To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日周末路過見到好多人排隊,先醒起附近有一間米芝蓮點心店,既然好耐冇食,咁今日就即興去排一排去食。可能係米芝蓮推介嘅關係,深水埗呢一間分店街頭就已經聚集左中外人士喺度排隊。我哋攞咗籌之後,大概一個鐘頭多啲再返轉頭就剛剛過咗一兩張檯,在佢都俾返我哋。好快就有返位啦。我喺疫情時後來過之前較為殘舊既裝修,對比而家我今日嚟到見到佢應該係之後再翻新,店內裝修已經好光猛潔淨,不過略嫌座位與座位之間比較狹窄,行出行入都需要則側身。今日我哋點左以下點心:陳皮牛肉球(一般傳統牛肉球味,但唔會蒸到太淋、黃沙豬膶腸(尚可,皮薄)百花釀油條配香蜜蟹膏(賣相好,剛炸完出嚟,熱辣辣夠脆,帶甜甜地啲汁又脆,好好食😋)、豉汁蒸鳳爪(一般)、鮑汁油皮燒賣(👎🏽,真係可以唔食)。最後好在呢樣點心幫到攞分😼,就係晶瑩鮮蝦餃🤞🏼。蝦餃size 正常,但真係幾晶瑩因為啲皮都幾薄😗 ,啲蝦都幾大粒,沒有太多其他豬肉在內🤓。今次點心雖然唔係完全部都係好好食,但係亦咁嘅價錢都有兩三樣都有正常水準或以上,咁我都覺得呢間食店都值得再去食嘅。🙌🏼🙌🏼 continue reading

現在本地開了很多家點心店,不過還是老字號吸引。這家點心店的食物簡直是美味到爆!他們的叉燒包、蝦餃等點心鮮美可口,份量十足。價格實惠,環境簡單但整潔,絕對是一個平民美食的好去處。真係遊客之選,因為深水埗斴近都是市中心的景點。 continue reading

今日去深水埗,順道嚟添好運食點心醫肚。食添好運要排隊已是常識吧!星期日11點幾嚟,大概等半個鐘入坐。有一排無嚟,餐廳似裝修過,感覺比以前企理同冇坐得咁迫,點心款式依舊貴精不貴多。⭐️酥皮焗叉燒飽熱辣辣脹卜卜,外皮鬆脆,內𥚃軟綿多汁,用上瘦叉易𡁻冇肥油。每次嚟都會叫,今次依舊做得非常出色好味,$30蚊3個絕對超值😋😋😋😋⭐️ 晶瑩鮮蝦餃大大粒蝦肉爽口彈牙,餃皮未算晶瑩通透但口感 OK,味道與其他高級酒樓比屬中上⭐️潮洲蒸粉果餡料跟足潮洲傳統口味,豬肉、粉葛同花生比例適中,如皮再薄啲同減啲咸會更好食⭐️陳皮牛肉球粉量大,牛肉淋同冇筋,有淡淡陳皮味,好味⭐️香滑馬拉糕蒸得乾爽蓬鬆,入口軟綿唔會太甜⭐️豉汁蒸鳳爪一籠5隻但略嫌醃得未夠入味雖貴為米芝蓮長龍餐廳,但冇巧立明目亂收費,兩個人叫6樣嘢,免收加一人均唔駛$100,價錢大眾化值得支持👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading

白肺湯偏淡但肯定無味精。點心感覺不夠熱,蒸籠火候問題。腸粉不差但吃不出特別好。酥皮叉燒包餡料帶甜令人喜歡吃。看傍邊臺的點了豉油王炒麵和蟹黃油條,心裡慶幸好在沒點。點心價錢親民30元左右,但如要排隊半小時等吃就不值得。 continue reading

绝对是性价比天花板了,所有菜品都非常好吃,没有踩雷的,但是排队真的很长,打电话是没有办法订位的,建议先到地方取号,然后去周围逛逛,差不多时间再回来,工作日下午三四点钟的时候会比较空一点,我是四点多吃上的,差不多排了一个多小时。 continue reading
