Happy Friday🥳🥳約左朋友食飯,收工係沙田附近,就去沙田新城市搵食,因為星期五關係,所以一早Book定枱,好彩Book左枱,到晚上7點餐廳開始多人入座,我Book左位就好快安排入座。因為餐廳D肉出名大份,所以清清地就點左個沙律。大蝦芒果牛油果沙律,意想不到的好食,個沙律汁酸酸甜甜,有點點泰式風味,讓人食得開胃,略嫌牛油果份量太少,如果牛油果多點會更好。另外之前想試佢既招牌菜,但之前朋友唔鍾意肥肉,所以一直無機會,今次試咗其中一個招牌菜,燒豬腩肉,燒腩肉上枱時比想像中大份,呢個價錢嚟講都幾抵食,食得飽飽的。而且食落口有驚喜,成嚐豬腩肉完全唔會太肥,而且亦都唔會太漏,配埋配菜一齊食,足以令兩人飽飽的。最後,食埋個甜品-心太軟,滿滿朱古力流出,滿足。餐飯加埋杯Sangria,一百分

青口沒有什麼味道,應該沒有調味,但係飯係幾好食,不會過鹹調校得啱啱好,主要係有雞肉蕃茄檸檬嘅味道,加紅椒粉同埋茴香作調味。材料入面仲有番茄、青豆,上面白色嘅係檸檬蒜泥蛋黃醬,撈埋一齊食好creamy。
