一直都沒有幫襯,直至在機鐵站經過看見剛好不用排隊(但我們坐了五分鐘之後,便一直見有人排隊,到我們結帳埋單仍是人頭湧湧)雖說是米之蓮一星,但價錢親民,點了很多點心。叉燒包是這裏的招牌,一試便知無與倫比。包是鬆軟的,叉燒餡是柔軟多汁。吃後齒頰留香。豬潤腸粉亦是上佳的作品,腸粉皮薄帶煙靭, 配上甜豉油是美妙的配搭。燒賣反而覺得是中規中矩,可能之前的太好,所以不覺得有什麼驚喜, 但不失為好的點心。鳯爪亦是。煎蛋牛肉飯就覺得十分精彩,加上甜豉油一齊食,鬆軟的牛肉配上煙靭的飯粒根本就是大家的集體回憶。這個是絕對是香港獨有的味道,在別的地方是嚐不到。就算是出了名的名店,但堅持親民的價錢,加上絕對地道的味道,絕對值得推介和欣賞。

大家的集體回憶。這個是絕對是香港獨有的味道,在別的地方是嚐不到。


就算是出了名的名店,但堅持親民的價錢,加上絕對地道的味道,絕對值得推介和欣賞。

頂著米芝蓮一星的光環,不容錯過的點心店。其實在香港也有幾家分店,這家在商場裡,雖然叫做IFC店,但實際上並不在IFC主樓裡,相當難找。直正的位置在中環港鐵香港站L1樓,找不到建議問問路。今天帶國內朋友去的時候,排隊大概有三十多個人,排了一小時,因為太受歡迎所以人多,桌子都很小比較迫,不過旁邊的朋友卻吃得很開心,說很有港味。酥皮叉燒包真的名副其實,甜鹹的叉燒餡搭配口感非常好。排骨和之前在深水埗吃過的一樣好吃蝦餃餡料多,蝦仁彈牙 鳳爪 鮮蝦燒賣也是不錯添好運算米芝蓮一星餐廳中最平價,三個人吃了一百多不到兩百塊,也吃飽了。

Since its lazy afternoon my husband and I went to Ifc to check where we can have some late afternoon snacks. We saw Tim Ho wan and the line is not that long so we decided to eat some dimsum. We ordered hagao, steam spareribs, fried bean curd with shrimp, fried bbq pork bun, siomai and beef noodles. I can say even many people are eating here the food is mediocre. Siomai is really not good and steam spareribs, I highly don’t recommend to eat this its very bland taste. Hagao is just okay and the beef noodles. The food I can spare it but the one that is really poor is the service. I understand they are maximizing the seat but not to the extent giving a table that is only good for 4 people but forcing to fit 6 poeple to sit, this is what they did to the table next to us so after the long wait to seat the guest next to us didn’t take the table and I noticed they have 6 tables that are not occupied but they dont want to use it so whats the point? I dont get it. Another two group consists of 3 people forcing to take the table that is only suitable for 2 people and again they loss the customer. Giving service like this is very unacceptable. I don’t recommend this restaurant especially if you are big groups or family with kids. There are so many good restaurant in IFC where you can eat with good food and excellent service.

有一段時間沒吃過添好運,星期六晚上經過香港站店竟然沒有人龍,決定入內晚膳。酥皮焗叉燒包每次都必食這個,熱辣辣酥脆外皮加上鬆軟餐包,叉燒餡料豐富,好好味。晶瑩蝦餃賣相靚仔,粉粉嫩嫩的,皮薄,鮮蝦餡爽口彈牙。黃沙豬潤腸酒樓少有這款腸粉,所以這也是我的添好運必食之一。黃沙豬潤好爽,唔腥,我貪心地覺得如果豬潤分量再多些會更好。鮮蝦腐皮卷腐皮卷的外型跟一般酒樓的有點不一樣,這裏的有點像海鮮卷的感覺。外層腐皮炸得酥脆,餡料是滿滿的鮮蝦粒,蝦肉非常爽口,配上芫茜作調味,味道很香口。煎釀尖椒有時候吃到尖椒很辣,但今次的尖椒剛好,有青辣椒的香味和甜味。鯪魚肉煎得金黃,魚肉新鮮彈牙,一點都不腥。加入甜豉油一起吃,香口惹味。

The new shops are not the same as the old one anymore. The famous shrimp dumpling doesn’t give the same quality as they have changed the ingredients. The shrimp is not firm and using lower quality one. The skin of the dumpling doesn’t give the same chewy texture. The experience eating the shrimp should give you a good contrast of chewy dumpling skin, biting into it gives you a firm, fresh shrimp taste from sea. All gone. There are many more dim sum restaurant in Hong Kong taste better than this

All gone. There are many more dim sum restaurant in Hong Kong taste better than this one. However, of course if you are around and no queues. Not a bad idea for cheap food.

添好運一直標榜係即叫即蒸; 以前既味道, 老實講真係食得出佢係鮮蒸👍 憑住高轉枱率, 做到鮮蒸又唔怕煮出黎無人要💱但呢家, 我諗係咪為咗進一步推個轉枱率, 變成咗「即叫翻蒸」, 香港人飲咗咁多年茶, 其實翻蒸定即蒸係分得出👅; 我自己觀察現場好少本地人, 都係遊客多, 係咪又一間名店淪落變質做遊客生意? 🙄🙄

又係一篇因為服務太差另外忍不住要寫食評嘅餐廳🙂10點幾去到 人都唔算好多,有好多空枱 但都安排我坐一張只得一個位嘅四人枱坐。坐低後冇晒點單紙,叫個姐姐拎張比我 重複講左三次 個姐姐都聽唔明。原來係大陸人,仲要我用普通話同佢講🙄隔離枱個香港人睇唔過眼 比咗一張俾我,寫完落單 已經叫另外一位姐姐,點知都係大陸人 完全唔識講廣東話 亦都一句聽唔明。我用廣東話同佢講野對答 仲要西我面,幾個大陸姐姐都黑口黑面,旁邊枱的韓國人用英文簡單單詞同姐姐講野,仲要俾個大陸姐姐用普通話粗口問候,蝦佢哋唔識聽。餐飯食到一肚火🤬幾時喺香港食餐飯都要用普通話對答才得,用廣東話反而係罪?

叫兩碟野等成25分鐘,我趕時間,一碟還未來,同埋佢地冷氣漕滴水,滴到碗筷丶同埋我個頭,十分不衛生!我要求取消單,佢地又要我要打包外賣,佢話廿幾分鐘係正常時間。最後雖然可以取消單,佢地從來冇對個客講過一句唔好意思,只係同個點心師傅講sorry!以後唔去!

雖說是食評 但其實最後是沒有進去吃飯了原因如下:因為近公司 平日lunchtime都不時來吃這次假日8點幾去到 餐廳滿座 唯有等等啦突然旁邊等外賣的韓國遊客尖叫好像看到食物裡有什麼似的 不斷用韓語說”好過份好驚訝”之類...之後就聽到店員跟收銀姐姐的對話收銀姐姐: 是什麼啊 蟑螂嗎?店員: (笑笑口點頭)中國遊客: 哎呀 有蟑螂的飯能給客人嗎收銀姐姐同店員還在笑 好像覺得韓國遊客反應太誇張看到因為食物質素同店員態度太差我就走了.......之後都不敢來了

收銀姐姐同店員還在笑 好像覺得韓國遊客反應太誇張
看到因為食物質素同店員態度太差
我就走了.......之後都不敢來了
