To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時黎飲茶都會嚟呢間舖頭感覺有保證👍🏻今日咁啱經過尖沙咀特別推薦呢間分店😻可能係做遊客生意為主座位比起一般嘅闊落🫶🏻 而且梳化位可以望返西九龍站好開揚😀 食物質素同其他分店差唔多水準合格🤣雖然茶錢收貴咗但係以環境黎講都覺得合理嘅⭐️ 酥皮焗叉燒包 🍖每次必點嘅招牌🥹 酥皮帶菠蘿包感覺嘅微甜🍍配上鬆軟感既叉燒包維持到水準⭐️ 古法糯米雞 🍗份量好大而且都算足料🤩不算太肥勝在夠飽肚❤️值得一讚係臘腸帶一點酒香有Surprise到🍸⭐️ 蜜味叉燒腸 🥩腸粉感覺夠滑溜🤍叉燒唔算肥但整體感覺有啲乾🐷⭐️ 鮮蝦燒賣王 🦐入口尚算爽口彈牙有鮮味🧡 算係有誠意⭐️ 脆皮斑蘭鮮奶 🌿記得比起其他店食嘅有進步💚斑蘭嘅香氣同鮮奶好配合🍼缺點就係炸得唔新鮮有油膩感 continue reading

【油尖旺區】【添好運點心專門店】識咗脆兒姐好多年,但係一直都冇機會單獨食飯。今次我哋因為一齊喺高鐵站做完嘢,適逢大家都預鬆咗時間畀下一個 schedule,所以可以偷少少時間食個飯。我哋揀咗食添好運,間嘢都幾難去,喺高鐵站望就望到,但係出入口得手信舖後面條扶手電梯。我哋搵咗一輪先去到,坐低就要 $16 茶位,係兩位嘅價錢,唔貴。先食咗 $32 嘅「蠔皇鮮竹卷」同 $40 嘅「黑椒醬汁蒸金錢肚」,兩者質素都相當平庸,鮮竹卷幾夠熱,金錢肚就比較腍身。之後到 $35 嘅「蜜味叉燒腸」,冇乜米香,唔算滑溜,都係麻麻哋。我食多少少先夠飽之下,叫埋 $28 嘅「家鄉鹹水角」,唯一嘅優點又係夠熱。脆兒姐用多 $15 叫咗罐「無糖可口可樂」嚟隊,埋單 $166。呢個價錢兩個人喺高鐵站食又確實唔貴,不過遊客應該對呢個品牌嘅港式點心期望甚高,呢個質素又真係代表唔到香港。。。(地址:尖沙咀柯士甸道西3號香港西九龍站B1M夾層WEK B1M-1號舖) continue reading

路經西九龍高鐵站,想飲茶食個午餐,選了在B1M1樓添好運。很久以前食過外賣,味道和價錢還可以。今日坐下來飲茶,很多內地遊客,裝修和茶餐廳一般,叫了酥皮焗叉燒包$35,鮮蝦餃$44,叉燒腸,鳳爪排骨飯。焗叉燒包味道還可以,但不夠熱。叉燒腸,又是不夠熱,粉皮頗厚,味道一般。鮮蝦餃說還是即蒸的,不熱而且這個價錢,和酒店的蒸點都差不多,簡直是暴利。最差勁,最差勁,最差勁,重要嘅講三次,鳳爪排骨飯,排骨細到像指甲一般大,冇乜肉,肥膏就有些。飯餸都非常少,這不只是暴利,簡直是搶錢。以這個價錢,裝修服務都差勁,食品質素完全是失望。 continue reading

水唔滾,無茶味,食物都是統一工場,無特別,分別就係價錢,唔建議來此間分店,伏一次就夠了。除左有別於有小菜,點心同其他分店味道一樣,地方寬敞一些,坐得舒服一點,無乜值得一讚。 continue reading
