上次A姐帶咗我去海景嘉福洲際酒店玩staycation,package仲包埋體驗60分鐘嘅威士忌大師班,令我對威士忌加深咗認識,而我哋仲試咗唔少威士忌添呀!但講到海景嘉福洲際酒店,又點可以唔試試佢哋間好出名嘅意大利餐廳呢?就當獎勵A姐今次staycation嘅安排,所以我哋晚餐嚟到由英國名廚Theo Randall主理嘅Theo Mistral by Theo Randall,佢雖然係英國人但有一顆意國心,聽聞佢仲係Jamie Oliver 嘅啟蒙大師添呀!既然咁開心,當然要飲返杯Sparkling,呢隻Bottega Prosecco DOC好容易入口,作為餐前酒真係一流。坐低之後,先上咗一個麵包籃,份量好多,而且味道都好好,但我哋都唔敢食太多,怕之後嘅嘢食唔落。Insalata Di Granchio E Aragosta呢個龍蝦蟹肉沙律,用咗新鮮嘅波士頓龍蝦同蟹肉整成,鮮味十足!配上翡冷翠茴香、火箭菜同菊苣而成嘅沙律,好好味呀!配埋頭先嘅Prosecco,真係好夾!Tratare Di Tonno, Arance E Cacao超鍾意食呑拿魚嘅我哋,特登叫咗呢個吞拿魚他他,餐廳用咗大量嘅吞拿魚魚生製作,十足足料,配上紅辣椒、青瓜等等嘅配料,令到呢個吞拿魚他他更有口感,更突顯吞拿魚嘅鮮味。Cappelletti Di Vitello當年我仲未識A姐,佢曾經試過獨遊意大利,仲話香港嘅意大利雲吞係無得比,今日佢終於搵到喺香港都可以好好味嘅意大利雲吞啦!呢個意大利雲吞入邊係小牛肉配上牛肝菌汁,牛肉味香濃,配上淡淡嘅醬汁,意外地好match好好味。我哋就配咗杯紅酒Bottega Cabernet Sauvignon,有淡淡嘅黑莓果香,吊返牛肝菌同小牛肉嘅鮮味。Arrosto Di Faraona至於主菜方面,我哋就揀咗從來冇食過嘅珠雞,聽店員講,佢哋嘅珠雞唔可以太大隻,又唔可以太細隻,要啱啱好,咁啲肉質先會夠滑。果真,呢隻珠雞真係好滑,配上獨特嘅百里香同檸檬皮等製成醬汁,令味道大大提升。另外,記住連埋個麵包一齊食,口感即刻豐富大增。配菜仲有加咗番紅花嘅烤薯仔同勁甜嘅甜椒,千祈唔好錯過。Merluzzo Al Vermouth E Porcini呢個焗大西洋嘅黑銀鱈魚,魚肉無骨超滑,啖啖肉,夠晒滿足。另外配菜嘅分別有小蘿蔔同用牛肝菌、茴香同百里香整成嘅瑞士甜菜。食魚就當然係配白酒,職員介紹Sauvignon Blanc嘅COSTA DI GIULIA Bolgheri Bianco,入口有少少酸,提升鱈魚嘅鮮味。Tiramisu呢個Tiramisu係呢度嘅名物,真係好香濃同好滑,而且賣相一流,少女心嘅呢隻即刻心心眼,仲要打卡影相添。Crostata Di Limoni Di Amalfi食到飽飽,最啱就係有啲酸野,令到自己消消滯,所以我哋叫咗呢個檸檬撻,檸檬嘅香味十足,酸酸甜甜,為呢個晚餐畫上完美句號。(記住Like同Share畀朋友) continue reading

Staycation晚餐安排了在Theo Mistral by Theo Randall食義大利菜,餐廳環境十分寬敞舒適,枱與枱的距離都很充足,即使小兒們一直在嘈吵,也不怕騷擾其他客人,侍應的招呼亦很周到,因為小兒們久不久都會跌餐具和紙巾落地,侍應們都能夠迅速發現和更換。不過這兒沒有小朋友餐具提供,所以經常要留意小兒們有否打翻杯子或跌餐具,每次他們搖搖晃晃地拎起玻璃杯時,我都會有些緊張。 酒店的package居然包四份套餐,包括了飲品,麵包,前菜,義大利粉,主菜和甜品拼盤,非常豐富。先來的是飲品,我選了熱檸茶,因為這兒的冷氣實在太强勁,實在需要些熱飲抗衡一下。小朋友們都選了最愛的橙汁,不過飲完之後就一直打冷震話好涷。隨後來的是麵包,四款麵包都各有擅長,我最愛的是軟綿可口的香草麵包,啖啖都是濃郁的橄欖油香氣,點蘸黑醋和橄欖油同吃更是美味又開胃,小朋友就最喜歡長長的香脆芝麻麵包條。前菜拼盤竟然一式有兩份,每份都有水牛芝士,多款義大利火腿和冷肉,風乾牛肉,蕃茄bruschetta,橄欖,烤蘆筍和洋薊,十分精緻又美味。之後上場的是黑松露意粉,意粉軟硬度適中,醬汁幼滑,帶濃濃的黑松露香氣,非常可口。吃完意粉,兩位小兒的戰鬥力已徹底耗盡,但還有四大碟主菜,無奈地我們只能每碟淺嚐幾口,兩款主菜中西冷牛扒較為出色,煎鱸魚就煎得過熟,肉質較靱。最後還有甜品,除藍莓布甸外,其他的檸檬撻,朱古力蛋糕和芝士蛋糕我們都決定放棄,打包回房慢慢食。 其實整體上食物味道不錯,只是份量太多,所有菜式都雙倍份量實在是太誇張,雖然是好抵食,但亦有些浪費。 continue reading

疫情嘅關係已經好耐冇去旅行享受下vacation✈️ 不過唔緊要,原來係香港都可以有渡假嘅感覺😍香港各大酒店都推出唔同嘅Staycation package, 最終簡左五星級酒店 - 海景嘉福洲際酒店,成個package 性價比好高👍🏻而我最欣賞同推介嘅就係意大利雙人晚餐🍽 餐廳嘅主廚係英國名廚Theo Randall👨🏻‍🍳 所有食材同餐單都由大廚Theo親身精心挑選同設計,令人盡享意大利風情同滋味。Appetizer 精選意式頭盤 頭盤非常豐富🥰有我好鐘意食嘅水牛芝士同埋巴瑪火腿,巴瑪火腿油香滿溢🤤,柔軟嘅肉質鹹味鮮香,感受到淡淡嘅風乾感。意式蕃茄香蒜包幾出乎意料,香蒜包香脆可口,配上甜甜辣辣嘅意式蕃茄🍅,作為小吃好開胃☺️自家製蛋麵🍝作為前菜所以份量唔多,但都足以令你回味無窮🤤因為真係好好食😆蛋麵嘅粗幼相比平時食開嘅意粉幼細,堅韌道適中,個sauce係用巴馬芝士同羊奶芝士製作而成🧀再配上意大利黑松露同埋香草,非常濃郁細滑,充滿creamy 嘅口感,濃郁而不膩😋Main Dish香煎意大利海爐魚🐟爐魚煎至外層金黃色,香脆可口,灑上海鹽,味道偏鹹,內層肉質嫩滑多汁💦仲慢慢滲透出魚油嘅芳香,味道偏淡,內外味道中和番,令魚嘅鮮味更加突出🤩 其中一種配菜係水瓜榴,爽爽脆脆,酸中帶點甘苦,甘苦中帶點鮮甜,為呢道菜添加左一份清新同埋增加口感嘅層次🥰烤美國頂級西冷牛扒🥩餐廳好細心將西冷牛扒切成細件,配上牛肝菌汁,配菜有薯蓉同埋菠菜。牛扒肉質較嫩,肉味濃厚,肉汁係齒頰中滲出,同牛肝菌汁完美配合👏🏻Dessert 精選意式甜品🍰🍮總共有4款甜品,分別有意大利檸檬餡餅、咖啡奶凍、軟身朱古力蛋糕同埋淡芝士蛋糕,食甜品嘅次序都有講究,只要跟番menu嘅次序就可以,每款甜品質素都好好,甜而不膩,最欣賞咖啡奶凍☕️ 咖啡味好香濃,好似飲緊原杯咖啡咁,一試就知用左靚意大利咖啡豆打磨成醬,最後仲會送上一塊chocolate bar, 可以用鎚仔敲碎黎食,美味嘅甜品為呢頓晚餐畫上完美嘅句號。🥳P.S. 不得不提餐前意式餐包🥖餐包外層鬆脆香口,內層軟軟綿綿,質感好好,再用意式食法點上橄欖油同埋意大利黑醋,入口時多左一份淡淡嘅清香同埋醋嘅酸甜,味道都幾獨特,不妨試下咁食😉 continue reading

為了慶祝紀念日, 希望尋找一間環境和氣氛都好的西式餐廳  Theo Mistral by Theo Randall 的新裝潢在今年3月完工, 所以無論店面或者內在都非常新穎從門口看進去室內設計富有時代感, 坐位舒適(1) 意式火腿拼盤, 配香檳非常夾(2) 黑松露芝士意粉前文曾經提及過高質量的黑松露的重要性, 這裡的黑松露明確吃的出是用了上乘的食材, 黑松露的香氣跟芝士在口腔久久不散去 (3) 牛小排作為牛扒愛好者, 這次選了牛小排, 可惜是沒什麼驚喜, 味道跟去酒店自助餐任吃的那種牛小排差不多味道, 不是差, 但建議可以試其他菜式(4) 芝士蛋糕試了數種芝士蛋糕, 個人覺得若是下午茶配咖啡會比較夾 continue reading

第二次黎食,上次食晚飯,今次就試下中午,4course $398 左右 其實唔錯,一定食到飽,第一道係三文魚他他,真心fresh同大份,之後再有個細細份的意粉,我就叫ravioli,男人就叫左cappelletti ,我覺得我男人叫個份好食d,之後到真係main course,我叫左魚,男人叫左豬,我們都覺得未有surprise,最後最後係甜點,一碟4份上比我們share食,有咖啡/🍋/芝士/朱古力,都幾好食!另外,我想講服務員服務好好,抵讚👍🏻 continue reading
