位於尖沙咀The Elements的The Pantry,是一間高質日西餐廳,主打日式梳孚厘班戟,被譽為全香港數一數二好食的班戟哦。我已經吃過五六次,親身確應這個事實阿。餐廳光線充足,環境寬闊,四千尺約有一百個坐位,令客人感覺舒服舒適,是個相約好朋友吃飯的好地方哦。Buttermilk Chicken Waffle $138炸雞窩夫是餐廳招牌鹹食之一,果然很美味哦。大大件的金黃色炸雞扒,香噴噴的氣味,令人胃囗大開。外皮炸得香脆可囗,絲毫不油,肉汁異常豐富,配搭芥末蛋黃醬,很好吃哦。Cheesy Beef Short Rib Wrap $105有著墨西哥風味的牛小排卷,是既能飽肚又能分享的小食系列。卷物一客四件,從橫切面能看到溶化的芝士,很邪惡呢。內餡頗豐富,有薄切牛小排,青椒黃椒,牛油果醬,酸忌廉和芒果莎莎,味道微辣,也不錯啦。Blueberry Cream Cheese Souffle Pancake $145全新推出的藍莓囗味班戟,屬時月廚師推介系列唷。梳孚厘班戟需時三十分鐘,建議大家主菜吃到三分二就好下柯打啦。梳孚厘班戟用麵粉,雞蛋, Ricotta 芝士手打而成,班戟夠厚,完整無缺,表面煎至金黃,賣相可觀。質感鬆軟而輕型,濕潤度剛好,不會未熟透,不會過熟,空氣感不過重,有微微飽足感,被譽為全港數一數二的班戟絶對沒錯呢。搭配藍莓慕斯,草莓,藍莓,芒果,青提,黑莓等等,色彩繽紛,不過是次班戟呈上時已經涼掉,有點失色。 continue reading

係除夕晚來食,晚上排咗好耐隊,約30-45分鐘先入到餐廳。🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱是日點餐: 🌷炸軟殼蟹芒果沙律$138好新香沙拉醬,芒果好甜,沙拉菜新鮮,軟殼蟹仲熱的,很不錯🌷燒原件有骨牛肋排配薯仔$388份量多,3-4人夠份。估唔到切到咁薄上枱,切得好靚。牛肉有70分,唔韌。🌷魷魚墨汁麵$155醬汁唔算特別香濃,意粉煙韌度恰度好處,魷魚都ok。🌷Meat Gourmet $188好多料,好多芝士,好正。好食。🌷The Pantry's Pancakes $125我見好多人都讚e度pancake好食。但當你食過銅鑼灣間☆幸福班戟☆後,你會覺得這間只屬一般。雖然我見這間班戟都係即叫即整,但班戟質素並不一致。好似這碟有3件班戟,有件就太淋,整得唔係太熟咁; 有件就太熟,個班戟底札實厚咗。水準好唔一致。而且唔係好鬆軟。70分,屬中上,不算差。🍃🍃🍃🍃🍃🍃🍃🍃🍃餐廳適合gathering 聚餐,有pizza, 意粉,沙拉,仲有pancake,算多元化。食物都有中上。😊👏🏻 continue reading

The Pantry位於商場戲院旁,走到餐廳最入,有驚喜!有一排大玻璃窗,飽覽維港夜景,聖誕燈飾百看不厭。氣氛浪漫,節日氣覺濃厚。Sesame Seared Salmon $98半熟厚切三文魚質感厚實柔軟,外層舖滿香脆黑白芝麻。三文魚籽十分新鮮。甜甜地的蜜糖味噌醬好特別,作爲頭盤格外醒胃。Sunny side up $168看著兩隻半生熟的新鮮農場蛋,真係好迷人。餅底散發著麵粉香烤的味道。來到甜品環節,pancake算是餐廳熱門之選,今晚叫咗個聖誕節限定版 Blueberry cream cheese pancake 🥞聖誕版色彩繽紛,紫色的藍莓醬、金黃的pancake、新鮮的水果,好吸引。pancake富空氣感,蛋味香濃,輕柔細滑,藍莓醬味道酸中帶甜。水果有提子、紅桑子、黑桑子、火龍果。整體好有節日氣氛。Berry Bliss Smoothie $65迷人的莓色,味道天然與藍莓pancake成絕配。Potato Wedges 炸薯角 $48香炸薯角最適合作為餐桌上的小食。 continue reading

如果你問我係Elements 邊間餐廳好,我會推薦去“the pantry”,點解我會咁講,因為the pantry 裝修好光猛四周綠油油,坐得又舒服,食物質素又好,而且仲有一個開放式廚房專門整pancake,每次有朋友問想食西餐我必會大推the pantry。鄰近聖誕節窗外環境可清晰見到聖誕燈色,8點正亦可欣賞窗外的幻彩詠香江,四光十色的燈光表現及少量煙火。環境已經咁好,食物方面今次嚟到必點我愛的Sesame Seared Salmon,三文魚件輕輕煎香,再沾上黑白芝麻,加上三文魚籽、蜜糖味噌醬及青蔥絲。食後口感香口爽甜,魚肉紮實,前菜已經質素已經很不錯。呢碟“Slow Roasted Pork Knuckle”,好明顯肉方面係慢煮煙燻,豬皮是分開炸。煙燻的豬手肉質很腍入味,鹹味不太重,肉質比較煙韌。豬皮炸到卜卜脆,不油膩乾身的,豬皮再加上肉及酸菜洋蔥絲沾埋個燒肉汁一齊食,香酸鹹惹味都衝晒入口裡,味道很豐富。嚟到又點少得叫pancakes 呢~我叫了聖誕節限定版“blueberry cream cheese pancakes ”。造型七彩繽紛有豐富的水果伴碟,仲有blueberry 果凍,兩大件pancakes 配上奶油cream及新鮮blueberry 醬汁。先講生果優質新鮮,有黑桑子、紅桑子、芒果、火龍果及青提子,酸酸甜甜很開胃。梳乎厘pancake外層質地企身,內裡鬆軟,有足夠的空氣感,沾上酸甜的藍莓汁及滑溜的奶油一齊食,果真美味。每檯總會見到梗有一碟pancakes,我估好多人都被佢深深吸引,沒錯我也是為“它”而來。食飽飽order杯熱茶消消滯,連杯熱杯都大大杯,價錢又合理。餐廳環境好,食品質料高質,職員服務又友善,回頭率十分高。 continue reading

感激好友陪我癲,周六早上九時在旺角看電影早場,完場過來吃薄餅,吃畢還有深圳下場,由朝玩到晚,行程好不豐富。 店家位於電影院旁,十一時半剛開門到來可以直行直入,環境開揚帶點小清新,坐得舒適。 Crabcakes with lime mayo $115成品色彩繽紛,沾醬做得清新開胃,可惜主角蟹餅幾乎只嚐到胡椒的味道,不太討喜。 Calamari squid ink pasta $148魷魚鮮味,意粉質感彈牙,醬汁帶芥末獨有的微酸,朋友們覺得怪怪,我倒覺得不錯。 Truffle e fungi $188薄餅新鮮焗起,餅底酥脆帶麵粉香,面頭舖滿不同種類的菇菌,黑松露香味撲鼻,加上海量的拉絲芝士,獨自鯨吞三大件仍覺滿足。 The Pantry's pancakes $125三件班戟製作需時,質感鬆軟綿密,帶淡淡的芝士香氣,空氣感重,配上焦糖牛油和楓糖,每一口都是幸福的味道。 近兩年沒光顧,再吃覺得它能保持水準,薄餅和甜品尤其有質素,下次在附近出沒也要再來回味。飽食一頓,三個人柴娃娃北上尋歡去。 continue reading
