呢個牛河我地一上枱都嘩左聲🤯因為佢居然係被牛肉包圍住🥩原本我地都諗住和牛少少,但個河粉就多多咁。但估唔到牛肉份量可以有咁多😳河粉夠彈,鋪滿芝麻好香口,而且炒得唔油膩,但略嫌有少少唔夠鑊氣。
不過咁,牛肉嘅話就真係冇得彈👍肉味好濃,唔鞋唔韌,整體嚟講係碟好唔錯嘅牛河。

雙色流沙煎堆仔($42)
甜品點左煎堆仔,兩種味分別係朱古力同埋奶黃。兩款味都做到流心效果,而且煎堆亦做到酥得嚟又軟糯嘅口感。個人而言,朱古力口味比奶黃更勝一籌。

龍井茶($28/位)
選用英記茶莊嘅茶葉,味道淡淡嘅茶清香,唔苦澀。

黑色的外皮裡面包裹著滿滿的蘿蔔絲,有口感又好吃。不過現在看名字才發現有鹹蛋黃,好像是灑在酥餅上的,但記憶中完全沒有吃到。


豬潤燒賣 $42/2件 (沒有拍照)
沒什麼造型,但是豬潤非常好吃,厚身又軟嫩。至於燒賣沒什麼特別,其實豬潤跟燒賣一起或分開吃都可以。

總結:有些點心價錢偏貴,但造型真的超IGable!不過味道也只是正常,所以來打卡一次就可以了!

So we ordered.
It's not what we expected. Despite the delicate appearance, it's just normal barbequed pork with flaky pastry.

Overall speaking, the service is really nice, the manager is welcoming and attentive to customers' needs, we appreciate that.

However the food is more or less the same as traditional ones in terms of taste. It's all about fancy appearance, if you enjoyed taking photos with food, it's a great experience. However if you look for creativity in taste, you might be disappointed.

個湯真係成個飯既精華,用左好多櫻花蝦同蝦仁碎,成個湯都好香蝦味。個泡飯吸收曬成個湯既精華,真係好好味。

💕好欣賞佢地所有野都係熱辣辣上枱,熱度對於中菜來講真係好重要🤣🤣而靚靚既擺盤亦都好加分👍🏻

另外要讚讚餐廳所有職員都好helpful👍🏻特別要讚下Kenji,就算佢地好忙都好,都樂意向每枱客人介紹菜式同埋特點🥰味道、賣相、服務、環境都咁好,所以平日7點左右已經全場爆滿🙈
