2月14正日情人節慶祝我們是需要一早預訂枱的,訂金是套餐的價錢($3000),六點可以入席,要八點前交枱。前菜:salad bar所有沙律🥗都非常特別,有切塊的牛油果、不同國籍的沙律醬汁,很多種類的火腿和芝士,炸薯仔國及番薯角。也有高級食材的海鮮沙律。湯🥣:龍蝦湯-非常好喝,味道一喝就知道是用龍蝦長時間熬出來的,也有龍蝦肉在裏頭!黑松露忌廉湯:很幼滑,味道覺龍蝦湯淡主菜:我們加錢成A5和牛(+$1180),油份很高,入口即溶,但也沒有油膩感,非常非常可口🤩🤩🥳 我們也選擇了幾款他們提供的自家製mustard sauce,所以很特別😇比較喜歡吃酸甜的那款,但也有傳統English and French mustard sauce。也有提供12款不同顏色的鹽,但沒太吃得出味道的差別。Sea Bass 是另一款我們選的main course,挺滑口但味道很淡很淡 。餐酒:加了$1100 有紅酒及champagne 甜品🍮:甜酸的士多啤梨蛋糕,裏面應該是earl grey 製的蛋糕🎂配士多啤梨慕絲。飲品:選擇了熱檸檬水服務: 十分十分好,職員主動給我們拍幾幅照片,又主動提供不同問題。衛生:非常好👍🏻在酒店大門為客人量體溫又會放好各種消毒洗手液 continue reading

就黎又情人節啦~~要趕係第50篇寫lee間其實係我聖誕節食!~但非常高質~服務又好好~氣氛一流!!絶對係任何特別日子慶祝好地方啊!😍坐底就有侍應好細心咁take care你特別留意lee度開會要$60一瓶!lee個係聖誕節菜單大家見到有salad bar一開始~個salad bar一d都5頹!超多嘢食芝士啊火腿啊都有6、7種!然後三文魚又有幾種~生果好好味食到肚都飽飽地!~🤣之後就黎頭盤啦~擺相非常精緻但味道就不過不失啦~無幾耐就黎主菜啦~因為男朋友叫牛(後來我先至lee度最出名係用炭爐煮牛,記得要叫)我叫羊餐廳好細心幫我地分開左一半仲有千層麵tim!值得一提除左有8種salt俾你點外你叫主食佢都有10多種mustard俾你choose有d酸d有d辣d然後侍應每一種講解你聽~好似上堂咁😂😂😂講番主菜d牛係完全冇苦味!肉汁係四瀉你口!!好好味!!!!果然係招牌菜!羊反而5太突出!大家記得叫牛~男朋友話平時黎食仲有7-8種刀你揀tim!小李飛刀真係😂😂😂食完主菜就有甜品bar天堂真係!超多甜品仲要個個勁令雪糕有4隻味!實在太多我都影5sai!!成晚招呼都好好!~非常親切!~如果有車可以提前book位時講低啊~ continue reading

Every Friday, there is the Moreish Friday promotion where you can pre-order their meals or food with a significant discount at the Intercontinental Hotel. I ordered their USDA Prime Beef Tenderloin 20onz with a 50% discount. Their service was impeccable. After confirming with my Moreish Friday promotion, they were able to introduce the type of wine that will pair best with my course. (wine is not included in the promotion)They kindly stated in view the large size of the course, it will take up to 40 minutes to prepare. They kindly offered their Wifi and also magazines for my wait. In the meantime, they also served their bread basket and taro chips.  I love the taro chips a lot for its crispiness yet without being too salty. The bread basket was also lovely though I hoped they could have served some softer type of bread.They prepared salt selection for me and introduced each salt in detail and which salt would suit best with beef and why(the Himalayan as it has a higher iron content). They also recommended the oak smoked salt which was really fragrant if you like that smoky flavor.They also served me a complimentary lobster bisque. It was creamy and so rich that it was like eating a lobster. No wonder this is one of their recommended dishes despite being a steak house. I will definitely order a proper one next time.The time for the tenderloin is coming and I got to choose out of the many knives which were introduced one by one. I was only able to remember the Samurai one only so I chose that one.My 20 onz Tenderloin  came. The server warned that the plate would be hot. It was a perfect medium rare and the best tenderloin I have tried. Its outside was cooked just right to keep the tenderloin juicy. It was so tender it felt like melting in my mouth despite it being such a big piece. Despite it's 20onz, it was so good I ate it quickly without hesitation, not wanting it to cool down and wasting such a perfectly cooked meal. I was too full to try their desserts but with such a great meal, I definitely will come again in the future. continue reading
