To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 很多時都會和家人到這裏食飯, 職員非常之勤力又有禮貌, 每次去到都見到啲職員好勤力收碗碟, 點食上菜也很快, 叫的粉麵飯非常之大碟和大窩, 而且味道不會太鹹啱啱好. 食齋就是喜歡知道自己食緊乜, 不喜歡哪種包裝為偽肉的齋, 都唔知食咗乜嘢落肚. 整到幾靚都冇用.

三德素食媽媽和我二人到位於北角三德素食。我們點了冬瓜酿豆腐泡，三色水晶飽，薄撐，炸饅頭。冬瓜酿豆腐泡是我們的必點之一，清淡的湯汁中夾雜著豆腐和冬瓜，入口容易，讓人吃了感覺清爽又滿足。三色水晶飽是另一道我們喜愛的點心，蓮蓉，奶黃，豆沙，外皮包裹著餡料，每一口都帶來不同的口感和味道。薄撐感觉食落口有啲香草，同埋有啲素嘅虾仁切碎，有少少红萝卜丝碎。最後，炸饅頭是我們的甜品選擇，外酥內軟，香甜可口。

今晚和友人想吃素食，選了這間口碑不錯的素食館，很快便安排窗口位坐下😁，可選套餐或散叫，我們便散叫兩款小菜😋💥姬松茸酱毛豆豆腐猴皇菇煲 👉👉姬松茸和猴皇菇經過油泡，故有口感，豆腐軟滑，加上欖菜添口味，毛豆有咬口✌️💥松子香芒露筍鮮冬菇素鮑角👉👉香芒鮮甜，素鮑角彈牙，出奇地好吃，其他配料都很新鮮，色澤吸引，令人食欲倍增😄

The food is always exceptional. Very delicious vegetarian food. Local themed. Local buddhas, vegetarian lovers all come here for lunch and dinners.Love the food, the service is good.Happy to live around here and have this restaurant around. My favorite dishes: steam buns / friend buns with condense milk.Everything with Eggplants there.Taro and pumpkin with coconut soup.

今日坐巴士經過三德素食，農曆新年食太多，太滯，突然間好想食素，好在兩仔爺肯陪我 上到去好快就有位，雖然唔係話好多人等位，但係都keep住有人走，有人上黎。我哋唔想諗，揀咗個二人餐，有一湯加兩餸我哋叫咗紅燒素翅可能尋晚食咗一X麵嘅素翅，得個死咸，所以覺得呢個清清地幾好紅燒海蔘豆腐正常發揮錦鹵雲吞，呢個個汁酸甜適中，好味唔錯，會回頭
