To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早上搭高鐵前打算先吃點東西醫肚,於是就來到站內的點心店「飲啖茶,食個包」。來到添好運,當然必叫這裡出名的酥皮叉燒包,每個都是熱辣辣新鮮出爐。叉燒包外層酥皮香脆,裡面是滿滿的叉燒餡,味道甜甜地易入口。另外還叫了一些點心, 有蘿蔔糕、腸粉和 糯米雞等,糯米雞份量足料,味道一般,不過不失。腸粉滑溜而且皮薄餡靚,味道不錯。盅飯我們選了牛肉蛋飯,牛肉嫩滑,加上流心蛋黃一起吃味道很夾。點心價錢不算貴,質素也有保證,不過眾多款點心當中,都是酥皮叉燒包比較值得推薦。 continue reading

雖然門口很多人等位,但等了不久,便能入座了!鮑汁鳳爪: 鳳爪煮得剛好,不冧,不散。芋茸流沙包: 可能因即蒸的關係,所以ㄧ囗咬下去,芋茸流出,芋茸的味道剛好,有芋味,又不太甜,推介!陳皮牛肉球: 不過不失.黄沙豬潤腸粉: 這ㄧ款點心,不是在很多點心店會常見的,所以趁機點吃!略嫌黄沙豬潤太少,吃不出黃沙豬潤與腸粉配搭出來的味道!由於每碟點心也是即叫即蒸,所以要等15-20分鐘,不過,這樣就能吃到熱騰騰的點心了! continue reading

我之前到過添好運一兩次,可能是那店鋪的關係,店舖比較舊,坐得迫一點,地方也不算太潔淨……令到我對食物的印像,也大打折扣。今天我和Honey到西九龍站領取高鐵車票,然後找點吃的,就來到添好運。這裏的座位擺放疏落,而且開揚,坐得舒服。我們叫了四款點心。豬膶腸粉:腸粉非常滑,薄而通透。而且豬潤剛剛熟,不會過熟「粉口」,有豬潤的甘香。Honey非常喜歡!招牌雪山菠蘿包:上面一層雪山,非常香脆。包身鬆軟,漲卜卜。包裏的叉燒,也片片瘦肉,不肥膩。也不會一大堆醬料,乾爽好味。蝦餃:這裡的蝦餃,比起美Y酒樓,還做得精致。澄麵皮的麵皮很「煙韌」。蝦肉大粒且非常爽口。而且,有肥豬肉粒的甘香和竹筍的清爽。最後,是山竹牛肉:這個就一般……腐竹有少少「油益味」。整體而言,吃得滿足,只是$113,不錯不錯!我會再來的! continue reading

因為對添好運既雪山叉燒包情有獨鍾,所以耐唔耐都會幫襯下。個雪山叉燒包係添好運既超級招牌菜!其實其他點心同一般茶樓差唔多,而且價錢又唔係特別平,唔係為左個包,我都唔會黎!個包既外皮非常鬆化!甜甜鹹鹹咁!入面係叉燒饀,熱辣辣食個陣簡直係停唔到!一碟有三個,好想自私食,食哂佢!其他點心above average ,又唔算好好食,餐廳提供既選擇亦唔算多。最大既敗北之處就係每次等位都要等好耐,反而上菜速度就好快,所以都有d趕客既服務感覺,因為每個點心一食完,店員都即刻幫你收走。/ continue reading
