To celebrate my sister's promotion, we had lunch at her favourite Italian restaurant at Intercontinental Grand Stanford Hotel. We enjoyed a three-course set lunch at affordable price with quality food and pleasant environment. Prosciutto parma ham served with melon is tasty. Soup of lentils, tomatoes and assorted vegetables is nourishing and healthy. Roasted Australian lamb rack is tender and palatable. Pizza of your choice of mushroom, ham, cheese, etc. is mouth watering. Lunch is completed with a delicious ricotta cheese cake or well balanced amalfi lemon tart.
