延續第一次的美味,再次到來品嚐美饌。跟上回一樣,我們要了個二人餐,加些點心。因為沒有魷魚,唯有應店員推薦要了椒鹽牛肚,誰知竟然堅靭到不凡,看來牛肚還是適合蒸煮。鹹水角是懷舊的味道,而蝦餃和牛肉是套餐的點心,牛肉較為出色。燉湯裡有豬、蟲草花、龍眼肉等等,清潤不油,完全就是所有食材的精華濃縮到湯裡。花膠鵝掌飽汁扣得很是入味,厚厚的花膠扒一滑入喉,差點無需咀嚼!菜蔬乃蝦乾魚肚浸時蔬,蝦乾味蚩尤其突顯,就連湯都那麼好喝!炒飯名為鮑一樓金牌炒絲苗,顆顆飯粒炒得分明而不過硬,一如其名,確實一流!紅豆沙向非小人所愛,不過尚算綿滑,仍見到一粒粒的紅豆。唯一要數的就是店子冷氣嚴重不足,幸好後來叫店員開大了,舒適感才肯回歸。 continue reading

最近去咗2間 灣仔 新粤菜飯店,特然想起好久未來,經過疫情,仍然存在,必有個店之處。 雪菜火鴨絲腸粉$48,第一次食到雪菜係有香味,咸香,不是霉香,正,掛住佢,忘了鴨。 香煎蓮藕餅$42,有臘肉碎,豬肉鯪魚鮮甜,熱辣辣出煙,厚身,彈牙,有BB面朱咁彈,真係正! 鮑一樓金牌炒絲苗$168,看食評細碟,以為物價貴就少量,原來上枱大大碟,半碟都係帶子粒,多瑤柱,香,甜玉豆粒,粒粒新鮮爽甜,飯乾爽,彈牙不油,真係好好味,剩一半昨晚餐。 continue reading

為左同幾條team同事一齊慶功,於是同幾位team leaders揀左鮑一樓慰勞一班同事。顧名思意,來到「鮑」一樓,不得不吃「鮑魚」~!於是一坐低,急不及待,首先叫左幾籠乾鮑魚燒賣皇。鮑魚味濃有咬口,咁樣食燒賣都好似未試過,真係令人一試難忘。然後我地又叫左脆皮手吊雞、芋絲炸春卷、煎釀茄子同糯米飯等等。除左鮑魚燒賣,我最欣賞ge係脆皮手吊雞。除左雞有雞味,最重要係皮脆肉滑,而個糯米飯又極之入味,食完成餐飯真係相當滿足。 continue reading
