上次A姐帶咗我去海景嘉福洲際酒店玩staycation,package仲包埋體驗60分鐘嘅威士忌大師班,令我對威士忌加深咗認識,而我哋仲試咗唔少威士忌添呀!但講到海景嘉福洲際酒店,又點可以唔試試佢哋間好出名嘅意大利餐廳呢?就當獎勵A姐今次staycation嘅安排,所以我哋晚餐嚟到由英國名廚Theo Randall主理嘅Theo Mistral by Theo Randall,佢雖然係英國人但有一顆意國心,聽聞佢仲係Jamie Oliver 嘅啟蒙大師添呀!既然咁開心,當然要飲返杯Sparkling,呢隻Bottega Prosecco DOC好容易入口,作為餐前酒真係一流。坐低之後,先上咗一個麵包籃,份量好多,而且味道都好好,但我哋都唔敢食太多,怕之後嘅嘢食唔落。Insalata Di Granchio E Aragosta呢個龍蝦蟹肉沙律,用咗新鮮嘅波士頓龍蝦同蟹肉整成,鮮味十足!配上翡冷翠茴香、火箭菜同菊苣而成嘅沙律,好好味呀!配埋頭先嘅Prosecco,真係好夾!Tratare Di Tonno, Arance E Cacao超鍾意食呑拿魚嘅我哋,特登叫咗呢個吞拿魚他他,餐廳用咗大量嘅吞拿魚魚生製作,十足足料,配上紅辣椒、青瓜等等嘅配料,令到呢個吞拿魚他他更有口感,更突顯吞拿魚嘅鮮味。Cappelletti Di Vitello當年我仲未識A姐,佢曾經試過獨遊意大利,仲話香港嘅意大利雲吞係無得比,今日佢終於搵到喺香港都可以好好味嘅意大利雲吞啦!呢個意大利雲吞入邊係小牛肉配上牛肝菌汁,牛肉味香濃,配上淡淡嘅醬汁,意外地好match好好味。我哋就配咗杯紅酒Bottega Cabernet Sauvignon,有淡淡嘅黑莓果香,吊返牛肝菌同小牛肉嘅鮮味。Arrosto Di Faraona至於主菜方面,我哋就揀咗從來冇食過嘅珠雞,聽店員講,佢哋嘅珠雞唔可以太大隻,又唔可以太細隻,要啱啱好,咁啲肉質先會夠滑。果真,呢隻珠雞真係好滑,配上獨特嘅百里香同檸檬皮等製成醬汁,令味道大大提升。另外,記住連埋個麵包一齊食,口感即刻豐富大增。配菜仲有加咗番紅花嘅烤薯仔同勁甜嘅甜椒,千祈唔好錯過。Merluzzo Al Vermouth E Porcini呢個焗大西洋嘅黑銀鱈魚,魚肉無骨超滑,啖啖肉,夠晒滿足。另外配菜嘅分別有小蘿蔔同用牛肝菌、茴香同百里香整成嘅瑞士甜菜。食魚就當然係配白酒,職員介紹Sauvignon Blanc嘅COSTA DI GIULIA Bolgheri Bianco,入口有少少酸,提升鱈魚嘅鮮味。Tiramisu呢個Tiramisu係呢度嘅名物,真係好香濃同好滑,而且賣相一流,少女心嘅呢隻即刻心心眼,仲要打卡影相添。Crostata Di Limoni Di Amalfi食到飽飽,最啱就係有啲酸野,令到自己消消滯,所以我哋叫咗呢個檸檬撻,檸檬嘅香味十足,酸酸甜甜,為呢個晚餐畫上完美句號。(記住Like同Share畀朋友) continue reading

Staycation晚餐安排了在Theo Mistral by Theo Randall食義大利菜,餐廳環境十分寬敞舒適,枱與枱的距離都很充足,即使小兒們一直在嘈吵,也不怕騷擾其他客人,侍應的招呼亦很周到,因為小兒們久不久都會跌餐具和紙巾落地,侍應們都能夠迅速發現和更換。不過這兒沒有小朋友餐具提供,所以經常要留意小兒們有否打翻杯子或跌餐具,每次他們搖搖晃晃地拎起玻璃杯時,我都會有些緊張。 酒店的package居然包四份套餐,包括了飲品,麵包,前菜,義大利粉,主菜和甜品拼盤,非常豐富。先來的是飲品,我選了熱檸茶,因為這兒的冷氣實在太强勁,實在需要些熱飲抗衡一下。小朋友們都選了最愛的橙汁,不過飲完之後就一直打冷震話好涷。隨後來的是麵包,四款麵包都各有擅長,我最愛的是軟綿可口的香草麵包,啖啖都是濃郁的橄欖油香氣,點蘸黑醋和橄欖油同吃更是美味又開胃,小朋友就最喜歡長長的香脆芝麻麵包條。前菜拼盤竟然一式有兩份,每份都有水牛芝士,多款義大利火腿和冷肉,風乾牛肉,蕃茄bruschetta,橄欖,烤蘆筍和洋薊,十分精緻又美味。之後上場的是黑松露意粉,意粉軟硬度適中,醬汁幼滑,帶濃濃的黑松露香氣,非常可口。吃完意粉,兩位小兒的戰鬥力已徹底耗盡,但還有四大碟主菜,無奈地我們只能每碟淺嚐幾口,兩款主菜中西冷牛扒較為出色,煎鱸魚就煎得過熟,肉質較靱。最後還有甜品,除藍莓布甸外,其他的檸檬撻,朱古力蛋糕和芝士蛋糕我們都決定放棄,打包回房慢慢食。 其實整體上食物味道不錯,只是份量太多,所有菜式都雙倍份量實在是太誇張,雖然是好抵食,但亦有些浪費。 continue reading

今日終於一嘗了Theo Mistral 的午餐,之前一直都係從朋友嗰邊聽到但一直都無時間一係就fully book. 因為疫情關係枱同枱之間都有段距離👍🏻佢地Set Lunch 係用半自助餐形式,本來我都係比較鍾意比人serve 多過自己拎,加上一般的半自助餐款式都好少,今次竟然有多款Salad, Cold cut, 正!我最愛!Main course 有幾款比客揀,而我地今次就叫左羊架同risotto for share, 羊架肉質軟熟又無乜羊羶味,朋友唔食羊都大讚, 飯唔會煮到太硬,但唯一可能係啲汁太濃所以有啲咸,下次都係叫少鹽。由於無諗過份量係咁大碟,因為有時其他餐廳會因為係set lunch 所以份量會少一半,所以今次食完都飽飽地。但仲要有個甜品buffet,要加油!朋友話一定要食佢地個Tiramisu 係無錯既,真心好食,我見職員都refill 左幾次。Lemon tart 唔會太酸,而且我鍾意食tart 皮,呢間都唔錯,加上每件都係 one bite size 夠貼心。最後黎多杯 Latte ~ 完美!埋單3百幾蚊位,但因為我個羊架要加$90。有機會要試埋個Brunch。性價比: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐ continue reading

今日2月14號 去食飯啦3:30pm枱話冇情人節set都ok冇乜所謂 最緊要開心首先有mocktail 2杯,一般,無驚喜之後就有pizza,暖既偏硬,整損左個口腔🥲跟住係pasta同魚,魚有驚喜,用蘑菇醬做咗個汁,唔錯幾好食,呢個幾欣賞。意粉方面就略為失望,醬多,有啲heavy再嚟就係甜品啦,帶咗個Affogato,有啲奇怪唔係特濃咖啡expresso出 ,而係奶啡,可能見識少啦我🤣不過都係麻麻地最後搵waitor影相都等左好耐,可能落場冇乜人,所以要等🤣不過是旦啦,感覺一般,應該唔會為左條魚再去食。 continue reading

今日相約朋友去Theo Mistral 食個Lunch聚下,見到之前因為疫情關係而暫停左既半自助午餐開返,心情有啲興奮😝留意到餐廳入面枱與枱之間都比之前有啲距離,無甘逼夾,比到我舒服,安心用餐既感覺👍🏻Set Lunch Menu侍應好細心甘解釋左今日既主菜,落完Order之後都有提我地出去攞Buffet要戴口罩😷Buffet Table有好多款意大利醃菜,Cold Cut,芝士,沙律菜另外Order左杯Lemonade,酸酸甜甜幾開胃同朋友都Order左羊架,好厚肉,Juicy,配埋個南瓜蓉同燒汁,無得輸呀👍🏻👍🏻(食左少少先記得要影相😂)甜品🤤最後嘆返杯Cappuccino總括嚟講,服務同食物方面都吾錯👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading
