當年我仲未識A姐,佢曾經試過獨遊意大利,仲話香港嘅意大利雲吞係無得比,今日佢終於搵到喺香港都可以好好味嘅意大利雲吞啦!呢個意大利雲吞入邊係小牛肉配上牛肝菌汁,牛肉味香濃,配上淡淡嘅醬汁,意外地好match好好味。我哋就配咗杯紅酒Bottega Cabernet Sauvignon,有淡淡嘅黑莓果香,吊返牛肝菌同小牛肉嘅鮮味。

至於主菜方面,我哋就揀咗從來冇食過嘅珠雞,聽店員講,佢哋嘅珠雞唔可以太大隻,又唔可以太細隻,要啱啱好,咁啲肉質先會夠滑。果真,呢隻珠雞真係好滑,配上獨特嘅百里香同檸檬皮等製成醬汁,令味道大大提升。另外,記住連埋個麵包一齊食,口感即刻豐富大增。配菜仲有加咗番紅花嘅烤薯仔同勁甜嘅甜椒,千祈唔好錯過。

餐廳好細心將西冷牛扒切成細件,配上牛肝菌汁,配菜有薯蓉同埋菠菜。牛扒肉質較嫩,肉味濃厚,肉汁係齒頰中滲出,同牛肝菌汁完美配合👏🏻

總共有4款甜品,分別有意大利檸檬餡餅、咖啡奶凍、軟身朱古力蛋糕同埋淡芝士蛋糕,食甜品嘅次序都有講究,只要跟番menu嘅次序就可以,每款甜品質素都好好,甜而不膩,最欣賞咖啡奶凍☕️ 咖啡味好香濃,好似飲緊原杯咖啡咁,一試就知用左靚意大利咖啡豆打磨成醬,最後仲會送上一塊chocolate bar, 可以用鎚仔敲碎黎食,美味嘅甜品為呢頓晚餐畫上完美嘅句號。🥳


P.S. 不得不提餐前意式餐包🥖餐包外層鬆脆香口,內層軟軟綿綿,質感好好,再用意式食法點上橄欖油同埋意大利黑醋,入口時多左一份淡淡嘅清香同埋醋嘅酸甜,味道都幾獨特,不妨試下咁食😉

Join 咗酒店嘅staycation,佢包咗一個晚餐,可以揀中菜/意大利菜,由於佢係jamie oliver 師傅,所以最後揀咗意大利菜去試!餐廳裝修幾靚,都幾多人去食一坐低揀完餐,就試麵包,麵包係超好食!手造麵包有3款,最好食係芝麻麵包條!!有芝麻香同咸咸哋,加埋橄欖油同黑醋,有啲啲酸味好好食!之後上意大利火腿、生牛肉同芝士,啲火腿出乎意料地好味,本身唔係太喜愛食醃製嘢都會忍唔住食多兩舊,仲有舊芝士,好香好濃,但又唔係死咸,呢碟嘢都幾高汁之後上意粉,極燶芝士味,如果喜歡芝士嘅一定會好啱,意粉咬落啱係太硬,普著通通,不過份量相對細主菜揀左一份牛一份魚,我覺得魚好食啲,有魚味同啱係太濃,魚都算滑,配個汁同蕃茄仔一齊食都幾好味,墊底嘅薯仔都有驚喜,用個汁煮過幾好食反而牛就麻麻哋,叫左3成熟咬落都有少少靭,牛味一般,唔係咗啱口味最後上甜品,非常之有驚喜!!!有個咖啡mousse! 入面有好濃嘅咖啡味但係唔苦,好特別;有3件蛋糕,分別係檸檬tart(勁fresh 勁清新,唔會淨得檸檬酸味,帶啲啲甜唔會好流), cheese cake(同普通cheese cake味差不多,但佢好鬆唔會死實實)

餐廳裝修幾靚,都幾多人去食

一坐低揀完餐,就試麵包,麵包係超好食!手造麵包有3款,最好食係芝麻麵包條!!有芝麻香同咸咸哋,加埋橄欖油同黑醋,有啲啲酸味好好食!

之後上意大利火腿、生牛肉同芝士,啲火腿出乎意料地好味,本身唔係太喜愛食醃製嘢都會忍唔住食多兩舊,仲有舊芝士,好香好濃,但又唔係死咸,呢碟嘢都幾高汁

之後上意粉,極燶芝士味,如果喜歡芝士嘅一定會好啱,意粉咬落啱係太硬,普著通通,不過份量相對細

主菜揀左一份牛一份魚,我覺得魚好食啲,有魚味同啱係太濃,魚都算滑,配個汁同蕃茄仔一齊食都幾好味,墊底嘅薯仔都有驚喜,用個汁煮過幾好食

反而牛就麻麻哋,叫左3成熟咬落都有少少靭,牛味一般,唔係咗啱口味

最後上甜品,非常之有驚喜!!!
有個咖啡mousse! 入面有好濃嘅咖啡味但係唔苦,好特別;有3件蛋糕,分別係檸檬tart(勁fresh 勁清新,唔會淨得檸檬酸味,帶啲啲甜唔會好流), cheese cake(同普通cheese cake味差不多,但佢好鬆唔會死實實)同埋勁燶嘅朱古力蛋糕(勁濃朱古力味,但唔會勁甜入唔到口) 整體佢甜品常高質,最重要係唔太甜,唔係勁多糖咁

會因為麵包、意大利火腿同甜品再去食佢個buffet🤣

另外服務幾好,會自動同你加水,同埋見你自拍會主動過嚟幫你影相👍🏼👍🏼

This restaurant is famous for its signature desserts like homemade lemon tart, homemade gluten free soft chocolate cake, etc. My favorite is its signature tiramisu made of mascarpone cheese cream, llly coffee and ginger biscuits served with crumble coffee and cacao powder. It is offered in a glass of generous portion. Creamy and delicious, yet it is not too sweet. You will keep your troubles away and appreciate that life can be simpler when you enjoy this gorgeous dessert with a cup of coffe

To celebrate my sister's promotion, we had lunch at her favourite Italian restaurant at Intercontinental Grand Stanford Hotel. We enjoyed a three-course set lunch at affordable price with quality food and pleasant environment. Prosciutto parma ham served with melon is tasty. Soup of lentils, tomatoes and assorted vegetables is nourishing and healthy. Roasted Australian lamb rack is tender and palatable.
