結婚周年紀念,正頭痛緊食乜之時。剛好睇到有youtuber介紹呢間餐廳。決定試下!果然值得推介!我地兩人點了幾個菜,Insalata di Aragosta 蟹肉沙律蟹肉鮮甜,蔬菜清新Cappelletti di Vitello 慢煮牛肉雲吞差不多是這裡必吃的名菜雲吞皮薄彈牙,牛肉口感鬆軟,醬汁濃郁Costata di Manzo 西冷牛排牛排煎得剛剛好,配香草汁,好有田園風味四色甜品,可以一次過試多幾款口味餐後指定動作,搞碎朱古力片總括今次晚餐,服務用心,環境舒適,食物更一試難忘。

為了慶祝餐廳成立一週年,Theo 由3月15日至3月23日特地重臨香江,於過去的週末提供一周年早午餐派對、周日家庭樂早午餐,並於即日至23號提供 Theo Randall 廚藝大師班,以及期限供應的 $888 一周年五道菜慶祝晚宴 及 $365 Flash to Theo 三道菜輕盈晚餐等~餐廳環境悠閒、氣氛輕鬆寫意,確是放鬆心情好地方,後來更有食客在這裡高歌慶祝生日,親和魅力可見一斑。
首先是 Theo 新設計的 Fresh Boston Lobster and Mud Crab with Florence Fennel, Dandelion and Sardinian Bottarga,簡單來說就是新鮮龍蝦、嫩甜泥蟹拆肉後,加上茴香、蒲公英及烏魚子的點綴,啖啖肉無比清麗動人,帶來鮮美不凡的全新體驗!
來到手製意粉環節,無獨有偶,Homemade Tagliolini Pasta served with Mud Crab Meat, dried Lemon zest, Parsley and Red Chilli 又是用上鮮甜泥蟹肉為餡料,同時巧妙加入檸檬、香芹及辣椒,味道清鮮中滲出絲絲辣意,令原已很有口感的手製意粉,滋味昇華創新高度!
Theo 也帶來了兩款新主菜,我選擇了 Roast Rack of Lamb with Roasted Globe and Jerusalem Artichokes, baby Leeks, Fennel, Carrots, Beetroots and Salsa d' erbe;羊架份量十足,肉質嫣紅但血水不多,味道不羶,肉質無比柔嫩,有種令人吃不停口的魅力。同上的配菜如阿支竹、紅菜頭、甘筍等也很高質,一件不剩都被我吃光了!
超滿足的主菜環節後,又來到甜品環節。這晚重溫了 Sharing Board,個人心水恰好正如甜品排序,由前至後分別是 Soft Chocolate Cake、Torta di Ricotta、Amlfi Lemon Tart 以及 Panna Cotta with Strawberry。不要誤會這裡的意式奶凍或檸檬撻不好吃,純粹真是珠玉在前,前方的 Ricotta 芝士蛋糕及無麵粉朱古力蛋糕都太美妙了,令人一再添吃!
