員工安排混亂,一開始係出面排隊等位同個侍應阿姐講左四位,但佢又比左張大枱人,咁唯有繼續等多陣,等左一陣又叫我地四個人坐三個人既位,叫我地「坐住先」,其實都係好迫下,諗住等隔黎走左先叫野食啦,因為張枱都根本無咩位擺到咁多野,咁另一個阿姐見我地無叫野食,見出面有人等緊,同我地講咩調唔到四人位比我地,同佢理論一陣解釋之前已經比人打尖,仲要係你地叫我地入黎「坐住先」,本身繼續排緊隊,好地地又叫我地入去坐,之後又話番我地轉頭? 態度真係好差! continue reading

這家專造叉燒井的茶餐廳真是叉燒杀手,廚師將叉燒以不同配搭呈现而不是傳統的蔥油,薑蔥等。叉燒瘦而不硬,沒有肥膏卻軟熟,很有嚼口。朋友堅持吃茶餐廳的特色菜常餐,当然沒有我這叉燒飯特別。叉燒燒配搭秘製咖喱汁,咖喱濃裂的味道加入辣味,尤如吃香港街頭小食的咖喱魚丸的醬汁一樣,可以吃過不停。沒有吃秘製咖喱汁叉燒飯實在失去太多!不過常餐普通,還是一個好選擇,份量大,質素高,且美味,廚房將每一樣菜式都完美完成。但沒有吃叉燒,唯有下次再來! continue reading

本身鍾意食叉燒,經過見到用叉燒來做舖頭名再睇埋食評應該都唔會太差星期六都有下午茶時段見到叉燒加蛋,呢啲食神叉燒飯就唔會錯過點知悲劇開始。。。碗叉燒飯嚟到全部叉燒都係有筋同肥食唔到然後隻蛋冇煎過咁,白雪雪叫得叉燒當家,佢真係攞唔到啲見得人嘅叉燒出嚟諗住俾個機會佢叫埋個炒公仔麵點知個炒公仔麵,好似係啲水稻撈出嚟咁濕立立,我真係想喊都喊唔出今次特登餓着個肚影埋相寫食評就係唔想啲人比錯嘅食評誤導有圖有真相,根本就垃圾 continue reading

平時經過《叉燒丼家》,看見餐廳張貼餐牌的食物非常吸引,又很久未吃過叉燒飯,於是放工後便決定到店試試。下午茶時段是二時三十分至六時,下午茶餐牌食物款式多樣,最後決定點了細叉燒煎蛋飯餐。細叉燒煎蛋飯配熱檸水這碗叉燒飯看似平平無奇,卻令人吃著心裡開花🌼。五塊叉燒,雖非厚切,但香軟鬆化,保留肉汁又不乾身。流心蛋下是白飯,配上薑蔥蓉、菜心、拌著甜豉油,一口一口吃著,不知不覺就吃完。極力推薦喜歡吃叉燒飯的你👍😊熱檸水三塊厚身檸檬片,喝著喝著熱檸水,把剛才的叉燒飯慢慢消化。畫上完美的句號。😋😊 continue reading

話明叉燒丼家,我當然系為佢叉燒而來,之前聽講肥叉都吾系太特別,所以今次我就挑戰瘦叉 ! ! 假期大概12:30去到,冇大家講既甘多人,吾知系米因為冇乜人,我又冇覺得有咩差既待遇。尼個叉燒丼,睇樣都覺蛋吸引過叉燒,可能系瘦叉既關係。但佢吾系全瘦架,佢食落都有肥位,當然叉燒梗系半肥瘦最好,佢就一系肥一系瘦,有個中和版應該會好好多。講笑甘講,蛋(100分)>豉油(再多D更好)>叉燒(吾覺招牌)>飯(硬左D)。叫得蔥花炒蛋脆多士一眼睇曬,就系甘既樣,我系睇相都好期待的。我就覺得lunch time都將三文治包落當套餐就好,一系就比人加幾蚊要野飲都好吖。個脆多士做得好好,食落好香脆,蛋都夠厚,唯一系覺得個蔥花做得吾夠香濃,食落冇我想像中甘重蔥花味。 continue reading
