是日二人飯局相約太子吃西餐!晚上6點半左右,人未算很多,選了門口卡座位置,餐廳裝飾挺用心特別的(門口那只開關門手,非常得意),氣氛亦很不錯,很適合三五好友輕鬆小聚!天氣太熱,坐下就點了一杯青蘋果Mojitos,冰冰涼涼,酸甜帶點薄荷葉的清新,很解渴!餐廳是掃碼自助下單的,挺方便,點了:綠色小沙律 - 生菜,苦菊,小蕃茄淋上一點胡麻汁,蔬菜新鮮而且份量不少,28蚊非常抵食!豬仔骨配酸黃瓜 - 豬仔骨甜甜的,肉腍多汁而且帶點燒烤香味,很好吃! 伴菜的酸黃瓜配搭非常好,餐前開胃,吃肉解膩!水牛芝士番茄羅勒闊條麵 - 闊條麵有咬口,而且掛汁,芝士+番茄的配搭不會出錯,芝士+碳水愛好者必選!黑松露和帕瑪森芝士炸薯條 - 炸薯條用粗身薯條,熱辣辣上枱,洒上帕瑪森芝士碎,黑松露醬另上,芝士加上黑松露醬的咸香,味道剛剛好。經典卡邦尼披薩 - 披薩是長方形的切成4份,非常喜歡餅底有點脆香,卡邦尼醬亦給得很足很豐富,醬汁Creamy餅底香脆,非常好吃。提拉米蘇 - 特意後上,作為餐後小甜點,餅底濕潤,咖啡味很出,如果Mascarpone再多一點的話層次就會更豐富。 continue reading

餐廳門面雖小,但橙紅色的招牌很耀眼。內部裝修時尚風格,簡約而清雅。座位寬敞舒適,尤其是沙發卡位。餐牌上的菜式分為幾個大類:“肉類”、“自家製醬汁”、“澱粉”、“配菜及小食”、“甜品”及“飲品”,我每個類別都選了一款。肉類:「香草羊架配脆薄荷葉」珍寶份量,六隻厚切大羊架,色澤紅潤,肉質非常幼嫩,無膻味,鮮味十足。配菜有炸薄荷葉和薄荷醬,再追加“奧斯卡”。自家製醬汁:奧斯卡(螃蟹和蘆筍)爽脆的新鮮蘆筍,加上蟹肉奶油醬汁,與羊肉味道也十分匹配,鮮味更上一層樓。澱粉:「水牛芝士番茄羅勒闊條麵」爽口彈牙的闊條麵,配上新鮮番茄和酸甜微辣的醬汁,特別惹味,再加上水牛芝士,直是錦上添花。小食:「牛油果芒果蟹肉他他」精緻的小食,下層是新鮮牛油果、中層是蟹肉他他,頂層是新鮮芒果粒,三重口感,三重滋味,是必選的小食。甜品:「朱古力布朗尼配雪糕」份量不少,夠二人食用。上面是朱古力雪糕球,下面是即製朱古力布朗尼蛋糕,朱古力味道濃郁之餘,還保持暖暖的口感,鬆化可口。飲品:「百利甜黑糖奶」奶味香濃,帶點黑糖的香味,淡淡的酒香,最合我意。一頓豐富晚餐,令我十分滿足。這裏的食物質素高,製作認真,我下次再來嚐其他菜式。 continue reading

前排同朋友去咗The Steakhaus食飯,真係有啲驚喜!整體感覺係性價比好高,價錢合理之餘,食物質素同味道都好出色,值得推介!首先叫咗個綠色小沙律,$28一碟真係意想不到咁抵!分量好大,而且菜好新鮮,食落清爽又開胃,超值!之後試咗啖啖蟹膏蟹餅,呢個真係我同朋友嘅心頭好!蟹餅份量夠大,入面滿滿蟹肉同蟹膏,咬落去好juicy,味道濃郁又唔會過膩,超鐘意,絕對係必點之選!主菜方面,我哋叫咗滿滿蜆肉蝴蝶粉,我揀咗普通版(佢有雙倍蜆選擇),但普通版已經有超多蜆肉,蜆肉鮮甜又無沙,湯汁濃郁,飲完都回味無窮!唯一小遺憾係蝴蝶粉嘅份量略為少咗啲,如果多啲就完美。重頭戲係安格斯Prime牛肩胛扒(7oz)配烤大蒜,牛扒煎得啱啱好,肉質嫩滑多汁,配上烤大蒜嘅香氣,食落好有層次,份量同質素對得住個價,滿足!飲品方面,我哋叫咗兩杯cocktail:青蘋果莫吉托同百利甜黑糖奶。青蘋果莫吉托清新開胃,酸酸甜甜,適合夏天飲;百利甜黑糖奶就濃郁香甜,奶味同黑糖好match,飲完有幸福感。甜品係西班牙油炸鬼。真係不得了!油炸鬼炸得香脆,唔會過油,配上開心果雪糕嘅濃香同冰涼口感,甜度剛好,完美收尾!總括嚟講,The Steakhaus真係一間抵食又好味嘅餐廳,無論前菜、主菜定甜品都好有水準,下次一定會再黎試其他菜式!❤️ continue reading
