我很喜歡吃煲仔飯,每到秋冬天的時候,我便會來到這這間餐廳吃煲仔飯,這裡的煲仔飯選擇非常之多,除了一般的選擇之外,也有一些外面餐廳少見的菜式,例如我至愛的魚腸焗蛋煲仔飯,這裡做得非常之好,魚腸味道香濃,蛋味濃郁,飯焦惹味香脆,再配以潤腸或者臘腸來吃,味道非常之好。這道煲仔飯是我在外面其他餐廳沒有見過的,也是我每次來這𥚃必選的煲仔飯菜式,另外這裏的麵食也是很不錯,所以每到九龍城的時候,我必定會光顧添樂園這餐廳,絕對是一件窩心的事情。 continue reading

臨近端午,在網上找到一些舊報導說這家茶餐廳的裹蒸粽很出名,發哥都是常客。特意到九龍城購買。傍晚時段店內沒有客人,只有店員忙著包粽。2020年粽子價格如下:買了大裹蒸稯和央豆稯(鴛鴦豆的意思)。今晚滿懷期待煮了兩隻稯,卻非常失望。央豆稯幾乎沒有調味,只有紅綠豆、糯米、鹹蛋和瘦肉的原味。把裹蒸稯切開,沒看到燒鴨和冬菇。我給了大裹蒸稯的錢,店員給我小裹蒸粽。白白多付了$33元。裹蒸稯和央豆稯相比,有一點點鹹味,和食材的原味,非常普通。也許報導中的老師傅已經退休,傳說中的好味道已失傳。 continue reading

今日朋友話要落九龍城食煲仔飯,佢上網揀咗呢間添樂園,我就少笑佢啦,呢間由細食到大呀,好味架。個煲仔飯係即叫即整嘅,都唔係等咗好耐 我叫咗個白鱔煲仔飯好肥味又,冇咩魚骨。個飯則超好味,有水份仲有少少飯焦恰到好處 。朋友就貪心啲叫咗個窩蛋牛肉豬肉飯望落去唔錯喎,個牛肉唔錯喎好好味。雖然望落去個煲仔細細煲,但多飯足料,堅飽囉,唔洗叫其他嘢食。食左$15幾唔算貴真心好食過廟街,×季保仔飯多多聲。下次都會再來食。 continue reading

今日突然之間好想食菠蘿油行過見到依間有菠蘿油餐既茶餐廳心諗:佢菠蘿油特登整個set出黎,一定唔太差嘅所以見佢舊舊地都入左去點知就中左伏😑😑佢個包係正常size但!佢啲菠蘿呢?!🤥菠蘿包上面嘅脆皮只佔麵包嘅三分一都唔知有冇你地睇下左右兩邊都係齋麵包再黎睇下啲油我影完包皮🙊就即刻打開個包影牛油由於好薄嘅關係融得好快如上圖牛油size都好細塊亦如上圖😑😑😑😑食完成個包我都唔知自己食左菠蘿油一個餐包杯熱飲盛為24元我去麵包舖買個平佢一半嘅菠蘿油都一定會好味過佢 continue reading

懷住沉重既心情🖤再一次黎到九龍城, 望到「添樂園」三隻字既招牌, 不加思索下就入左去 同普遍茶記一樣, 牆身上寫滿唔同餐牌, 阿姐SELL我食煲仔飯。外面30幾度既高溫, 令我對煲仔飯既抗拒由心推到面上, 七情上晒面下😞阿姐問咗句「做乜扁晒嘴呀, 醜樣呀」, 頓時好似番番去幾歲既時光, 被大人照顧同關懷🥰但想嗌個炒飯吔吓, 點知阿姐告知呢家已經無炒粉麵飯, 係阿姐關懷下, 咁唯有屈服食個鹹魚肉片煲仔飯😚 飲住杯凍啡☕等左10分鐘左右, 火熱既沙煲係膠碟承托下上枱, 仲有甜豉油跟住一齊黎。其實標準流程都係搵張紙巾融熱打開蓋, 然後將甜豉油平均倒係飯面, 等佢地流入飯粒飯粒中間, 再快手蓋番起, 唔好心急🙂要等佢整整既兩分鐘, 等煲身既熱力將豉油蒸發對流將醬油導入飯身↪️ 時間到打開蓋後, 飯開溢出🌫️記住煲仔飯主角係飯, 先將啲餸搬去個碗仔度, 好好享受豉油飯先🍚仲要用隻鐵匙羹去掘啲飯焦出黎 🌚(記住係焗得夠時間先有飯焦架), 添樂園有用泰國長身米去做飯底🍙豉油既滲入非常圓滿😋 唯一要挑剔係佢無用梅香鹹魚🐟將實肉鹹魚既肉一絲絲掘開混埋飯一齊食, 亦都係無限輪迴既奏🔃最後仲要讚一讚讚個豬肉片係非常咁滑嫩🥩連豉油都無停留係表面 臨尾收碟, 阿姐仲讚咗句「好叻仔喎, 真係食晒喎」, 暖意由胃湧上心頭♥️埋單既80幾蚊, 包含左飽意同暖意🌈記住, 食飽, 先可以再有動力去做事💪 continue reading
