同朋友行開銅鑼灣想食甜品見到OpenRice 有呢間分子甜品覺得幾特別就去試下,果然有驚喜雖然舖頭唔大,但好乾淨店主好貼心,有掛鈎俾客人唔洗驚食野個陣又要顧住啲手袋Three Dice 選擇都幾多,但今次揀水信玄餅有3種味,我就揀左玫瑰果園淨係望到都覺得好靚水信玄餅配分子凍乾紅桑子粒仲有玫瑰草莓糖醬建議3樣野一齊食,味道仲好桑子粒酸酸地,糖醬唔會太甜仲好香玫瑰味有時好怕太重玫瑰味,但Three Dice 味道岩岩好食落感覺真係好清新已經約定朋友下次要再黎試埋個set 有師傅即場表演添!! 期待

今日行過銅鑼灣搵野食,一見到呢間立食份子料理店就比佢吸引左,餐牌上面有我一直想試好耐既水信玄餅,而且成日聽人講份子料理但一直都未有機會試到,諗都唔諗就即刻入去試啦!一入到去見到間餐廳細細間,有六個企位。裝潢都係簡潔為主,加埋餐廳既主打係份子料理,好有入左lab既感覺,都幾得意。佢既餐牌有三款水信玄餅揀,分別係原味,薄荷朱古力同玫瑰果園。我同朋友就揀左原味同薄荷朱古力。落完單就可以睇住店員整野食,水信玄餅係一早整好左既,店員會因應客人所選擇既口味加上伴碟。水信玄餅既賣相真係好靚!水信玄餅本身係無味道,但係凍冰冰,質地爽口,入口清涼,啱晒係呢啲咁熱既天氣食呀。原味既水信玄餅係最傳統既日本食法,配上黑糖糖漿同黃豆粉食,味道好夾。另一個薄荷朱古力味水信玄餅係配上朱古力醬同薄荷魚子醬。朱古力醬既味道啱啱好,唔會太甜,而一粒粒既薄荷魚子醬一入口已經即刻散發住淡淡既薄荷味,令到本身已經凍冰冰既水信玄餅更加冰涼,味道好醒神。下次再行過銅鑼灣一定要黎試埋佢既玫瑰果園水信玄餅先得!

配搭的糖醬有草莓酸酸甜甜的味道,好清新。分子凍乾的紅桑子粒好脆,是freeze dry才能做到的效果。這步驟能在不改變紅桑子的分子結構下把水分子抽走,紅桑子分子間的空間多了,就成就了非常脆的口感。因為自身結構沒改變,味道就同樣濃郁。並不是普通脫水會導致縮水的樣子啊。

銅鑼灣係港島區的美食天堂,中西意日韓咩都有得食。最近發現禮頓道愈來愈多小店,包括台灣菜,burger等等,是日行過見到呢間小店,駐足發現原來係食甜品,而個甜品係我從來無見過/食過的。即刻上網搵資料,原來呢個透明的水晶球叫水信玄餅,係日本黎嘅甜品。店面係咁嘅:外賣menu水信玄餅,每日限量20個有廚師表演section:外賣counter:水信玄餅真身,我揀左原味,即係黃豆粉同黑糖。由於係外賣,所以啲黃豆粉同黑糖有少少混埋左一齊。個餅質地有少少似啫喱,個餅本身無咩味,食落好香黑糖味,但又唔會太甜,恰到好處。就算食哂成個都唔會太漏同飽。第一次食水信玄餅,好有新鮮感。是日去咁啱有廚師表演,而店內位不多,所以就外賣,希望下次再去會有機會堂食。

Stopped by for some Raindrop cake because the ones here have a modern twist paired with Western ingredients such as Mint and chocolate and raspberry and rose syrup.As well as modern raindrop cakes, they have the traditional one too with brown sugar and bean powder,I was lucky that day because they ran out of the mint molecular balls so they made a fresh batch infront of me.The raindrop cake was so much bigger than other ones I have tried.It was nice with chocolate syrup and mint, something that

The raindrop cake was so much bigger than other ones I have tried.
It was nice with chocolate syrup and mint, something that you won't be able to try elsewhere.

The pairing of chocolate and raspberry would also be good.

前一輪上網睇到 水信玄餅,真係有一種說不出的美,一直都好想去食。今次响食完晚飯之後,就去咗呢間位於銅鑼灣近同天后中間的甜品店食番一次。一入到去,空間感唔算大,裝修都很簡約。職員好熱心的招待,拿出了餐單介紹了三款不同口味的 水信玄餅。我很快的就選了玫瑰果園口味,職員便立即在我面前悉心製作。他小心地在一個全透明的 水信玄餅 兩邊分別放上 一粒粒的紅桑子 和 自家調配的玫瑰草苺糖醬,最後在餅上放上玫瑰花瓣。其實中間嗰舊 水信玄餅 本身是沒有味道的,食落口感好似啫喱咁。而玫瑰草苺糖醬是甜甜地,但我覺得最大的重點一定係 紅桑子粒,味道酸酸地好醒胃,而且粒粒係好乾身,食落好有咬口。然而將這幾個不同質地和味道夾在一起,有軟、有硬、有甜、有酸,配合起來令到整個甜品很豐富。

他小心地在一個全透明的 水信玄餅 兩邊分別放上 一粒粒的紅桑子 和 自家調配的玫瑰草苺糖醬,最後在餅上放上玫瑰花瓣。

其實中間嗰舊 水信玄餅 本身是沒有味道的,食落口感好似啫喱咁。

而玫瑰草苺糖醬是甜甜地,但我覺得最大的重點一定係 紅桑子粒,味道酸酸地好醒胃,而且粒粒係好乾身,食落好有咬口。

然而將這幾個不同質地和味道夾在一起,有軟、有硬、有甜、有酸,配合起來令到整個甜品很豐富。
