好肥😌。至於餐肉?聽我講,真係超值!又厚又多汁,咀嚼嘅時候仲有少少脆皮嘅口感。公仔麵就真係好惹味,得個咸香,一啲都唔膩。飲完茶晌度歎吓,最後甜品時間就嚟咗啦!煉奶西多士,厚嘅麵包炸到外脆內軟,然後上面嗰層花生醬夾心,夠哂心思!煉奶就更唔洗講,滑過塊面,係真材實料😍!整體嚟講,我哋今日嘅食經觀點正!好抵食、好滿足,尤其係你鍾意嗰啲傳統冰室菜式,今次真係搜啦!下次還要再黎,中環嘅朋友記得check下啊!🤗🙌🏼👅 continue reading

同啲內地同事去完長洲玩,送佢哋搭高鐵返內地之前。老細又唔想過海,咁就近近地醒起呢一間餐廳快快地食個early dinner。因為夜啲可能約朋友食飯,都諗住食得輕啲就無叫豬扒,同埋多數去啲新嘅快餐店都會食沙嗲牛肉。咁又好耐冇食過午餐肉,咁就嗌咗個類似常餐。上餐嘅時候,發現塊多士係厚底,早知佢係厚多士嘅話,一定烘底。如果佢再加埋少少蒜蓉喺面嘅話就正到不得了。不過依家咁樣齋包夾午餐肉食都好開心。但係個沙嗲牛肉就平凡咗少少,食完冇乜印象。配齋啡走甜都唔錯,冇苦澀味夠我充電。個煎蛋窿邊都好正,不過始終都係隔籬飯香,見到老細個西多士都好想試,不過都係嗰句夜晚可能食飯所以就留返下次啦,下次要試埋佢豬扒,可能要食豬扒先可以見到佢嘅真章。另外服務員都好好,差唔多收都俾我哋入,做埋個last order! continue reading
