之前中午幫襯過呢幢大廈地下間燒肉店,仲發現樓上有唔少餐廳。我𥄫過吓位於一樓嘅「The Wall Street Bar & Lounge 」嘅餐牌,望落好似唔錯,就決定搵晚放工嚟試吓😛。餐廳環境好舒服同乾淨,樓底高、裝修靚,無一般酒吧咁嘈吵同污煙漳氣,其中仲有唔少打卡位添📸,不過就適合齋飲嘢多啲。大家留意返,由於呢度採用酒吧經營模式,所以入場係要持有快測結果㗎,但如果無,餐廳會以成本價發售,好貼心。每一位店員都好有禮貌,抵讚👍。四式芝士薄餅($128),🍕Pizza呈長條形,感覺有啲似彼得包,並非好薄好脆嗰種,反而幾有咬口。芝士雖無拉絲效果,但鹹香十足,唔會過膩,四種芝士融為一體,包括Mozzarella、Mascarpone、Gran Moravia Hard同埋Blue Cheese。芝士莧菜焗大蝦($98),呢道菜式比起4 Cheese Pizza有更多芝士🧀,更邪惡!佢有些少似芝士火鍋,有一大兜熱溶咗嘅芝士汁,如果配麵包蘸嚟食一流。芝士入面放咗BB菠菜同五隻大蝦🦐,蝦肉新鮮彈牙,菠菜多啲就完美喇。傳統意式卡邦尼意粉($148),🍝意粉屬正常發揮,相對其他食物無咁驚艷。卡邦尼醬汁口味正宗,唔會借啲意用白汁魚目混珠,同時亦落咗黑椒粒吊味。麵條質感富嚼勁,而煙肉則選用更為惹味嘅厚切粒粒🥓。極品鹿兒島香蒜一口牛($118),🥩一口牛係小食,但份量激多。牛柳粒超好味道,牛味濃郁。外層燒至微微脆,但肉質就保持嫩滑,食落好軟。再者,用蒜油同乾蒜片搭伴好香口🧄,但食到尾段就避免唔到有少少油。意大利芝士蛋糕($58),佢係變種版嘅提拉米蘇Tiramisu,質感同傳統款式相反。佢無又濕又軟嘅芝士層,反而係類似冰糕咁硬邦邦,好鬼得意🧊。不過味道上分別唔大,富有咖啡酒香☕️。我唔敢講佢係最好食,但就一定係最有特色之一,而且造型勁靚,有馬卡龍同食用花花點綴。焗蘋果批配雲呢拿雪糕($58),🍎熱辣辣嘅蘋果批好大個,酥皮焗得好掂,口感鬆化,無油臆味;中間嘅蘋果蓉酸度恰到好處,配冰凍甜甜嘅雲呢拿雪糕食相映成趣🍨。題外話,甜品要預早嗌定啊,隔離枱過咗Last Order無得食,用羡慕嘅眼神望住我哋,哈哈🤣。總括嚟講,Wall Street係一間不平凡嘅酒吧餐廳🍸🍽,佢各方面都令人好滿意。另一邊廂,佢仲推廣生酮飲食,以切合唔同人士嘅需要。不過同時就有部份食物要早一日預訂,例如芝士蛋糕。如果朋友想去尖沙咀食飯飲嘢,我會推介嚟呢度啊~🌟! continue reading
